I can't even. This store is so cluttered with clothes everywhere I couldn't even shop. It was chaotic and overwhelming. The men's section wasn't bad but the women's, omg!! They were not short staffed, they were all working and very friendly, but the women's side was just random clothes shoved into racks. I didn't even shop for myself. Hadn't been there in like 10 years and since they "remodeled", I wasn't impressed. The prices weren't good. Saw cute stuff on the mannequin but that's about the only place you could find it. I won't be going back.

The lady that helped me talked me into getting a rewards card. She never once said it was a credit card. I am 62 100% disabled veteran with PTSD. She took advantage of a person with a mental disorder . Shame on you Old Navy, now when I cancel this card it will effect my credit that was very good. She lied to get ahead. I will go to the VA Legal dept and call all the news outlets. This can’t happen again to a disabled senior.

Update your stupid hours, you don’t close at 10PM. Wasted my gas trying to exchange pants when you guys close at 9PM.

Prices are high but they have good sales. I like shopping here for school uniforms, it's very convenient, and organized. However for this particular visit we stood in line for over 15 minutes just to ask a question.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and I’ve always been treated nice except these last two visits where I’ve encountered a lady that has not been very friendly and doesn’t have good energy at all. It ruined my shopping experience there big time. I’ll drive over to the other location before I shop here again.

Came here today for an exchange and was helped by Savannah. She was so so friendly and helpful and even helped me add another item to my order! She was awesome. The store itself was clean and organized! :)

Ordered the wrong size. Called back within 45 minutes to cancel and reorder correct size. They sent both orders. Now have to return the wrong size. GRRRR!

I receive emails for sales, but everytime I go in to check, my child's size are always out! Very disappointing. I guess ordering online is the next best thing. 😕

I have purchased jeans and other items from the on-line store and been very satisfied. I am definitely not the demographic that their store aims for; so will stick to the on-line purchases. The store gets three stars because of the high-pitched, very irritating screech that greets you at the front door and at the check-out line. It is really surprising the employees put up with that noise.

I hate the mall. Love this place!! The clothes were in order, clean, no crowd. The cashier helped me get a bag, helped with my points, was so patient and I LOVE these clothes.

Alot of options for alot of people (plus size, children, men, and women) the one problem is I wear a size 2 in jeans (basically a small) and I have to wear no rip jeans in school so this is wear I buy my jeans, but when I went the only 2's were skinny jeans or ripped. The only jeans I found in my size were wide/straight leg and $15+ (one pair was $40). I know I can just get a 3 and wear a belt, but that folds the waist band. I love shopping here, but sometimes there just isn't anything for me other than earrings.

Didn't do curbside.... I went in for a jean jacket found a decent selection and a variety of styles and sizes petite to tall for a good price. Breaking it in this week

PROS: The clothing was orderly and displayed well. The fitting rooms were left open, so I was free to try on clothes without flagging down a employee. There was a good selection of sizes. CONS: Restrooms were out of order.

Don’t shop here. I waited over an hour for a pick up order. When I went inside there was no one “available” to help me.

Since their big remodel they have added an accessible door which makes it much easier for wheelchairs (or strollers). The staff was super helpful finding and ordering jeans in my size. They're the 'rockstar' brand, thin, stretchy jeans and the fit and colors are great so I bought three. Also comfortable for wheelchair users with higher waistband, and stretch.

Nice for an all purpose pant, and if you like peasant attire. I found exactly ONE under garment in my size. Just 1. I like it. I wish they had more "medium". Sometimes it stinks to be average.

The store was organized and they had the correct sizes of clothes I needed to purchase. The checkout line was slightly long with only two cashiers. Merchandise was reasonably priced and a good quality.
