    Went in to Kay today to buy my fiancé his wedding ring and the older lady named Tammy, helped us. She was very rude, completely ignored me the entire time and when we tried to show her a picture of a ring he had liked she wasn't perceptive to helping us. She was really rude about mentioning she didn't have any rings similar to the one he liked and basically kicked us out of the door when we didn't purchase from her.

    Soooo bought my girlfriend a pearl necklace and earrings from Kay's for Christmas long story short a pearl fell out luckily we were able to find the pearl. Went to Kay's and asked if they can reset it and they flat out said no that it was out of the cheap 90 day warranty. Any reputable jewelry company would of reset it with in minutes .my advise to others is do not buy your jewelry from Kay's please shop at a local independent store.plus the sales lady had attitude and no compassion when I told her about the necklace.

    Bought my wife a necklace for Christmas. I thought the chains were all a standard length. I was not made aware by the salesman, nor offered a choice in length. When my wife put it on, it was more like a choker than a necklace. Now, I went back and explained the situation and was immediately told, "we don't exchange or take returns once bought, but we can sell you another necklace." I was then offered another 10k gold chain that was 4 inches longer for another $600! With the claim of matching and what not. My wife was with me, and said absolutely not, at which point we were able to get Sterling silver. The sales person was really nice and all, I'm just not thrilled about the trap that was laid for me. I'm writing this review to help others not fall into the same trap. I will pay off the credit account, but I definitely won't be doing business with Kay Jeweler again.

    I have been a Kays customer since 2015. I took my ring in for an inspection and repair on 10/21/23. "Miss Kelly" was the person who attempted to assist me however she provided the worst customer service I have received in a long time and basically refused to help. I needed my ring inspected and resized and have had that done many times there before (without a charge) and she rudely told me there would be a charge but didn't even bother taking my name or looking up my information in their system to confirm. She basically shoved my ring back into by face and told me to speak to a manager. There were some words exchanged after that, but I left without getting ANYTHING done, not even my free inspection and cleaning. I am so unhappy right now. I would give my review zero stars if I could.

    I purchased a watch from there and when I went to return it the staff (Sophie) did great. She looked over the item. She made sure it was not used or scratched, and she continued with the return. She was very helpful and also very good with communicating all information for me. Sophie then helped me to get another watch purchased. she is a great asset to Kay Jewelers. Thank you Sophie! The manager Marcus is also awesome. There was a question and Marcus assisted and was able to treat staff and customers in a timely manner and also with professionalism. It is true to say the customers are well taken care of at this Kay Jewelers store. I will definitely return to this store. Excellent customer service!

    Recently had to utilize our warranty for my wife's wedding ring and the customer service was unbelievable here. The manager Marcus took care of the ring even though we had missed our last inspection. We lost a diamond in the setting and normally since we missed that inspection we should have had to pay to repair the ring. But Marcus took care of it for us. Excellent service 14 years ago when i purchased that ring and excellent service now!

    Kay's at Cottonwood Mall has amazing customer service. Lisa Smith, the manager is the best. She went above and beyond she made sure I was completely satisfied with my ring. She had LeVian completely remake my ring. Thank you so much Lisa.

    My husband & I are true happy customers of Kay Jewelers!!! The diamond on my engagement ring broke off twice!!! Somehow we found it both times. Kay Jewelers had it fixed each time, but it kept breaking. A worker told me there was nothing they could do & I would have to choose another ring. Well I wanted the ring my husband & I chose, but sadly it had been discontinued. Lisa the Manager of Kay's came over to talk to us because I was very sad & discouraged. She said she would try & take care of the issue. She sent an email requesting that the engagement ring be remade for me. She said she couldn't make any promises but we were happy she was trying. They did remake my engagement ring & we picked it up today. It is the most beautiful engagement I have ever seen in my life & it signifies the love my husband & I have for each other. Thank you soooo much Lisa for making us happy & definitely returning customers. YOU are an AMAZING, KIND Manager!!!!!

    Although I did not buy a ring, the guy Thomas was very helpful. He didn’t show any stress toward my needs! Usually workers, even grown adult workers can act a fool about customer service, even with me being as nice as ever. But I was on the phone with my step mother choosing a ring for my mom for Valentine’s Day and I was helped eventually by a very nice guy! If I get married one day I’ll consider looking at this place due to the customer service! Lol

    This location was very helpful. I believe the man who helped us was named Thomas and he was so awesome and helpful! Come to the Kay’s in cottonwood and not Coronado mall. The only one complaint I have is the older women who answered the phone seemed a little annoyed or rude with me. I was just trying to ask questions before I go all the way over there and there being a chance of me wasting my time. She told me “just come in and we can discuss it” but said it rudely, I obviously would not have minded if she just had a better tone about it.. I still went and I’m so happy I did because the male who helped us was super nice!

    I am not usually a huge ring or necklace girl so I went in not sure what to get but Shelby was so nice and helpful and she helped me find pieces that I have fallen in love with! I bought some for me and my mom and my mom was so happy when I gave her the gift Shelby helped me find. I walked away feeling so happy. My mom and I wear our pieces everyday and they are so comfortable and we always get complements!

    I’m super happy with my purchase! The Kay’s jewelers in the cottonwood mall is where I want. I talked to a woman Lisa over the phone and let her know the piece that I was interested in. I went a few hours later and she was there! She was super patient, informative, and very sweet. I would highly suggest that you call to let her know what you’re looking for in advance so she can have it ready for you. She took her time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all like some workers or stores make you feel. Wouldn’t want anyone else helping me out with my purchase there at Kay.

    I came in on 11/30 to purchase an engagement gift for my partner and Lisa was excellent with the level of care she provided to me. Lisa listened to me and what I wanted; there was no pressure; she guided me and gave me several options, all of which were well within my budget. I left feeling more than satisfied with my purchase. Today Lisa made me feel like more than a customer, today I am family.

    The manager was very rude towards . I wouldn't suggest buying from here as they give u a very hard time when trying to make a return within the time frame. Not only did they not give me my money back day of, now I have to wait a week for a check to be issued. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience of me having to wait a week to get my money back for something I returned . I won't be buying from this jewelry store ever again

    My GF Monica Martinez went to this location yesterday Cottonwood Mall , 6/25/22. Went To make a payment, a Saleslady dismissed her and said her name is not in their computer system, turned around rudely and directed me to go make the payment at Jared's, 30 minutes away!!! Hello gas prices are $5 a gallon in top of her being rude , Jared's has nothing to do with the purchase I made at Kay jewelry and for her to direct her to drive across town was stupid! Since February 2022 she has been walking into Kay Jewelers @ the cottonwood mall and been making payments. But because my Comenity card has Jared's the lady was directing me to Jared's Jewelry across town This occurred between 11am and 1200 noon , Lisa the manager spoke to me and said she would do or say something , would get back to me ... guess what still waiting for her phone call!! I am a longtime customer, spent lot of money and working for the Government I know tons of coworkers that spends money as well! This has to be handled! i get that their computer system is getting an upgrade but their attitude has definitely is downgraded!!!!
