I drove all the way down to the apartment complex from Rio rancho. The office said open at 8 but no one was there until 45 after. Once I get there I was told this apartment complex was at full capacity and it never goes down. I explained it said there is open availability noted online she then said it’s because the system wants to keep a flow of potential residents coming through. I’m not sure why it would be marketed like this and waste peoples time if it’s always at full capacity.

Called to get info about a rental application and whoever was working the phone was hands down, the rudest customer service rep I've ever dealt with over the phone. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. Good luck to whoever rent from this place.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and really cannot think of anywhere else in Albuquerque I would rather live. Such a gorgeous view of the amazing huge trees and green grass of the golf course and all kinds of small wildlife around the canal, all right outside my patio. Meticulously cared for landscaping plus a lovely pool, tucked away in a private corner - could one want more?

Gina is VERY rude.Took her anger out on me because they are "Short Staffed" did not make me feel acknowledged. Treated me like a child. Would not recommend this place to friends/family. Glad things didn't work out for me here.

I give them 1 star for answering the phone. I was just calling around trying to ask about availability and pricing. The lady on the phone seemed bothered by my call or inconvenienced, which is weird because she answered the phone. Almost like she was being forced to answer. Long story short, they had no availability and nothing expected. I guess that's good for them, but no need to be weird on the phone.

Gina the manager is not that great. When it comes to service and what is needed it's always different between making a phone call, email and so on. Often times an email or phone call will never be answered. If they are, she then directs you to go in person and it goes back to "you're suppose to call me or email." If it wasn't for her this place is not a bad place at all. There's no consistency between on how to contact the property without being told off.

I called multiple times. Was hung up on 3 times. A lady named Gina answered the phone, I told her I had tried calling multiple times. Gina's response was a rude "I know". She then tried to hurry me saying what are you looking for. The conversation was not one of helpfulness. My wife has been an assistant manager and leasing agent in Las Vegas and Florida, Gina would have been written up or let go for that tone and rudeness to a potential renter. This was first impression, I would recommend passing this one by.

The company website and and many websites online show availability when actually there is none. This is not cool at all. I was very excited for a chance to potentially rent one of these apartments only to find out everything online is just a lie. This should not be legal practice.

I've been trying to contact them over the course of the last week, but I haven't heard anything back. I called multiple times on different days, as well as left a voicemail on my first call. Communication aside, this seems like a decent apartment complex! I'm hoping to establish contact with them and be able to change my review to something more positive later on.

I really enjoyed my time at The Beach. I had a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath penthouse. The unit was very spacious with tall ceilings. There was a nice patio to sit outside and enjoy the sunset. My favorite feature was the Crows nest. I enjoyed going up to the roof to enjoy a view Albuquerque and the Sandias. The property is very clean and quiet. I had very friendly neighbors with no issues. It was also nice walking the grounds and saying "hi" to people. I think the floor plan was priced very well. I even had a garage (which I highly recommend as parking can be a pain). Gina (the property manager) was always friendly to me and said hi. We had a good rapport and she was always willing to help, especially with work orders and maintenance. I was able to get a new AC unit, new washer, and new dishwasher quickly. I knew Anthony as the maintenance guy, but he retired. The new guy (sorry I don't remember his name) was very friendly and helpful to. Pros: - Good value - Lots of space - Highly desirable area (Walking Distance to Bosque, Old Town, Aquarium, Tingley Beach, Art Bus stop, and El Vado). -Friendly Staff - 3 Bedroom unit - Washer and Dryer in unit - Pool - Clean grounds (regularly spray and yard maintenance) -Crows Nest (staircases access/view point) -patio Cons: - Assigned Parking - Lots of Stairs (Usually not an issue but I lived on the 3rd floor, so bringing things up/down was a pain). - Lots of creepy crawlies (Don't live here if you aren't a fan of bugs in summer). They spray regularly, but you know spiders and beetles still get in. - Cleaning (Even with two people, cleaning that large apartment took time).

My 95 year old father found these apartments in 1994. He loved living on the third floor over looking the beautiful golf course. What really made him enjoy the 26 years as a resident is the caring and professional staff. From Gina, the Property Manager to Anthony, the Maintenance Supervisor, my father was always treated as family instead of just a long term resident. I am forever grateful to these wonderful people. We stopped by the office 3 times today. The sign says “open” but the door to the leasing office is locked. I called 5 times but there were no answer but I left a voicemail ( no response). We also contacted the office online but so far no response.

Apartment is so confusing and very outdated. Stairs are falling apart and boards covering up holes on the walls.

Apartments sound nice and the location sounds great, however, I left contact info and a message over two weeks ago with NO RESPONSE.

Would give zero if I could, saw available floor plans on their website and other websites went in to get more information and GINA was exactly what the other reviewers said she would be. Immediately shut me down and said they had nothing, never do and won’t be for a long time. Extremely unprofessional.

I called for about 2 to 3 months and which I also filled out the form to to be contacted to see the apartments and finally just yesterday I got an email saying there was no availability so I was bummed out I waited all this time for nothing thanks

Yesterday 08/14/2023 I was looking for an apartment in a nice neighborhood and found the Beach Apartments. It is in a beautiful area very clean and affordable for me. I found the manager wonderful, kind and very helpful. But the advice for the naysayers. Your approach about issues can be harsh. Please be patient and kind. The manager has a lot to do with taking care of the hole apartment’s and resistances. She has rules that she has to follow to. Kindness goes a long way. I’m on a waiting list now. I hope to get a apartment soon.

Spoke to Adriana and I have never heard such a unprofessional and incompetent person. I asked for information and she was extremely inconsiderate. Horrible work ethic. Won't ever consider moving into these apartments with a person who is like that. Pathetic

We like to go to Tingley Beach and feed the ducks and ride our bikes on the trails.

Wonderful Apartments, Staff is responsive and down to earth. Never had a bad experience with them and would love to move back if I have the opportunity. They are often full up but folk here are friendly. Little to no crime, when crime does happen, it is an average response time by APD (10-15 min)
