    This Dillard's was my go to location. After my previous experiences with rude employees I will never return. Im not sure why the employees act as if they are above customers. Instead of greeting the customers the employees were just talking the entire time I was looking around and never acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help just stared at me. All they did was watch me awkwardly as if I was stealing? So I decided to ask them if they can hold the items I was purchasing in the front so I can continue to look at other areas so they would stop starring at me and then when I eventually went back to the register to purchase they put all the stuff I had on hold back? What is even the point of holding things for the customer? They had to run like idiots and grab everything they put back. The shoe department was the same exact way. Only paid attention to "certain" customers and it was very obvious. How wonderful to make customers feel uncomfortable. These employees were by far the worst i've ever seen. Just because you don't walk in wearing flashy clothes you should not treat any customer different that has nothing to do with anything. Disgusted.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with both the service and the product at Dillard's. First, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, leaving me to wander the store without any assistance. When I finally found the Johnston and Murphy business shoes I was interested in, the staff was unable to provide any knowledgeable advice or assistance. To make matters worse, the Johnston and Murphy business shoes I purchased turned out to be a complete disaster. After just 30 days of wearing them, I started experiencing severe issues with my ankles and knees. It became apparent that the shoes had an incredibly strong sole that caused my feet to pronate, leading to excruciating pain. This issue escalated to the point where I had to visit the ER and see multiple medical professionals, including chiropractors and doctors, to determine the cause of the problem. Shockingly, it all traced back to the poorly designed shoes from Johnston and Murphy. I decided to approach Dillard's with my situation, hoping they would show some level of concern and responsibility. However, their response was utterly disappointing. Despite having a receipt and facing serious health repercussions due to their product, Dillard's flat-out refused to provide any form of resolution or compensation. This experience left me deeply frustrated and disillusioned with both their service and the quality of products they support. In light of my experience, I strongly advise against shopping at Dillard's, especially if you're considering Johnston and Murphy business shoes. The lack of care for customers' well-being and the complete disregard for product quality make it clear that there are better alternatives out there, even if it means exploring online options. This entire experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and disheartened with Dillard's as a retailer.

    This Mother's Day weekend I stopped at Dillard's to see the new spring clothes. When I walked in everything was displayed so beautifully. Like a breath of fresh air. I was so taken by how refreshing it was, I wanted to write and tell everyone and compliment whoever was responsible.

    So much better than expected. Very friendly employees. Super clean. Amazing selection. The big surprise was the prices. Found everything and it was all on sale. Simply amazing.

    Last week I went to the woman’s department on the 3rd floor, I was super stressed and working against a time frame. Sales associate Perla was AMAZING! She helped me cool down in such a friendly way and was able to assist me in finding the perfect outfit and even suggested some great shoes. I am really happy she was able to help me. Will definitely be back to have her help me out. Really made shopping a pleasant experience while under stress.

    I have been shopping at Dillard's since I was a kid shopping with my mom and grandparents. It's nostalgic to walk in and shop there. Yesterday was nice because I started early Christmas shopping for my family. Good sale prices and I spoiled myself a little in the process. Clean store friendly customer service.

    Dillard's has a good selection of merchandise, but is not AT ALL price competitive, and I feel the service is not what it used to be. Many regular priced items (men's True Religion, Boss and 7 jeans) I looked at were 40% off at the manufacturer's website. Paying $200 for jeans that are currently offered online for $120 just doesn't make sense. I found the right sizes at Dillard's, and purchased the jeans online. Not one sales person offered to help me find anything on my last visit, but when I had several garments draped over my arm ready to buy: then they offered to "hold them at the register until I'm ready"- not very helpful. I ended up spending $400 on men's underwear.

    I was racially profiled at the store when I was shopping with my mother, we were followed by a man “in disguise” while we were browsing the store. We were followed but not once asked if we needed help. I recommend dressing your best and not speaking any languages other than English if you don’t want to be treated like a criminal. I know this town is rough but I was literally taking my 62 year old mother Mother’s Day shopping and she was so upset that we were profiled as thieves. The dressing rooms are also like some dingy closet out of the back rooms and it has moldy ceiling tiles and Muave carpet.

    I came here to buy a nice fragrance and the lady over the counter told me they don’t typically get “colored” people and she didn’t know what to recommend for my “unique chemistry”. I never realized I was a talking baboon until I tried shopping here. This comedian called me a n— in 30 different way. Next time I need a nice fragrance I’ll shop at Nordstrom.

    My husband bought a new suit. Zack was helpful and very knowledgeable . He spent time with Russel and got a new suit sent in. If you go to the men's Dillard's in Winrock, ask for him. Nancy in the shoe department was also knowledgeable, and both were friendly

    Called and asked if they had a specific item (size 11 Dr. Martens). The lady on the phone was curt and disinterested in helping. She told me that she had the boots and when I arrived, they did not have them.

    I had a wonderful experience picking out a simple Calvin Klein blazer and a Liverpool white button-down shirt. All of the sales floor associates were very helpful. I had the lovely Lisette help me search for what I needed. She was very kind and attentive - and not pushy at all. She allowed me to look at my own pace without making me feel like I was pressured to buy anything. These associates take special care of their customers. I will be coming back here in the future for business wear.

    Went with my fiancee. Met with very helpful and friendly staff as soon as we walked into the lingerie department. Looked for an elegant dress on the upper third level, the lady was busy but she was extremely helpful and knew the designer when we inaccurately described the garment we were in search of. The dress we are in search of can be ordered and shipped to the store or to home.

    I walked in the other day and there’s this woman in the kids shoe department. I was their minding my own business when she said to me, “excuse me ma’am if you don’t leave I’ll have to call security on you” I was shocked and when I asked what I was doing wrong she just gave me a dirty look and said “you know what you’re doing wrong.” I’ve never been treated like this before and I’ve been to this Dillards around four times. I’m very disappointed knowing that there are people like her who ruin other people’s fun… If you are wondering what I was doing, I was simply switching around pairs of shoes and making the place look a little bit disorganized, but not to the point that I needed to get yelled at…

    I was visiting Albuquerque from Wyoming and visited this Dillards store to shop for face cream that I was out of. Jennifer Fuentes-Jones helped me find what I needed and made sure I would be able to receive the bonus gifts while I was in town. She was so helpful and kind. I will be sure to return to this store when I am back in Albuquerque. Thanks Jennifer!

    This location had very poor customer service and despite the workers receiving commission, not one worker approached us, asked us if we needed a size or even greeted us. The workers were helping other customers while staring at us. It felt like a discriminatory area and atmosphere.

    Just had an excellent experience buying a suit for my wedding here. I had gone to a few other suit stores in the area and didn’t have good experiences. At one place, I was left for nearly 20 minutes half dressed waiting for the guy to come back with my jacket. But then I walked in to Dillards and the manager of the suit department, Aaron, provided top notch service. He gave me honest feedback on what cuts looked better for my body and why, and he provided sound guidance on color versatility as well. I felt taken care of and left with a suit that I’m looking forward to wearing on my big day. Thanks again, Aaron!

    Came to this Dillards with my daughter shopping for prom dresses. The customer service was very poor. The girls working the prom section did not greet anyone (well surely not us anyway) they were too busy talking to each other rather than helping customers. Found our own dressing room and ultimately picked out a dress when we checked out we asked to see the book where they keep track of who buys what dress and the school they’re from so a girl does not show up in the same dress. The cashier girl told us there was no book. But my daughter was there the weekend before and was told they don’t do that on the weekend so since it was a weekday the second time around we figured we could see the book after she tried to lie the other girl then says well we stopped doing it, so I asked if they threw the book away and if I could see from when they stopped keeping track and they kept trying to lie not wanting to show us the book. We recently shopped at the cottonwood Dillards and the girls there were so professional so helpful, pulling dresses for my daughter and other girls, attending to the dressing room’s getting other sizes and suggesting other dresses, their customer service was phenomenal! We expected the same at the winrock Dillards but NOPE! I will be returning the dress and not returning to this location.

    Always something nice to buy here. Store is nice and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great ladies shoe section, big lingerie section, very nice purse selection too. This is an overall great store to buy something nice. Prices are a bit on the high side but not like Bloomindales or Nordstroms etc. Lots of sale items to buy too. The only 2 reasons I didnt give this store 5 stars is because the customer service department doesn't accept debit cards when your paying on your department store card and I don't always get notification of cardholder special sales in my emails even though I'm in the system.

    My wife purchase 2 pares of boots. Same brand. One was great and the other was horrible. It ripped and the material faded and was poor quality after only wearing them once. We went to return them but we’re unable to because they were “to worn” it was one bad shoe among a great product and just needed to be replaced. The store did not want to help and was not willing to accept that the manufacturer made one small mistake with one boot and could easily fix the problem with very little loss. We’ve been coming here for years but will no longer because of this poor customer service.

    I went to purchase some work pants was going to select dickies. But the sales guys didn't tell me about alterations that they have there because I wanted to have the right size. But I am actually found some khakis and the salesgirl the Begay mention the alterations that they have there, so it turned out good at the end.

    I absolutely love Dillard's! I have been to several stores all around the country, and I never leave with a long wishlist. On last night's visit, my first to this location, I had such a good time. They were throwing a party - kinda like Black Friday meets fine shopping meets holiday party (totally family-friendly) - with live music by a DJ, free gifts with purchase, $25 gift card with $100 Cosmetics purchase, and a raffle! I won a new cookbook! My makeover at YSL was really enjoyable and the ladies who work there were so sweet and fun! (And I really liked the products.) We walked the clothing racks and I just loved all the clothes - very good quality labels and very fashionable. I went there to buy shoes for a ball, and it was hard to choose which pair to buy - there was such a beautiful selection! I had to buy the YSL skincare and makeup - it is so divine! This will be a destination for me every time I visit ABQ, the service was amazing, and I don't have a Dillard's near my current home.

    I will never shop at DILLARDS again ever. You and your staff of Keystone cops decided for no reason at all that I am a shoplifter who needs to be followed around. Never shoplifted or stole from a store ever. You stole from me though. You stole my dignity, my peace, my self confidence, my personal freedom and that really hurt.     Excellent service in the Shoe Department and the Winrock store on May 1st 2022. I was crunched for time my son is getting married in a week. I was embarrassed to ask for help! Between foot surgeries, foot deformities do to Ballet , I was ready to give up. Tony a sales person who had 27 years experience in sales, listened to my needs, my concerns and frustration of fitting my left foot. Tony left the floor and brought out 3 different styles of shoes that he thought was a great fit! The third pair worked like a charm. Tony made me a happy customer, took my stress away and now I was looking forward to being the Grooms Mother in style! Thank you Tony 😊 i will be back.
