I’ve been here a few time before this review. So here we go, 1st the staff: Fun 🤩 smiles and just a good attitude towards us. 2nd Always seem to be cheerful in the season’s , Halloween costumes looks fun now. The food: I am a breakfast guy all day so this spot hits the spot. Plates are plentiful and very good tasting. Last time was stale and gees and the stake was cooked as ordered. Today was build your own omelette. As pictured and was HOT AND FRESH. 🔥

GET THE CARNE OMG. I added eggs to a vegan burrito cause I wanted tons of veggies, and added the carne on top. YES. Wish there were more coffee options, like more local roasts. It was just “an Italian blend”. Super nice people. Thanks for having us

Far from the “chip on the shoulder” service that is sometimes served at some local eateries, the service at The Daily Grind is fab. The staff is friendly and attentive, but also witty (in a good way). Dining on the patio was a great way to take in some sun. Loved the bold and uplifting color palette. The Pear Essentials could have been livened up with a bit of dijon mustard, but really everything else was great; it wasn’t enough of an issue to lose any points. I do want to highlight though, the staff is what made this experience so great! Thank you for all your hard work. 💖

My experience was not good. I ordered the Old Fashioned Oatmeal. It was not good, the oatmeal tasted very bland but had a taste that wasn’t pleasant. The chai latte was also unenjoyable and only tasted of milk. The server came back 20 minutes after she dropped off the meal to check but by then I couldn’t order anything else because we had to leave so I left hungry and disappointed. My partner ordered the breakfast burrito and barely ate because it was too dry. The food may look appealing but not worth it. The ambiance was okay for a cafe.

Second time visiting The Daily Grind and it didn’t disappoint. Today I opted to indulge in the French Toast BLT - and what an indulgent it was! Large portion! Took half home. Wait team works like a well oiled machine! Highly recommend

We went for brunch and the service was fast and friendly! Food came out quick and hot. I got the breakfast burrito smothered with Christmas and cheese and it was massive! The fries were. So. Good. The best house made fries I've had in ages. Get the fries.

Had some high expectations when I saw the reviews for this place. I got the basics and it came with some ups and downs. Bacon was overcooked, the potatoes were good but nothing special. The red chile had a really good taste, good thing I got a side of chile. 2 slices of toast would have been great. Customer service was excellent. May not recommend to any one but I may give them another shot.

Good breakfast - affordable. The service was excellent, super-friendly. Restaurant has ample parking and seating both inside and out. The music in the background offers a pleasant vibe. Some places in town can be overly noisy at breakfast. Not the case at The Daily Grind. Good coffee and smoky bacon. Yes, we'll be back. Biscuits need to come out of the oven a bit sooner - too brown, too crumbly! Would definitely recommend this business.

We’ve eaten breakfast here twice. Each experience was exactly what I would expect when paying for dining. No waiting for seating, attentive friendly servers, a diverse menu of appealing items, quality food served quickly and prices on point. With beer and mimosas on the menu, this is an excellent all occasion breakfast/lunch cafe.

Amazing food! Highly recommended. Will be eating here when passing through. Driving through Albuquerque going back home to Nevada. Storm was coming so we decided to stop and get breakfast and figure out our plan. So glad we did. First picture is what my dad chose. Dave's Burrito, this thing is huge! 2 hands huge, bring your appetite for this burrito. 2nd picture was my mom choice. She had the Chile Pocket. She loves the sauce that was drizzled over it and she also order a dirty Chai and loved that as well. Last picture is my order. I did a build your own omelet. I did ham tomato and chilies. Eggs were fluffy, chilies added some heat and the potatoes had a crunchy outside but soft inside.

Got here for a late lunch so it was too warm for coffee on the patio. It looked like a comfortable spot to eat. Our table had 2 salads that were large, tasty and beautiful. I had the mushroom and Swiss burger. It was as great as a sandwich could be. Definitely recommend.

What exceptional food. The biscuits and gravy were used from ingredients from heaven. You can't get only one meal here despite being full or not. The food here is just too beast. Greg (I think he is the store manager) is a cool guy. They hired some of the best and friendly workers here. Restrooms are really clean. I like the sweet potato fries with blue cheese on it. The fat burritos (any burrito) are so damn tasty.

Food was good..service was ehhh. Almond joy coffee was cold..waited awhile before our order was taken. Too many flies for outdoor seating. Don't cut your lip on the chipped cup.

Fantastic experience! We were going to get takeout however we quickly realize that we wanted to enjoy it while it was hot! We decided to stay and eat on the patio and the kids absolutely loved all of the food. The staff was super friendly ( Michaela helped us with our order). Don’t miss out on this cute little cafe. Oh, and the patio is pet friendly!! 🐕

Cheap and yummy kind of like urban egg in Colorado. Biscuits and gravy with over medium and potatoes was great, avocado toast side portion isn't huge but it's yummy. Tea is good. Will go back.

Upon first arrival, we were seated quickly, and our drink order was taken promptly by the hostess. We waited for about 10 minutes, when we were finally greeted by our server, he said he would be right with us to take our order. He came back about another 10 minutes later with 1 of our drinks, we waited about 30 minutes for our second drink, which was a mimosa. The server wasn’t 21 and couldn’t handle alcohol, so another server came to check our ID, and even after that we still had to ask a few times for the mimosa. Finally, yet another server delivered the second drink. Our orders were placed and the food came out pretty promptly and looked wonderful. We were enjoying it when my partner noticed a hair in my food. We tracked down our waiter and showed him, and he quickly took the plate and put a rush on replacing it. Once finished, we asked for the ticket. Our server brought the ticket, and we were ready with our card moments later, but our server again disappeared and never came back to take the card. We ended up getting up to go inside and pay. Once at the register, we asked if the meal with the hair could be compensated. They got the manager, and he came over hostile asking how much we wanted. We simply said the meal that had the hair, and he was instantly combative. He said wasn’t it replaced? It was, but we still had the inconvenience of the hair in my meal. He then stated that we didn’t wait that long, and that he would fire our server because he was so terrible, which we never said or asked for. The manager didn’t know how to work the system and had to ask for help to apply a discount. In the end, he ended up comping the entire meal my partners included, and our drinks, minus the mimosa. Which isn’t what we asked for, nor did we make a huge deal about any of it. We were very patient. Just the entire experience was not enjoyable and we will not be returning. I wish I would’ve caught the name of the hostile manager, but it was just too much at that point and we left it at that.

I have ordered from Daily Grind for several years for business. My new colleagues had never tried them, so we ordered lunch for 16 today (7/24/23). Not only is the food as great as ever, the service, dedication to detail and kind folks are just as great as ever. They helped us get our group order in first thing Mon morning, and even got it ready for us earlier than anticipated. Thanks so much, you all do a wonderful job and we'll be back again and again!

The place is super cute and has a comfortable feel - it’s clear that it’s a favorite place for many locals by how many people were there for a Monday morning. Service was fast and nice, food tasted excellent! The burritos are big so I took the other half home for breakfast the next day. I had the regular burrito with veggies added and my friend had the vegan burrito. The only mark down for a star is because I just found a twist-tie in my burrito when I went to eat the other half today (a day later). Thankfully found it in a bite before chewing and didn’t swallow it - but otherwise finished most of the burrito lol.

Loved this place. One of my go to spots for breakfast. The food, space, and staff are normally great. Today we got absolutely the worst service. We waited for over 30 minutes and we were not even so much as knowledge. I thought it might have been a staffing issue causing slow service, however, a group sat at a table adjacent to us about 15 minutes after we had arrived and they were served instantly. We hadn't even been given a menu yet. I even went inside and asked for a menu, they said someone would be out shortly. At one point a staff member came out, looked at our table and went back inside. We were blatantly being ignored. After over 30 minutes of waiting and being ignored, we ended up just leaving.

Very cozy place to dine at. I went in for breakfast and had strawberry iced tea, along with Yogurt Parfait. Service was kind and welcoming. Spacious area inside to dine in, as well as outside if I am not mistaken. Worth trying.

This is a routine stop for us if passing through Albuquerque and needing quick access off of I40. Vegan burrito surged Christmas style is delish.

Nice place, I'm surprised there weren't more people when I went, though I guess it was a weekday. Everything we got was exquisite, and judging by looking around the restaurant, all of the other food looks good as well. The service was great - we were greeted upon walking in, treated politely, and attended to the whole time. The only negative thing I'll say is the fruit is NOT worth it; it was just a small amount of blueberries with some melon slices. But otherwise, great experience.
