I’d rather go to Carlos O’Kellys or On the Border than this place! Service was great, however, the food was terrible! The queso they give you is literally the same queso you can get out of a machine in a gas station! My friend and I got fajitas. I got the beef and she got the chicken. The chicken was terrible. It tasted like fake chicken and the texture was very rubbery. As for the beef, it was very dry and not seasoned. The “guacamole” they give you on the side was browning and was extremely hard to stomach. It’s no wonder why they don’t sell bowls of guacamole anymore. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Definitely an embarrassment for how many positive reviews this place had and what the food was actually like.

OMG WE OFFICIALLY FOUND OUR FAV SPOT! This place is absolutely amazing! We came here based off of a recommendation from shop in Old Town (shout out to you girl!) and I am so happy we went here! I honestly don’t think we would have stumbled across this place on our own. 1) the salsa and chips are bomb 2) their special Halloween drinks are DELICIOUS and fun 3) the inside of the place is lively, fun, and the staff were great! 4) the food not only tasted fantastic, but it looked beautiful too. We eat with our eyes first right??? 👏🏽 I can’t wait to go back here. We ordered steak, tampiquena plate, and an enchilada plate. Each of these were delicious. I have to add that the red enchilada sauce was made so well. You can just see in the picture that it has full of flavor lol.

Stopped by as we were traveling through. Food was pretty good. I don’t think I’d go as far to say it’s the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had. Service was slow the day I was there. Drinks were not refilled. Small parking lot. Area was a little sketchy.

I was born and raised in Albuquerque and I've had New Mexican food many times. I've always enjoyed New Mexican food, but the past few years, it has seemed like most New Mexican restaurants would have bland food and completely relied on red or green chile for flavor. The food here on the other hand is delicious and is only enhanced by red or green chile. Even the salsa they give you before ordering was really good. My wife and I finished all of our food when we normally have leftovers and take them home. The service here is great too. They were all very friendly and were very attentive. As of the time of this review, this restaurant is definitely my favorite New Mexican restaurant and I highly recommend eating here.

Absolutely the finest Mexican place I've been to in 9 years in New Mexico so far. I've had several friends who were raised in Mexico tell me this was "the" place to go and I'm sorry I didn't go sooner. It was the best money spent on food in a while.

We were looking for some authentic Mexican food for our final night in New Mexico and this place was amazing . Lots of menu options for whatever you are in the mood to eat. Our server was attentive and friendly. We ordered the cheese enchiladas and chile rellenos and both were delicious!

Lindo is a wonderful Mexican restaurant! Not New Mexican... Mexican. Lots of central and Baja cuisine. Also home of Probably the best mole in town (don't tell my Aunt).

Wow. This place is amazing. The food was incredible. Loved the atmosphere, and the service was perfect. Combined with being reasonably priced, stellar! If I were staying in town, this would be a regular place I'd visit. The parking lot is fenced in and safe. The house music was fun and upbeat. We stayed for a while after our meal enjoying our company in a fun place. Absolutely recommend!

I have been here before, several years ago and the food was wonderful. The atmosphere was wonderful. The service was wonderful as well. However I went to have dinner there a couple of weeks ago, it was about 7:30 p.m., they close at 8:00 p.m. and there were people still waiting outside to be served. I did not go in I just drove away. I just feel that if they are going to be so busy cause they are so wonderful, that maybe, just as a suggestion, they should have longer hours on Sundays. Just putting that out there.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to. More authentic than almost every NM tourist trap I've been to and the food is absolutely divine, great bar selection too. The prices have gone up but the food is still worth it. The friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and live mariachi on the weekends are just the icing on top.

Looked delicious but the chicken inside the enchiladas were too dry as well as the steak. The steak felt like taking a bite of leather. I told the waitress when she asked "how is everything " and she only offered more salsa for the dry food.

This is a nice neighborhood restaurant to get home style Mexican food. Nothing special but, a decent place to go for reasonably priced Mexican dishes. The wait staff are very nice and very quick.

Decided to eat here for a loved ones birthday. When we arrived the parking lot was completely full, so we thought it would be a long wait for our party of 7. We were seated within 10 minutes so not bad of a wait. It did take a while for the waitress to even take down our food order. After ordering, our food didn't take long to come out; however the waitress only brought 3 orders out while taking drinks for another table and finally brought out the other 4 meals. This is also the very first restaurant I have ever been to that they charge the small piece of cake and a candle to the birthday girls ticket after telling the waitress we had a birthday at the table.

What a great place to have a drink, enjoy some food, and listen to los mariachis. The food was great and their drink specials were yummy! Definitely coming back next time I'm here.

First night in Albuquerque and was told this was the spot to go for good Mexican food. It wasn't bad. Margarita was tasty. I got shrimp wrapped in bacon and my husband got chicken enchiladas. Thought it was different to get fries instead of beans or tortillas. My husband liked the red sauce. It tasted like molè to him. Customer service was good though!

The food was amazing! The alambre tacos along with all the side dishes tasted authentic and the portions were plentiful. The waitress tried her best on a busy Saturday afternoon. Will be back. The building is beautiful and the vibe of the restaurant was great.
