Great overnight stop. We stayed 4 nights, September 2022. Such an easy process. Did everything online, gated park, would definitely stay again. The park is level, clean and close to Albuquerque. I think there are many long term set ups here but that doesn't take anything away from this very clean park. We noticed the noise from the interstate. There was traffic all night. We kept the windows closed had the A/C fan on because of the noise. Nice clean laundry. The restrooms/showers are spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The statuary adds a nice touch. Nice pet areas. We camped at High Desert RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We have been on the road for over 2 weeks now staying at various rv parks. This was the best so far. We loved the beautiful metal sculptures throughout the park. There was a very nice young lady that worked the office and kept the building common area and restrooms, showers and laundry impeccably clean. I made sure to thank her and to let her know home much her attention to detail was appreciated. I felt so comfortable there that I actually used on of the 2 showers in the ladies room. The common area had a fun pinball machine which we did play. There were also 2 pool tables and various board games. The rv spots were spacious and hook ups very well maintained. The park roads looked like newly laid asphalt and the rv spots are level and made of small gravel. No grass anywhere but we have gotten use to that on this trip. We Highly recommend this rv park. Thank you to the owners and staff for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was really great. Very quiet and safe. ABQ has a reputation but you feel super safe at this park with the gate and fencing around. The bathrooms and showers were always very clean, as well as the laundry mat . The park itself was very clean as well. Everyone in the office was always very kind and helpful. There was some highway noise but it’s not that bad. Overall it was a great experience and I’d absolutely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here one night and we really enjoyed ourselves the bathrooms were clean the showers were clean. They are pet friendly they have multiple dog parks where you can allow your animals to be free and run around. We would definitely stay here again

Great overnight location and beautiful park. Small, but spacious sites. Beautiful metal sculptures throughout the park. Only real downfall is red gravel in the sites. It is pretty against the blacktop drives, but you will track it into your rig if you don't take your shoes off before entering or put a rug down as soon as you get there. Would definitely stay again if in need of an overnight park!

We spent about a month at this Park. Management was very helpful extending our stay as our needs changed mid trip. Tons of unique sculptures to walk around and view. We enjoyed getting to know our fellow RV friends. My top items are the gated access, convenience to downtown, nearby grocery stores, and ample food options for every taste and budget. The dogs loved the dog runs. People were very polite in using these runs. Pro tip: The clubhouse has two professional grade pool tables which rarely get used. And a nice patio to sit out on. You do get road noise but easily remedied by just running your a/c fan.

We have probably stayed here more times than any other park. They have the nice, private bathroom setup. It's on full hookups too. The laundry is great as is the community room. We appreciate the coded gate that closes at night. Nice service too!

Bathrooms and laundry areas are very nice. The WIFI did not work for our entire stay. We got sick on their water, lots of chemicals I guess. Way over priced for small sites, you pay for electric and anything else (playing pool, coffee in the office) I thought for the rate we paid it should be more inclusive. The metal sculptures are amazing!

Made reservation on line, paid for & had spot #, got to park at 4:30 pm & was told they didn't have anything available, said boss had released the spot I paid for & then re reserved it for someone else. Park closes at 5 pm, had to call around & find somewhere else to stay.. hope to see a Refund on my cc in a few days

Great RV Park right off the I40. Check-in was super easy. Pull through spot was great. Shower rooms were clean and roomy. Our dog appreciated the dog park in the back. The metal art added nice atmosphere particularly around sunrise and sunset. Quiet, peaceful, clean, easy access.

Stayed just one night. I did self check in after hours. Took a couple tries but finally got it. Park was clean and sites level. Easy on and off the highway but highway noise wasn’t bad. Great iron, southwest themed sculptures all around the park.

If you have pets, do not stay here. Our second day here, we are at emergency vet because dogs staying in park got out of a make shift "fence" and attacked my daughter's leashed dog. Difficult to contact anyone to get assistance. The park doesn't seemed to monitor much. Early in day, other dogs out running loose. Never saw anyone from campground out and about checking things. Furthermore should not allow tenants to use these fences as way to restrain dogs. Fencing did not even cover under camper so dogs easily could slip out. Do not recommend.

This is an excellent park as far as location. Easy on and off i40, right on old Rte. 66. You are extremely close to some of the beautiful wonders and sights of NM! There is some highway noise but not too much. The restrooms are as nice and clean or better than in any park we have stayed in across the US. The main laundry is great, except there are too many out of order machines . The ironwork statues are Amazing! They really add a touch of The Old West to the camp. This is a gated campground making it very secure. You have to use a code to get in. The sites are laid out nicely with plenty of space. There are only two things that kept me from giving a 5. #1. This would be a perfect campground if it had a pool! That would make it nicer for families with children. #2. There is an after hours emergency number listed, WITH NO VOICEMAIL SET UP! No one answers this number! The morning we were leaving, at 6 am, there was a guy acting crazy, screaming vulgarities, walking through people’s campsites. He had a big pole and two little dogs who barked loudly every time he screamed. We called numerous times to get someone to come remove him, but, NO ANSWER! There were elderly people trying to walk their dogs but they were frightened and went back inside. We were a bit nervous as we tried to hook up and then shower. If you post a number, you should answer it! We called after we got on the road and told Kim. She said she thought she knew who it was and hopefully she handled it. I don’t post this as a negative, but in hopes to help a very nice campground make improvements needed.

This is a friendly, gated, clean park. It was easy to get around with our long trailer. Clean showers and restrooms. Easy access from the Interstate. Wonderful sculptures around the park. Our kids skated around, met some friendly pooches and people, and enjoyed the activity center. There are two dog areas that are kept clean. A great activity center (pin ball, puzzles, games, tv, billiards, microwave). We will most assuredly be stopping here again!

Great location right off I-40. Super clean facilities. Unbelievably quiet campground. There is some highway noise, but it's not disruptive. We were only there for one night, but we were quite impressed with this campground. The office, activity room, and shower areas are all well maintained and very clean. This is a gated park, so that added a level of security that most campgrounds don't have. We were sent the wrong access code for entry, but eventually figured out how to get the current one through the website. Shout out to Christopher, who was very welcoming. He was really helpful and answered all our questions. The metal statues add a different vibe than most rv parks. The pet areas were also well maintained. All around, a great place to stay. We would definitely come back whenever we pass this way.

This was a great location. The staff was very accommodating to the changes we needed to make. It’s very clean and great fenced in dog areas. I absolutely love all the metal artwork around the park. We ordered local pizza delivery, which was great since we didn’t wanna unhook the RV I would definitely stay here again.

I only stayed here one night, but it was a great experience! Easy access off of I40 with fuel near by, large sites, beautiful and well maintained campground. If you stay here, take a walk around just to take it all in. The woman who greeted me in the office was also very kind and helpful.

Beautiful RV park. Conveniently located off of I 40. Close to Albuquerque but far enough away for peace and quiet. There are beautiful figurines inside the park of Western scenery. The sites are spacious with great services and level.

Very safe (gated), and clean resort, with large RV spots. Friendly staff checkng us in, they moved us to a larger spot so our new RV would have enough clearance from trees. :) Only stayed one night 08.29.22 and did not use all facilities.

About 2 months ago we were visiting Sante Fe and Albuquerque, NM areas from Knoxville, TN and our F350 had an issue. We had to be immediately towed to a nearby RV Park to stay, while our truck was repaired at Ford. We called High Desert RV Park and told the Manager, Amy our situation. We did not have a reservation but she made arrangements for us to stay in park to resolve our truck needs. We found Amy and her staff to be very professional, understanding and kind. We found High Desert RV Park to be well maintained, spotless, roomy, safe and convenient to Alberquerque. We thank Mgr Amy and High Desert RV Park for assisting us in our dire need. We will stay in this park in our next visit without fail. Thank you again! JT Little Kathy Ayers

Just left the place. Person at the front desk was short and unsympathetic. No where in their Roadtrippers entry or website did they say you need to make a reservation in advance. In fact, they have the capabilities to make reservations after closing time. When asked if there was availability, the rep literally just did a hard ‘no, we’re booked’ and followed it with ‘did you even make a reservation ahead of time?’ With out any sorry of accommodation, including even a kind tone. Great hospitality… god forbid you receive customers. The audacity. Sorry for the inconvenience.

First time at this establishment. Spent two nights and can honestly say it was absolutely beautiful and restful place. The staff is great and the bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are very well kept up. Do yourselves a favor and visit and enjoy this establishment.

The park itself was really nice, well decorated with local statues, beautiful views right outside the gate, conveniently located. The host Kim was very accommodating. My recommendation would be to stay at least in Row C or behind (and an end site if possible) as it is close to the highway and some sites are pretty close.

Wow, I can't believe how much this new lady charged me for propane. I can't believe she got 8.9 gallons in my 7 gallon tank when the meter read 6.8 , an she charged me 34.27. I've never paid that much propane any where in Albuquerque, never, here's the proof, the lady with glasses must of thought I was stupid, What happened to the really nice young lady with the dark hair she was honest.

🫤 Gave it a two-star because the bathrooms were actually nice. Other than that everything was dirty. No maintenance done at this place. Could be nice if they actually did some maintenance. Was there for 5 days and they never emptied the garbage in the dog park. It was overflowing and smelled so bad. T...
