I stayed at this place for 3 months. It was a little crazy but I could afford it. I just like a cell phone pay as you go plan, if you don't have the money for the service, it gets cut off. You are a lot of shady people around the area but it didn't bother me because I was at work all the time. The employees are cool and worked with me through any issue. I recommend staying here for something that's temporary, not permanent. One more thing, it's not a hotel, it's apartments so don't expect fresh towels or room service. You provide those things yourself. It was really nice that it was fully furnished.

NO REFUNDS PERIOD. I paid in full to stay one month because my home purchases was in pending status. I was focused on unpacking 30 days of food, clothing, supplies, then saw that the bathroom sink had apparently backed up, leaving a greasy black slime full of sand grit residue several inches up from the drain. As an immunocompromised 69 yr old senior with heart surgery, I could not stay. Disgusting, even more so when considering the germs factor in the age of COVID. If you call corporate in Las Vegas, the numbers will only accept voicemails. Interesting for a major hotel chain. You can email, but good luck. I've spent hours trying to get a refund and it's 10 days later- NOTHING. My atty is working on this now. This is criminal. You are only a transaction at Siegel Suites. DO NOT STAY HERE

Very sad, I've had Siegel suites associates walk in my room unannounced, and the day I forget my key to open the door I do what any normal person would do, I go to the office to ask them to open it for me, WHY do they have a fee to open my door?!, And it being outrageous enough to pay there 250$ a WEEK RENT they should just let me get into my place but they don't and rent out to crazy people they do nothing about when you have a complaint about them, they just let anyone do ANYTHING here as long as you barely make rent and even after you pay it there already to ask for more and raise the rent again, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

THE STAFF IS AWESOME, THE MANAGER TAMMY IS THE BEST SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE PLACE IS CLEAN AND SAFE. HAD A MAINTENANCE ISSUE WAS TAKEN CARE OFF IMMEDIATELY. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT AND THE PRICE IS GREAT. SWIMMING POOL IS NEW AND VERY CLEAN. LOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE. Been here 3 years staff is still amazing, Manager Tammy goes out of her way to make sure I am safe and property is always nice. When I have maintenance issue always taken care of that day. Thank you for Tammy and her staff.

This place is over priced for what you get, the manager has a bad disposition most days and when you go to the office you'll find her screaming at her employees. There are so many cockroaches its unbelievable, its an ongoing epidemic that never ceases. The manager is unconcerned about the health problems that roaches carry and does the bare minimum to fix the problem. The manager would hire a company to come spray and it ends up attracting the roaches instead of killing them off. As tenants we are told we are not allowed to spray for bugs in the apartment we pay for. The security slacks at their job and can be found in their own apartment getting high during their work hours or camping in the office watching movies on their phones. This location is ideal for drug dealers, security and management does nothing to better this place. Multiple people have died there, your cars get broken into regularly, the A/C blows like it has asthma and the tenants are always getting their homes broken into while security is on premises. Tweekers and hookers come to the rooms looking for drugs waking everyone up. The manager is seriously lacking in customer service and tries to extort and blackmail tenants but Julia should be promoted for going above and beyond for her amazing customer service skills, shes always attentive to the tenants needs, she is the last bit of hope for this place.

Hot as hell in these units! There cooling air comes from a tiny swamp cooler that barely blows across the room. The carpet was wrinkled and slimy with grease and dirt. The units have roaches, bedbugs, if u don't have these problems you soon will!! Don't do it!!!!

Room was dirty, needed proper cleaning. I was told they were sold out so i had to reserve a room a day in advance basically paying for a night i never used. When i did move in, was crawling with roaches. Requested them to spray. Residents were shady, drug dealeing in parking lot, fighting and arguing all hours of the night. It's a cheap place to stay but not the best place to stay.

They never call back. I called 7 times last year. I've called about 4 times on various numbers. I went in to inquire about a room and they were very nasty to me like I was a nuisance. I can't figure out a way to rent a place at all.

Anyone saying this place is average or great haven't had the "Siegel suites experience" which is everyone blasting music as loud as they possibly can all hours of the night, crazy people always lurking around and looking into rooms, security never being around or doing anything when something happens, or even having a room that barely has any features a "apartment" they so claim they offer which is the layout of this place is like a hotel, but even hotels have better air conditioners where we share vents with the whole section of the building I can't ever turn my AC on without ever smelling my neighbors places which is always smelling like smoke or something burning all the time, where they charge a arm and a leg for rent and can't do anything about getting better office associates where the maintenance people are more help then the office associates, and even having the worst bug problems which is where the vents come back I don't claim to be the cleanest person but I never seen so many bugs crawl out form a vent before in my life and I want you folks to know that this place is a TRAP they claim to have everything you could need to live here but it's only everything they can take from us for having such high rent and even still to this day increasing rent for a room that isn't even worth 500 a month but charges 250$ a WEEK in rent, you can find a better way to spend you're money, *Cough* NOT HERE!

I DONT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE ITS DISGUSTING!!! Their job to have pest control for coach roaches infections and everything under control should have better manager who actually CARES!!! Tammy isn't good.. friendly but not at her job complains when she has to be there ON HER DAY OFF. I dont need a response just want to make this aware for people who try to find a place they need to rebuild this place it's unhealthy for someone to live here ITS A HEALTH HAZARD!!!

I've stayed here twice and both times have been pleasant. Tammy is an excellent manager and the rest of the staff are vary kind. My kiddos love it here as well and were excited to be back. Gonna miss this place when we move to another state.

Thought it was pretty decent! Nice room, and TAMMY and Felicia are really nice! Great AC and nice, strong shower. Room was clean and modern. Near TARGET and major bus routes. Kinda sketchy at night, tho...? Lots of police activity...the good thing about that, tho, is that if you act the fool, they'll call the cops immediately...a couple of times, I heard domestic disputes, and the cops showed up right away. Plus, it's got a nice laundry room, 2 $ to wash and dry a full load! I liked it!!

Tammy is a horrible person and should not be allowed to run this business. She punches people for things that spot her mood. Huge lawsuit coming her way by past and present tenants.

The management, leasing agents, and maintenance are phenomenal 👌. I have no problem paying here because the staff is just great. Amazing. My power went off and 5 minutes later the Regional call me and 10 minutes later, power. Best service. 👌 I love it here

I'm keeping this review up this time and I'm making one thing very clear; this review is not about Tammy. Tammy is actually a great manager and I never have issues with her! The OWNERS are the problem. $1,200/month to live in what's basically Crackhead City and we can't get anything decent. NOTHING decent. Not even the new laundry app is decent! It's CONSTANTLY having network issues! LITERALLY 2 or 3 times a week, we face network issues with this app. It's infuriating! I want the laundry cards back cause screw this new-fangled, barely-usable, unreliable app! 🤬 We should be paying AT MOST $800/month in rent, why the prices are set at $1,200 for THIS place is beyond me! You can rent a 3-bedroom house for that price! This place is priced like it's the most luxurious apartment complex in ABQ when in fact, it's far from it! It's just run by incredibly greedy owners who are probably rich as hell and are nowhere near struggling the way we are, so why should they care that they're taking 85% of our paychecks? After all, they need our money to sustain their lavish lifestyles, right? Can't have them struggling to feed their families and pay their rent the way we struggle! That would be absolutely heinous. 😱 Seriously, this place is absolutely NOT WORTH the money. They charge us 3-bedroom prices for 1-bedroom and studio apartments. If you move in, you will be doomed to stay here permanently because their rent prices make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to save up and move out (which I'm sure is their goal!) I'm dead serious! DO NOT stay here!
