Rooms were clean and all appliances working well. The lady was polite, extremely likable and gave us not only a discount on the rate but also a free upgrade and waived the pet deposit. At night the lot was very well lit up and security attentive. Much nicer experience than I had anticipated.

Bad service no wifi old rooms and I had to buy my own toilet paper, the stove in the kitchenette didn't even work and she charged me extra for it!!. No pressure in the shower, toilet was tiny the sink is so close u have to watch your face when you are sitting on toilet, I asked for a refund and was denied I left my money and left there was no way I would stay there with my children. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! Worse experience ever!

They charge toooo much but they are really pretty nice. I like it here but they really are toooooo high. I can do this for $600 a month. I paid $260 for a week I could have got for $150.

I thought it would be cool to stay at historic Route 66 motels. Didn't work out this time. The price was right but... couldn't get my key to work so stuck in all night after the manager got me in. No AC. Tried to shower and the water is off. Nice ceilings and free soap though.

Nice hotel and very clean rooms! The owners also went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Will definitely come back!

The Hacienda is off Route 66 a very beautiful place here in Albuquerque New Mexico. The service there was beautiful, and the workers were just so full of charm and energy, not to mention the rooms were so clean and the bed sheets seem like they were always brand-new. I had the most wonderful stay there at the Hacienda motel in Albuquerque New Mexico. If I was asked to make a Hotel/Motel reccomendation, The Hacienda would definitely be my choice of great hospitality for a great night stay.

First red flag, bug on the bed. Second red flag, there was blood on the sheets. I barley found out in the morning after waking up. Third, I end up getting rash from bed bugs. This is my first time staying there.

Horrible, very dirty, there was a black widow in the bed, the air is useless, it is horrible, filthy sheets, and there is no bed, just mattresses, super bad service.
