Love kohls there is an employee named Clarissa she is super friendly very helpful and had outstanding customer service. She helped me and my mother in the jewelry department and made great selection for us. Great input she has helped us out many times and is always on the move this store needs more employees like her. We recently visited the store and an other employee mentioned that she had been out due to illness hope she gets well soon and returns to work so me and my mother can stop by and let her know how awesome she is and hopefully help us out with many more purchases we need more people like this in our city.

I went in today to do some shoe shopping. As I am on my feet alot I was looking for something comfortable and that would last a while. There was a young woman there, who's name sadly did not get but she was in a red flowery headscarf. She found me in the shoes and was a huge help. While the store itself did not have a huge selection ahead was happy do make suggestions. I applaud this young woman for the help she gave. Thank you and I look forward to further shopping experiences at this location.

This store gets a moderate rating from me as they had a very limited selection of mens' clothing. I wasn't enthused about their prices. Many of the pant sections were empty. I was able to find one item. I might return but I'm still doing a majority of shopping on Amazon.

Me and my partner love this place easy to find what we need. The Amazon drop-off is easy to use and quickly done. We appreciate the kindness from the store agents and employees. Thank you for giving us a safe place to do our shopping...🙂

Comparing this location to the other two in ABQ, this store is always a mess, always empty shelf and management/employees are rude if asking questions. Don't even get me started on the shoes section its nonexistent as if the store is getting rid of that section and to top it off besides it being a huge mess but the finding of used shoes or even no shoes in a box is rather frustrating. If looking for stuff I recommend the other two locations.

Store was not stocked enough. Loved the cashier. Nice abd worked to save me money.

Sales associate Barbra was very friendly and helpful, she helped me place an order for a pair of Levi's they didn't have in stock for my grandson.

Not the best costumer service alot of items being taken from store. So if checking online for a idem it might not be there at store. Expect to be followed and judged by staff as well as security on site do to high thefts in store. There just doing there job which is probably very high stressed so have compasion for staff just doing there best.

Oh kohls you clothed me for so long. Everyone that works there is the up most professionals even with all the crazies . Thanks kohls much respect...

I only went to Kohl's for the convenient Amazon return center. But in all honesty, I was impressed with the customer service I received. From the minute I walked in the doors, I was kindly greeted and directed to the Amazon/Customer Service. The entire transaction was completed in a few minutes but every interaction was friendly and personable. I also took advantage of their sales and was able to redeem a coupon on my Amazon receipt. Score!!!

Today 4/12/23 3:55pm I wanted to check out some shoes. In the shoe dept. On the second floor. There was no employees to help assist me. I walked around for a good 10mins. One guy came out from the shoe dept area. But made it point not to make eye contact or even say hello. At this point of course I don't want any help a person who is going out there way to avoid customer interaction. Which is funny cause I would think this is a part why kohls is paying this person for the customer service. This person's view of customer service is I don't care I'm not helping I'm just gonna walk by act like I'm busy. As I'm leaving headed down the stairs. I see the "customer associate" look at than turn around and head back to the shoe dept. Lazy works breed loss in revenue. I used to like this place. On the way out I spoke with another lady. I asked if anyone works in the shoe dept. She said there's always someone assigned there. She actually offered to help me even though that's not her assigned area. That's customer service. I declined because she was actually taking care of her assigned area. And clearly working to, instead of strolling around.

Turn the music down, I can't hear myself think over bad pop music. Also some seating for those of us dragged along would go a long way to keeping me in the store.

Wide selection of clothing and home goods. Customer service was alright. The woman at the jewelry counter was helpful in finding what I was looking for.

Little to no inventory. The few items they do have is now locked up leaving the customer to hunt down an employee. Unfriendly staff stalk customers. Also, two of the last three Levi's I purchased here fell apart. I'm curious if Levi quality is down or if this is evidence of something else. No point in returning to shop here again.

Trenton was so patient and kind and very professional and very patient and very informative. He told me about things I didn't know Kohl's did or carried. We need more people like him. Great job !!

Nice getting as Khol's $5.00 gift card when returning something to Amazon... They are gearing up for Christmas! The question is will Bidenflation kill the season or not?

The return counter never has enough employees and the customers returning items always seem to have problems. So if you're someone who has your receipt and just need to do a quick credit get ready to wait in line.

Great variety in women related collection. The store on Sundays closes at 6pm (not at 7pm that is listed in Google). The store closes the same time as the mall on Sundays! The jewelry section is supposed to close at the same time as the main store. Quite disappointed to see that on the 11/17/2022 the lady just decided to close the jewelry section at 6…this is not described anywhere in the shopping hours.

Bought some pricey Sonoma brand cargo pants for work, washed it once and some parts just faded! I know it’s Bangladesh but come on people!

Kohl's, at Coronado Center,the store is nice, But the shop lifting is Horrible.I talked to the assistant manager,and I told her and she is aware of the problem.And they are not aloud "employee's are not to intervene ,because of weapons they might have on them So when talking to assistant Manager she gave me the Kohl's Corporate in Wisconsin of course when I tried to talk to HR.they would send my call to India,and then to another countries. So in the last 5 times that my wife and I are at Kohl's ,shop lifting all over I even took pictures of to different times,one a female with back pack with 20 dresses she booked out the door another one a man was trying to break the alarm off a Este'e Lauder box and he couldn't do it so he was looking at the jewelry hanging on rack.He finally left and went some place else.Took a picture of bow it was mangled .This needs to stop slot of shelves are empty. Corporate needs to put this to a end. It's going to raise prices or the store might close if something isn't DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased some items at another department store. And felt like I didn't want the current item. So I went to other department store for an exchange. There was no line and my exchange was quick. The workers in the return area were great, friendly and helpful. Store was clean and to my amazement, stocked up!

Kohl's is always my go to when I need a new shirt or outfit for an event. You can always find something and you can always find a good deal. It's a great place to go if you have an idea for an outfit or a color palette and then build the rest around that. 10/10 would recommend.

Always had a great experience with this store. The staff is friendly and informative, the returns section is quick and efficient and the options are various. They offer a nice coupon with every return from Amazon you do here. Come here if you're looking for decent outfit and a good selection.

2 story department store located inside Coronado mall. They have a little of everything for each department. From baby clothes, home living items, shoes, jewelry and men's and women clothing. The security seems to label people and will follow people around if you look young, not dressed up such as in pajams or not in the best of clothes. I've had this happen twice. I went shopping in pajamas and I was followed until I left like I was going to steal. And then followed again when I had just gotten off work from working with troubled youth and wear clothes that I get dirty in. So that was not fun. So make sure to go in looking presentable or u will be followed. Bathrooms are clean! And customer service associates are nice and friendly but cashiers can be very short and nontalkative. So it has it positives and negatives.

The store used to be great. It's always disappointing now. The men's clothes are all super expensive and shoe section is an absolute disaster. It's always super messy and you can't find the shoes that are on display.

Store was definitely showing some empty racks and lack of selection on a few things (men's hats for example). Store was clean and employees attentive. Had wait of about 5 mins to be check out

Nice staff. The store is nice, it's 2 levels one of the bigger ones I've seen. There's a clearance sale at the moment winter stuff. The only thing they need to do is lower the clearance prices so they can get rid of the old inventory. Make room for new clothing. Highly recommended 👌 Happy shopping 🛍

I love to return my Amazon merchandise here, and get the in store coupons. Good selection, nice layout, and decent prices. My daughters had a good time spending birthday money at the clearance rack. Only problem was they couldn't both use the coupon, so we had to combine their orders and then calculate the cash difference.
