I loved our stay here!!!! My family and I had wanted a little get away here in Albuquerque we had reservations at another hotel, when we went to check in the pool was under construction we were so disappointed. I called so many hotels everyone was full. Time was taken off work and the kids were so sad they were looking forward to this weekend. I called and spoke to Cheyenne she made our weekend helped us get one of her last rooms available considering there was a tournament renting rooms. Well as I walk in to check in this woman had the best customer service she smiles as all the guests are walking in and she is definitely a face and personality for a company. She was encouraging a little boy to his positive behaviors on helping his mom bring in all there stuff. I think that is amazing! My husband and I were talking considering we both have been in management I see all the good work ethics she has. I needed toilet paper and wanted a couple of pillows. Cheyenne had 3 or 4 sets of families checking in as well as myself needing something. She handled it well she stayed smiling and treated all of us with respect offered water and helped us a ll in a timely manner as well as multitask to get it all done. I will definitely stay here again thank you Cheyenne.

After driving for 12 hours, we were looking for a comfortable place to stay. When we drove into the parking lot we knew this was going to be a great experience and immediately it was. The view is absolutely beautiful at night. When you enter the front, there are fresh flowers ๐Ÿ’ on the counter. The place smells clean and fresh. Attention to details, continue into a very clean room and comfortable pillows. Cheyenne, the front desk lead was pleasant and energetic. Very positive attitude and willing to help to ensure our stay was above adequate. For example, my husband thought the remote didn't work and she personally came to the room to show that it did. Her service was given with a smile :) Thank you, Eva

This comfort suites is the best hotel in Albuquerque. My wife and I have stayed here a couple times and we have no complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly. Brittany and Fatima helped us at the front desk and they were wonderful. They let us choose which floor we would like to stay on, and were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast is delicious, and the location is great right next to the airport. I feel safe at this hotel, and it is also incredibly clean! Definitely recommend!

We checked in while on the road late arrived a few hours later and our check in went super smooth! Our room was super big and spacious for a regular hotel room almost seemed as big as a studio apartment. It was great for us since we have small children and they enjoyed the extra space to move around. This hotel is definitely family friendly! Couples with young children this is the spot to stay while traveling through Albuquerque! Our breakfast was great as well. Overall we will definitely be back next trip!!

Our stay at Comfort Suites was especially awesome because of Jorgeous at the front desk! Very kind, attentive, and welcoming. Weโ€™ll be back! Update: I just wanted to add that the rooms are very clean, the house keeping staff is exceptional. The hot tub is HOT! In a good way! The pool was the main attraction for my kids and they loved it. For my wife, the most important thing was the continental breakfast each morning which was always great for all of us. Absolutely no complaints!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Comfort Suites in Albuquerque, NM. Jackie, (also there was another nice young lady at the desk with Jackie), Brianna, and Jorgeous were on point and very friendly. They smiled and greeted us as soon as we walked in the lobby. Our room had a couch that folded out to a bed. It was super clean and very neat. Our stay was quiet, the beds were super comfortable and we got a good night's rest. The nice lady that tended the continental breakfast was very nice, smiled, and helped us when needed. The dining and serving areas were also very clean. The price was absolutely affordable! There are also restaurants and gas stations very close. They are also near the airport, off the highway, but I never heard a plane???!!! A real quiet area. I definitely suggest this Comfort Suites when you are in Albuquerque, NM. It's a winner!!! ๐Ÿ’ฏ% ๐Ÿ˜Š

Monique was professional, kind, friendly and is a credit to your organization. While she was the only one at the desk when I checked in, she was helpful and patient work everyone. My colleagues and I stayed several days and she greeted us as we came and went. Sheโ€™s extensional and helped tremendously as there was an initial glitch on my companyโ€™s side, which she navigates with courtesy and grace. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Quiet, clean, comfortable, polite and friendly staff members. I highly recommend this hotel.

We are very happy with our decision to stay here. Friendly staff. Ryan, the Assistant Manager checked us in and he was very welcoming, helpful and professional. The housekeeping staff is excellent, our room was nice and clean, felt fresh, plenty of towels and amenities. When they were out in the hallway and we needed something or just walking out for the day, they were very kind and professional. Our bed was comfortable, room was at a great temperature. We've stayed in the area before, we felt safest near this group of hotels. If you need to get food there's a few restaurants and fast food right up the road less than 5min away. Getting around town didn't seem long from the airport area because the interstates are nearby. We came up to decide on a place to live in Albuquerque so we won't really need a place to stay anymore, but we would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This was a weirdly pleasant airport hotel experience. We actually stayed here two nights and had a great time both nights. The front desk people Cheyenne and Jackie were awesome, and the assistant manager (I think his name was Ryan?) was super friendly and drove us to pick up our rental car in the morning. Rooms were huge and the beds were very comfortable. They had the shuttle ready whenever we needed it. Very clean and a positive experience overall. The super positive reviews for this hotel make me laugh since it's just an airport hotel but honestly this place was great.

We got screwed around by our other hotel. We found this and it was perfect. Handicap room w shower seat was nice for me (wheelchair) nice bed, big TV, couch and sitting area. Hot breakfast. Our counter lady Cheyenne was great. She got us checked in and in the room super quick. Made sure we were taken care of and wanted for nothing. Thanks for a great stay.

This hotel was very nice all around. Rooms and common areas were all super clean. All of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast staff was very attentive, they kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The housekeepers did a great job as our room was spotless! Chyanne helped us check in and was very busy but very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I'll definitely stay here again!

We were in Albuquerque for a business trip. I practically lived in this hotel for 4 days. Loved it! All employees are very friendly and always ready to help. Very clean rooms! Special thank you to manager, Tristan! He helped with early check in and late check out. I appreciate work youโ€™re doing and will most likely stay here again!

This was our first stay o our travels back home and Iโ€™m so glad we chose this Comfort Inn. Monique checked us in and checked us out the following morning. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we had exactly what we needed. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was the best we have had to date. Thank you to Monique and all the staff for making this an enjoyable nights stay. We definitely will stay here on our yearly travels.

My parents left a CPAP machine and a makeup mirror. When I arrived, the manager (Tristan) was very friendly and helpful. They had set aside the items and had them ready for me. Thank you very much for making sure my parents got the items they left behind. Iโ€™ve always had a positive experience staying hereโ€ฆthe beds are very comfortable! This just further ensures we will be back.

My husband and I recently stayed twice within a week while we traveled west and then east back home. Monique checked us in both times and was exceptional. She was very polite and friendly, and was very knowledgeable. The location was in a great area and we felt very safe. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The breakfast was good and on time. We very much enjoyed our stays.

Very nice and new hotel. The breakfast was great and the rooms were large and clean. Be aware that they charge a $100 hold on your card, which surprised us, and there is lots of construction going on around the hotel at the moment, which made it hard to find in the dark. Overall, a good experience.

Third time staying here this summer. Hotel is clean, new, warm and the rooms are spacious. The staff is absolutely amazing. Just this morning weโ€™ve already been greeted by 4 employees from front desk, management, to breakfast staff asking us how our stay has been and if we need anything. You just donโ€™t get service like this! We come to Abq often and this will forever be our hotel. Also, location is great. Feels very safe and monitored.

We had a great and comfortable 2 day stay during Memorial weekend with 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff was always kind and friendly. Check in and check out was fast and smooth with no issues. They have a small pool which the kids enjoyed. The area where the hotel is located feels safe with security present outside both during day and night time which made us feel even more safe. Definitely recommend.

Front desk staff were very friendly and super helpful! (Jorgeous was one and I think Roberto was the second). Our room was more comfortable than expected and we loved the seating area while watching TV on the huge monitor! The shower was high enough (Iโ€™m 6โ€™2โ€) so I didnโ€™t have to stoop to get wet. Good coffee in the morning but we didnโ€™t have time for more breakfast. Would definitely stay at Comfort Suites again!

I would stay here again based on my experience. Thereโ€™s so many comparable choices when looking for a hotel in that area and I donโ€™t regret going with this Comfort Suites. Check in was pleasant and smooth, we were lucky to check in an hour early. The room was a nice size, it was clean and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts Iโ€™ve had, expectations were exceeded. There was security in the parking lot at night, I really donโ€™t have anything negative to say. It was clean, comfortable, would recommend.

We love this hotel! The location was somewhat difficult for other in our party but other than that great family time away! The hotel and all their amenities are always clean, safe, and kid friendly! The lobby was extremely busy upon check-in however, Gigi at the front desk was extremely polite and handled the busy situation with diligence and respect! Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Had a great stay here! When we checked in, Alexia was super-friendly and helpful. The room was VERY clean, and quiet. For a hotel so close to the airport, we were expecting plane noise, but nope! With the quiet room and comfortable mattress, it was easy to get a good night's sleep. The room was a good size and I like how the TV was on a swivel mount so it could be easily adjusted. Breakfast is included and the breakfast area was well-stocked and again, super clean. Great value for the price!

Staying here for a second week. Have to admit the staff are incredible here. They make having to stay here for work a lot easier. They are fast and very nice. Jordan helped me today and was so professional. Honestly every member of staff Iโ€™ve dealt with here has been outstanding including the maintenance man who is super sweet. They all constantly ask how everything is in the room and make adjustments. Thereโ€™s decent variety at breakfast. Overall this is an excellent choice to stay in for work. Only one bad thing is you gotta get in the shower to turn it on. But the shower pressure is amazing and itโ€™s only cold for a second which is great for your nervous system anyways.

Our stay here was wonderful! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Definitely the cleanest hotel we have stayed at in Albuquerque in this price range. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the pool was full of kids, we had no problem with noise whatsoever even though it was right across the hall from us. Breakfast had a good variety but it was a little dry. We are DEFINITELY staying here again!

This was one of the better choice hotels that I've been to. The staff was friendly and willing to assist, the room was huge. It was clean and I would definitely recommend staying here. I was just passing through and needed to test from a long drive and avoid the storms coming up. The cost was a little pricey but factor in breakfast and it was fine. Great place!

The Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport is a beautiful and very friendly hotel. Tristan was very helpful from picking us up at the airport within a few minutes of calling, checking us in early and giving us recommendations for dinner. We have never had such wonderful service while checking in! The hotel is very clean, well care for and looks to be fairly new. We stayed in a king suite, the bed is comfortable and the room is large. It is obvious the owners take pride in their hotel and providing top notch customer service! We would highly recommend and stay at the Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport again.

This is a 5 star hotel for sure! Iโ€™m a very picky person and when I walked in Maysn greeted my wife and I with a warm welcome and treated us like we are family! He has worked very hard with his amazing staff to get this place to the amazing place the amazing way it is! He deserves everything he works for He went above and beyond to get us a room. Brittany was working the counter and was very attentive and got us checked in within 3 minutes. This Entire staff needs recognition for theyโ€™re hard work and dedication!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both ladies at the front desk that I encountered during our stay were very nice. The only suggestion I'd have is to extend the pool hours a little. We were told pool was open 10am-10pm. So we requested an hour later check out so we had a little time to swim in the morning. Not too big of a problem since they allowed me to check out an hour later at no extra charge. Overall stay was great!

JT has great customer skills! He greeted our family very politely and accommodated us at a late arrival 2 adjoining bedrooms. Rooms were clean and spacious for our big family. Breakfast has good variety both hot and continental. The young boy working the breakfast bar was very polite and attentive with us by making sure we had what was needed. Very clean and stocked. We were 4 adults and 5 kids traveling and would definitely stay here again. Also, gated and no homeless or sketchy people around!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location by the airport. Our suite was clean, looks newly furnished and spacious. Lisa at the front desk was amazingly helpful. Check-in was quick and informative. Breakfast included! My husband and I would definitely stay here again on our next balloon fiesta trip.

Our stay here was to say the least amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The manager was just the most amazing willing to go over and beyond for the people who stay here. And the rooms were so clean and spacious โ€œmy husband &I plus 3 kidsโ€ fit so comfortably. The food was fresh and quite tasty. Over all I would highly recommend folks to come here anytime your in Albuquerque. I know we will for sure make this our first stop to stay in comfort for our family on our next trip out here . Thank you Comfort Suites for everything.

I had been traveling for 5 days from South Carolina to Arizona and stayed at Marriotts all along the way but they had all been terrible! My dad belongs to Choice awards so he suggested I look for a Comfort Suites! I was so impressed. Very clean, big rooms and comfy bed with a nice sized bathroom. The location is great too with plenty of food options. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Shout out to Janeโ€” thank you for making this stay so great. I will be back!

This place was so wonderful to us. I go see my grandchildren and we always get a place with a pool. This time we needed an indoor pool so it was our first time staying here. The staff was So nice and friendly, it was also my birthday while we were there, I received a couple of beautiful flower arrangements that I shared with the lobby instead of keeping them in the room. They were so grateful and gracious, they had such festive decorations that I even took Christmas pictures of my Grandchildren there. I love this place and we will definitely be staying there next time we go up.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful immediately upon arrival. Room and property was clean, fragrance-free, and in good repair. The room size is very good though to call it a suite is perhaps a bit of a stretch. There is a comfortably large sitting area with a functionally-useful pony wall sort of separating that from the beds. There is a very large TV on an articulating wall mount. Bathroom is reasonably sized with a good counter for toiletries. Shower water pressure was just acceptable. On a Monday-Tuesday overnight, only ever heard one jet around 7am. Breakfast is good if pretty standard for a modern hotel. There is food and services a short drive away and I wouldn't classify the location as "walkable".
