    They do not stand behind the advice they provide. I have two bedrooms that are on a single 15 amp circuit and when I turn on my portable air conditioner it was blowing the fuse. I went there showing them a picture of my fuse box and they said purchase this fuse which is a Tandem breaker and it will let you connect each room to its own circuit. Well when I opened up the box for the fuses it was completely different and I never even took the fuse I purchased from Lowe's out of the bag and they refused to accept it as a return so do not follow their advice even though I talked to several people there because they do not stand behind their products or the advice that they provide I will never shop here again. Is it really worth losing a customer over an item that cost $15 I had just purchased it like an hour and a half ago. Because I purchased this fuse based on their advice I had to call an electrician on the 4th of July and pay $280 to reconnect the old fuse system because the wires went everywhere. Now because I cannot separate the rooms to separate circuits I have to pay an additional $750 to rent dedicated power to my home office so I can run an air conditioner so I don't have to work in a room that's 85°. I'm going to Home Depot for now on. In the past I have bought washers here dryers here and a refrigerator but over a simple fuse mistake that they gave me wrong advice this is pathetic and now it's costing me almost $1,000.

    Went in for an interview, and when they handed me paperwork to sign, it turned out that the lady gave me the totally incorrect papers because they had other peoples names on them. Then this lady would perceive to snap at me when I apparently wrote on my papers wrong like lady, do you not understand you had no idea you had even given me incorrect papers to sign? I was the one who caught the mistake super unprofessional staff. Only the customer service desk girls were nice when I first walked in. Everyone else there hates their life.

    An associate has been chit-chatting with two other guys right in front of me not acknowledging that I’m right here calling for help to cut some woods for me for 15 minutes. Then I finally managed to get a hold of customer service over the phone; they said they will send someone. A minute later, this guy asked me what’s up. I asked if I can get someone to cut me a few pieces of wood. He pointed out at the sign saying it doesn’t work and walked away. A lady employee engaged him with my request in a distance and he spread his arms to her saying out loud,” It’s not my fault!”

    This store has multiple Christmas decor products on display that are actually out of stock. My family visited in the morning on 11/15 and were interested in a “twinkling Santa” outdoor decoration. We spoke with an associate who confirmed the product was out of stock, it was not in stock at any surrounding stores, and it was unavailable for online ordering. The associate said that we could purchase the display model if we wished, and took the product down for us. As we arrived at the front of the store, we noticed that there was a tear in the fabric of the product. We asked the customer service representative if the product would still be full-price considering it was a display model and already damaged. The woman was very rude and stated “we’re not even supposed to sell display models.” We explained that the previous associate had told us it was ok and gave the display model to us. The customer service rep said we would need to speak with a manager. We were made to wait for over 20 MINUTES standing at the customer service desk before the manager rudely approached us and said “we aren’t selling display models until Dec. 4th, but since you already got it down, I guess you can take it. No discounts.” He never apologized for the excessive wait. At that, we completed our purchase and left. It is inappropriate for a store to be advertising/displaying products that are not available for purchase. Furthermore, it is unacceptable for a customer service rep, much less a manager, to be rude and condescending to a customer when they have done nothing wrong. This team appears to need additional training in product display as well as customer service.

    Very bad customer service !!! Before yesterday i bought a product in this store, when i took it home I found out he was defected..!!!! when i called customer service they told me that it's ok to bring it back and they will replace it for me.. So.. yesterday i took it to the store and a rude lady on customer service told me that they don't offer any exchange.. she offered me two options, a refund or i keep the product !!! I understand that it's easier for them (being lazy) to just stay at the counter and make a refund that takes two minutes than be responsible and professional to check the stock to verify if they have it and replace the product!!! Am really UNHAPPY!! they lost my time!!! I will never shop from this store again and am deleting my Lowe's account.

    I’ve shopped at Lowe’s for my home improvement needs. I buy everything I need for my home from Lowe’s including the Honeywell Portable Evaporative Cooler. I do not recommend buying this expensive item because it has a one year warranty and if the motor stops working, there is nothing that Honeywell/Jmatek, or Lowe’s can do to help you. I spent the last few days trying to get assistance from Lowe’s with this problem. The store assistant manager, Eric, was absolutely no help. He is unprofessional and he thought my situation was funny. He laughed in front of my face as I was asking for help with the product I purchased at Lowe’s. I don’t recommend Lowe’s. I don’t recommend the assistant store manager, Eric or Ben. Together, they are not helpful. There are a couple employees that were helpful and displayed empathy for my problem and then there were employees that were not so helpful, and unprofessional.

    I'm a contractor most of the time I have the same bad experience with the workers when I need help loading materials looks like they hiding. I don't get it they have a easy job "just drive the forklifts helping costumers I wish I have time to work at the store for one week I will not asking for payment I will do it for free just to show the man's how easy is the job they have.. A/C AIR, BRAKE TIME LIKE 3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY,COSTUMER SERVICE FOR MY THAT'S EASY JOB. I don't like to be waiting for 1or 2 hrs getting help to get and load material I know a lot hard workers feel the same...

    Spent 30 minutes looking for a paint product I regularly buy from here but couldn't remember which obscure isle or endcap in which it always obsconds my attention. One person sent me across the store and another to the other side. After some more games of pinball, I was told by two people they have never heard of it and a 3rd person "just go to hobby lobby, I have never heard of us ever selling this product ever ever." Thanks dude everyone who owns a paintbrush knows HL be closed on sunday. besides paint markers are pretty standard at all hardware stores... The guy walked away while I held my phone up showing him the product on the website. I elevated my voice because, perhaps something of more interest fluttered by like a dust particle, and distracted him. No, it was obvious he was actively ignoring me. Please ask everyone if they remember me, ask them to raise their hand, then remove them from your staff for incompetence. Thank you Marc for finding the product for me. I will not be shopping here anymore, i will now be using hobby lobby as I was suggested and shop for other materials elsewhere. I don't see me ever being comfortable walking through this store again. Bought the product because project is due tomorrow morning and had no choice. Won't be placing my trust in this place again. This is not the first time I've dealt with this at this store.

    Location and prices are good. Just don’t come here if you need help with anything. Needed a 12” front free Bibb. Basic plumbing part. Been here 30 minutes already. Asked 4 people. Had to call from the isle to get someone to finally come to the isle to help me look for it. He had to get a supervisor. That was 7 minutes ago. And the PA system keeps saying ti just ask LOL.

    The lady in the appliances was a great help and was able to get me into the deal and equipment I needed . I ended up getting a new washer dryer and stove. All with no interest for 12 months. Although if you are a veteran you should know they stopped the 10% off!

    Purchased our washer and dryer set her and couldn’t be happier. Saleswoman was amazing. Made sure we had everything we needed to properly install and got us a great deal on the extended warranty. We’re going back soon for our new refrigerator. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

    We had a really bad experience when we bought a refrigerator at Lowe's. We Purchased the refrigerator with a ice maker attachment. When they delivered the refrigerator, they didn't bring a water line to hook up the ice maker . Sent the refrigerator back. Lowe's came back a second time, and the guy they sent over wasn't certified to hook up a water line. Sent the refrigerator back a second time. I cancelled the order.

    The store manager at this location is one of the worst employees/managers I've ever came across. After 5 minutes of arriving he came to the section where I was to 10 ft away and watch me the whole time I shopped. I asked him for help on something he said they don't have it and they don't carry it, I knew they did so I went and asked another employee which helped me to the section where they had it. During this Chris followed me the whole time, asking me if I needed anything else, like he actually helped me with something in the first place. I told him to stop following me and harassing me and he said it's customer service and my experience to spend the worst customer service I've ever seen. The only thing he has experience in is making people feel uncomfortable if he had a wife, I feel sorry for her.

    Christian was the most helpful, patient and kind employee. He went out of his way to get a patio chair down from the display so my 85 year old mom could try it out. She sat in it for several minutes before she made up her mind to purchase it. He went outside to get us a flat cart and wheeled it up to the front for purchase. He did all this with a smile. This young man should go far in the company as he truly knows what "great customer service" is! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!!!

    I just want to shout out Stephanie in the Paint Department. I've been on a wild goose chase trying to get some paint for 2 days, and when I stopped into the 12th street store, she was absolutely wonderful and stunningly helpful. She knocked the price down on some paint since it was showing low stock at the other stores and she wasn't sure if I'd be able to get them. I really appreciate her!

    I love this lowes. I come here all the time and it's definitely one of my happy places. I buy plants, paint, shelving, and many other things. I always find great things and deals in the clearance section! Wanted to paint my room purple and I checked the clearance before getting paint lo and behold there was a BEAUTIFUL purple, just what I was looking for, for 15 dollars! A gorgeous 60 dollar paint in the color I was looking for, for 15 dollars! Never disappointed when I come here!

    Bought a house in the neighborhood recently. I am constantly here picking up online orders or old fashioned shopping. Helpful staff, clean, well stocked. I just with they had more human operated checkouts and did not rely on self checkout.

    I am angry about how the employees treated my husband who is a Disabled Veteran at this Lowe's store. Which is on 12th St. in Albuquerque,NM. He was cussed at by mangers and when he spoke to the Store Manager he did not even apologize for their behavior. I worked retail for many years and I would never have treated or spoken to a customer in that manner. The manager should be embarrassed and has no clue on what it takes to be a Store manager. My husband knows many business men and contractors that have spent thousands of dollars at this store, they could not believe how Lowe's management treated a disabled veteran. Lowe's has forgotten the word Customer Service.!! I wonder how the Lowe's corporate office would feel if they knew how their managers treat veterans??

    Just leaving this store. The customer service here is horrible. No one spoke to help me find my items. The lady that was working the self check out was short and had an attitude. Had to go to customer service and Kayla was even worse. I suggest that HR works on customer experience communication because they really need it. If I can avoid this store I will. I hate feeling like I am a problem when I am just trying to spend my money.

    Manager Patrick from Store 2539 assisted us with information on selecting home kitchen appliances. During our visit, he greeted us with a welcoming smile even though it was close to closing time. Patrick had all the correct answers to our questions. He made helpful suggestions on items, pricing and availability. He shared with us the installation and warranty services. I have never been welcomed and assisted like the way Patrick assisted us today at Lowes before. I will recommend him to help us and others in the future, he exceeded our expectations, and made us a customer for life. Again, Thank you, Patrick, for your knowledge and assistance. It was a pleasure.

    Got shoddy fence work by contractor even with warranty. Short cuts made and job start problems. Lowes need to do better job vetting companies. Brought kitchen appliance. Started rocky, yet upon using energy discount coupon. It was credited later and other associates came to the rescue. Friendly customer service throughout depending. Suggestion: If an associate is busy with a customer, yet can see that 3 others are waiting for help. Please acknowledge our presence and call for additional support. The waiting 30 minutes or so can be frustrating. No doubt, will continue to shop at Lowes.

    Always busy but im always impressed that any staff member I ask knows exactly where the item i want is located . Store is clean , well organized and well lit . Nobody to harass you in the car park too .

    First time I had ever been to a Lowe's. Very well stocked and organized. I like the fact you can go pull up the Lowe's store you're going to without downloading another app to see if what you're getting is in stock! They'll even tell you the aisles and bay numbers! However, and it's only temporary, some things didn't match but an associate told me they're doing a "reset." The employees are outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. The only drawback is the self check-outs. If using those they are not well spaced, and while they have safety measures for Covid in place, it is somewhat challenging to maintain social distancing, and most people I find aren't really to bright to figure it out on their own.

    Went here for a hardwood floor install for three rooms (living, bed, closet). The staff in the flooring department were clearly working hard, badgered by a number of people. All staff were pleasant to us. They ordered parts and had them delivered on time. The install crew were scheduled quickly and came to our house as scheduled. Very friendly and courteous. Love it when Lowes makes things easy. Thanks.

    I came into the store already in a mood because of an issue with a hisense fridge. While at the store we dealt with Patrick and while I was being a jerk he was still helpful and ultimately made the situation feel right. I wish I had not overreacted but I am glad the store has people like him willing to tolerate my attitude and still help. Thanks

    This store is a joke. I went in to buy some tar advertised on this store's web site for $16.87. Which by the way said not available online. See store for purchase.It rang up $26.99. They refused to honor their own advertised price. No manager was available. Apparently a meeting is more important than thier former customer. In any case I a had to deal with some kid who couldn't be anymore than nineteen years old. She told me the online price is just a way to get customers in the store. Needless to say I was floored by that comment. Go Home Depo.

    Lowe's is a good store for home improvement items. Like most improvement stores, they don't always have what you need. Prices might be a bit higher than their major competitor, but the service is much better here.

    I tried to price match according to their “Lowe’s price promise.” According to their exact specs that they had listed online. I was rudely told they won’t price match. I asked if I could just show them what their website says and I was denied. I have a feeling I was denied because how can you refute a price match with what their website clearly says. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t even hear me out. In the end, I will just go with their competitor that I was trying to price match and this will be a lesson not to use Lowe’s or go out of my way never to recommend Lowe’s.

    Ugh so I walked around the whole store looking for Dial Plastic White Evaporative Cooler Coating spray and when I finally stopped and asked an associate for help (because even walking around no one offered assistance), he looked at me like i was really asking him this, and then stated that they do but it was put away like a month ago. Not even offering to see if he was able to get me one if it was at all accessible. SMH

    The staff is professional and courteous. Do ask for recommendations. I recently change my washer and refrigerators and went back to Lowe's. This is after 17 years of service. I purchase the new ones as well as the old ones from Lowe's based on staff recommendations. Delivery was professional and courteous as well. My house, from appliances, fixtures and just about anything Lowe's sells, is from Lowe's. I am very pleased. The only thing I have purchased that did not come from Lowe's came from a competitor, because Lowe's did not have the item (garage door) when I needed it. It was not a pleasant delivery/installation experience. I will not make the same mistake again.
