This performing arts center was ecstatically beautiful, with stunning artwork. The Black Angels Over Tuskegee performance was moving and depicted true stories of the Tuskegee Airmen experiment. The actors were phenomenal.

The sound quality here is amazing. It is a beautiful venue with a small museum of information and beautiful art work. See a concert or show here. I attend the Cool Jazz Forever events.

Very nice place, facility is well thought out and inviting, the biggest plus is there is not a bad seat in the concert area

I had the pleasure of viewing the documentary on the experience two young black boys had being educated in an all white school system. Dinner was also served. The hosting organization, The New Mexico MLK commission did a wonderful job putting this event together. I will certainly return for the 2nd half of the documentary. The art display is beautiful, I always look forward to seeing the gallery and what's in the gift store.

It's been really hard to find events posted.i live a few blocks from the African performing center never find any events till after a performance.

We were there to donate a pencil artwork and met Lathia. Spelling correct? Was impressed with the facility but did not tour.Will return for a tour. Lathia was so charming and cordial.

A very nice theatre, it's not too big so you can get a good seat almost anywhere. The performances here are good, we watched Honk and enjoyed it! There is an exhibit area with interesting art work highlight in African culture and the impact of important African American people. I recommend visiting this place! It's modern and well kept, clean.

Amazing space for a performance. Clean and well kept venue with friendly atmosphere. My husband and I went on the 13th for his birthday and saw a wonderfully blessed reggae artist/Proteje. would love to attend many more performances at this venue... and would absolutely recommend!!!!

Very clean, and professional! Beautiful building! Seen my son perform here personally twice, and the each time the sound, and lighting were perfect. The seats are comfortable, and the environment is is much rather enjoyable like your in your very own living area with friends. Vibes are amazing!
