If I could do no stars I would. This place is awful! Do not book with them they may not be at the property and your screwed then. We booked and paid for room no one was at property I checked online banking and they had charged my card three hours earlier that day. Waited for an hour at the property trying to get ahold of someone and no return calls I ended up having to book another room at a different hotel. I ask for refund and I got a very hateful unprofessional no. Please do not make same mistake as me and lose your money. I couldn’t afford to lose that money and they could kindly refund the money because of their unprofessional actions but instead they kept my money.

Maintenance went into our room without knocking, while we were still asleep. He scared me so much that my whole day has been stressful and difficult to get through. The management didn’t care because they didn’t even apologize. All they kept repeating was, that it was a mistake and that he went to the wrong room. How could he have gone to wrong room when he had the list of occupied rooms? Besides, we never requested maintenance or housekeeping today or anytime we’ve been here a whole month. You would think that they all would have known by now that we were regularly staying in that same room till the end of the month. I believe that he was trying to steal from us.

My granddaughter had a reservation for 2 nights checking in 10/1/21 and check out 10/3/21. She called before 7pm to inform them that they would be there around 8pm and was told that she would have to get key from security. When she arrived to her room, it was a TOTAL MESS….BED WAS NOT MADE, DIRTY BATHROOM AND TRASH ALL OVER THE PLACE….in other words, the room was not clean and there was no way she was going to sleep in a dirty room and nobody to inform of this mess. This weekend being the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, there was no availability anywhere under $800. She drove from Norman, Oklahoma, so literally there was nothing she could do but pay over $800 to stay elsewhere. I expect this hotel reimburse her for the two nights reserved and pay for the difference of the room that she ended up with because literally she is out over$1000 for your incompetence. I have pictures of the room when she arrived and if I could post them here I would. Your hotel does not even warrant a rating of 1….I am furious.

Emilia was Extremely helpful, kind and had Amazing customer service. She went above and beyond in making us feel important and comfortable. We spent 2 nights because of the rates but We typically stay overnight in Albuquerque several times a year, This was our first time staying with you guys and from now on we will always book here because of Emilia. Everything else was nice too, having pretty much everything we need at a great price. So thank you, and Emilia for your great hospitality, you deserve recognition. ☺️

The front desk guy is amazing. We had some issues but as soon as we mentioned them, they were taken care of. The room itself is a normal, adequate room. It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's great. I'm staying at least another week, maybe 2. I'm waiting on an apartment and I'll stay here until it's ready

My stay is over 1 month, more like two, friendly folks & a fairly tame parking lot. Clean & well maintained property & has been a fairly pleasant experience. 1 & only drawback has been somewhat malfunctioning double entry “open path” system but dwelling is still accessible due to dedicated staff & friendly tenants.

I guess every night is cinco de mayo up on the third floor! Cant ever catch a break without some proud mexicans partying right outside my door EVERY SINGLE NIGHT !! Wooohooo! Also, how much bigger are these rooms than mine because i cant see how 3 men a single room my size or smaller could possibly be comfortable to celebrate anything in.. Anywho, i guess its mi vida loca until further notice!

We stayed in 2022, we arrived August and left in September it was over all ok, we had (some) good neighbors and the staff were nice. Ava the manager at the time was amazing she even helped us find apartments to move into when our stay was coming to an end. The room definitely had some problems not to mention the bugs but there was mold in the air conditioner... When we brought it to the staffs attention they had the air conditioner replaced but said the black dots we were seeing in the filter was algae??? Idk if you know how algae grows but that's not it. However they didn't argue when we asked for it to be replaced so that's cool. We haven't been there since, but it was a real life saver at the time. So overall I was happy with our stay.

Bad experience. Had a leak in our apartment 2 days ago and now water is shut off after workin 12 hours i cant come back and at least shower or use the bathroom! Locked out on a daily basis. Scanners to access the building constantly don't work but yet you can het fine or kicked out for propping the door. The haven't even offered to clean up the mess from the leak we had to use blankets and towels which we now have to throw away and they haven't offered anything. We were going to stay another week but NO we are out of here!! Do waste your money go literally anywhere else.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room is clean and pretty quiet for the most part. Only downside is that there is no oven and it's a bit pricey.

Listen this not just a hotel people live here and they list there rooms as apartments yet refuse to give u the common decency of a resident and forget getting anything fixed the maintenance guy does nothing he acts like his job is hard and he's exhausted all the time but that is not true he is just lazy also if u ask him to fix anything he won't and fair warning if you get an attitude with any of the staff for any reason they will kick you out of the property for no reason whatsoever with no refund I have witnessed this happen several times I have lived at this property for 3 years

I just wish it was a little but cheaper almost 700 for 2 weeks is crazy.. sucks living paycheck to paycheck
