I
had
the
worst
experience
ever!
I
will
NEVER
buy
again
at
JCPenney.
I
ordered
2
pairs
of
Men
Levis
jeans
from
their
internet
site,
because
of
special
sales
price,
and
had
them
delivered
to
my
home.
They
did
not
fit.
I
initiated
a
return
which
required
that
I
return
them
into
my
local
store
in
Albuquerque,
NM.
After
returning
the
jeans,
they
placed
refund
amount
onto
a
gift
card.
I
only
found
one
pair
that
fit
and
used
the
credit
on
the
gift
card
to
pay
for
them.
They
agreed
to
order
another
pair,
use
the
remaining
balance
on
the
gift
card,
and
to
have
it
shipped
to
the
local
store
to
avoid
additional
shipping
costs.
When
I
returned
home,
I
received
an
email
stating
that
the
order
was
cancelled
due
to
payment
issue.
For
some
reason,
the
in-store
price
was
$3.91
additional.
I
tried
to
call
my
local
store,
pressing
every
number
of
listed
departments
(all
6
of
them)
on
their
automated
system,
never
got
anyone
to
answer
my
call
on
2
attempts.
Finally,
on
the
3rd
call,
someone
in
the
Hair
Salon
answered.
Obviously,
my
order
was
not
there.
I
gave
up
and
called
customer
service,
explained
the
situation,
and
the
customer
service
representative
was
kind
enough
to
confirm
that
the
in-store
order
had
been
cancelled,
allowed
me
to
reorder,
gave
me
the
store
price,
used
the
remainder
of
my
gift
card,
used
a
credit
card
to
pay
the
difference
in
price,
and
was
going
to
ship
it
to
my
local
store.
In
a
confirmation
email
of
my
purchase,
imagine
my
surprise
when
I
discovered
that
the
sales
representative
sent
the
jeans
to
a
DIFFERENT
city
in
a
DIFFERENT
state
of
Indiana.
After
contacting
customer
service
after
they
acknowledged
their
mistake,
I
was
directed
to
contact
the
local
store
where
the
jeans
were
delivered
and
to
"cancel"
the
order
where
I
was
reassured
that
I
would
receive
a
refund
and
then
if
I
still
wanted
the
second
pair
of
jeans,
I
could
re-contact
the
customer
service,
place
the
order
at
the
in-store
sales
price,
have
it
delivered
to
my
home
with
delivery
charges
waived.
I
contacted
a
sales
representative
at
the
Indiana
JCPenney
where
the
jeans
were
delivered
and
she
was
very
helpful.
She
was
able
to
cancel
the
order
over
the
phone,
BUT
their
system
will
NOT
allow
a
refund
to
the
gift
card
or
my
credit
card
or
in
any
shape
or
form.
She
is
going
to
research
the
issue
with
her
supervisor,
but
WHAT
A
MESS!!!
I
don't
have
enough
hours
in
the
day
to
deal
with
this
mess!!!!
