When
my
boyfriend
and
I
arrived
we
were
met
by
āconstructionā
being
done
on
the
front
entrance
and
3
employees
at
the
desk.
Everything
seemed
sketchy
since
the
beginning
then
the
employees
asked
for
information
that
wouldnāt
usually
be
needed,
such
as
my
boyfriendās
ID
even
though
the
reservation
was
under
my
name,
the
make
model,
license
plate
number
and
color
of
our
vehicle,
a
contract
to
sign
with
so
many
rules
that
seemed
odd
for
a
2
night
stay.
Then
they
asked
for
a
$100
deposit
that
had
never
been
previously
mentioned
when
I
paid
for
my
reservation,
oh
that
was
also
asked
to
be
paid
in
cash.
They
asked
if
I
knew
about
this
and
when
I
said
no
they
asked
if
I
had
any
cash
on
me.
When
I
started
asking
questions
as
to
why
this
was
not
told
to
me
before
I
made
my
reservation
they
asked
how
long
we
intended
to
stay
and
when
I
said
2
nights
they
conveniently
waived
the
deposit.
After
signing
this
contract
they
gave
us
a
room
key
and
we
went
to
what
I
could
only
describe
as
a
hole
of
a
room.
It
was
empty
and
pretty
gross.
It
seemed
to
be
2
rooms
connected
by
a
door
that
had
the
handle
taken
off,
a
twin
bed
that
was
not
made
and
looked
like
it
was
falling
apart
even
though
I
had
asked
for
a
queen
size
bed,
2
bathrooms
with
no
toilet
paper
and
toilets
that
looked
as
if
they
hadnāt
been
cleaned
in
months
a
gross
pull
out
sofa,
a
tv
with
no
remote,
and
an
air
conditioning
unit
that
was
broken
and
seemed
to
be
growing
mold
inside
and
a
lamp
that
wasnāt
even
plugged
in.
We
went
to
the
front
to
ask
why
werenāt
given
the
room
we
requested
and
the
man
in
front
(Chris
I
believe
his
name
is)
said
he
didnāt
even
know
they
had
rooms
that
had
twin
beds,
I
thankfully
took
a
picture
to
show
him
and
he
said
āHuh?
You
learn
something
new
every
dayā
he
then
changed
us
to
a
better
room
with
a
queen
sized
bed
but
we
still
felt
very
uncomfortable
and
unsafe
with
all
the
people
we
had
seen
around
us
staring
us
down
and
the
smell
of
marijuana
and
cigarettes
everywhere.
Save
your
money
and
upgrade
to
a
better
hotel,
there
were
too
many
people
that
were
noticeably
on
drugs
around
this
establishment.
