Great place with great customer service don't let people with bad attitudes lie on the staff

Store consistently has signs up for sales that have expired or ended. Consistently fails to have items seen in ad in store. Has very unfriendly unhelpful staff. Worst biglots in town. Trust me go to a different store.

I'm gonna give a thumbs up and say the store was decently organized and I was surprised at all the home decor and trinkets. Some unique and interesting items. And Alot more

Great experience, I was looking for a TV stand. The manager was very helpful and made sure I found the one I needed and was priced right. Kudos great customer service 👍

I went to purchase a devil vacuum cleaner. Walked all over the store n didn't locate it. Finally a girl helped me. Than the vacuum didn't have a screw. I called lady n she told me to go exchange it. I went n the furniture manager was very aggressive, not listening to b n asking me to do his job. He wanted to give a refund instead of giving me customer service, until i told him to go do his job n go look. Horrible that a customer has to suffer abuse for going shopping. Didn't even deserve one star.

This big lots never has anything that you need. Every time they have things on sale they never have the item. If they do have the items that are on sale the sale has already expired but their signs are still up. The employees are very rude will not give anybody a chance to ask questions or call for a menager. I called up there to complain and talk to a manager, All she did was take up for her employees and she wasn't even there during the situation. Started arguing with me on the phone. WORST BIG LOTS EVER!!

Poor customer service. People are lazy at this location and unwilling to provide appropriate guidance in the store.

It says they close at 9pm I'm here at 8:29 and they're closed. I'm not mad. Just update your working hours please.

I always love going to Big Lots. However, they have very, very limited school supplies but is the only place to find a reasonably price 2" purple binder! Yay!

They have so much there i love this place .. Try the cheese and caramel popcorn ..

Nicely kept, clean, and well lighted store. They have a great selection of items, too.

They don't have alot but you may find what you need here. Just don't expect to do a full grocery list from here

Oh man this one on Coors and I-40 is so much better than the one in Albuquerque. The one close to our house is super ghetto. The one on Coors had furniture and did not look like a broken flea market. Thanks for that, it was a better shopping experience. I sure wish the deals were a lot better than Walmart tho. I still find better prices at Walmart but some things i have to get at BigLots because Wal-Mart doesn't carry it. What's up with the deals y'all used to have. It used to be really worth it. Now it's kinda like "eh, not happening at BigLots" anymore

Shocked to see that it did not have a lot of merchandise. ALSO, a little pensive to see SECURITY PERSONNEL near the exits of this store !!

This store had a lot of good items now. Always clean and organized. The store employees are pretty cool too!

The place looks and feels like it is about to go out of business. The shelves are about almost empty there is hardly anything to shop for just has furniture couches really nothing left like makeup Shampoo hygiene stuff is all about empty the shelves have out dated low end brands the place just didn't really have much of anything to shop for except for junk food they have plenty of and simple groceries really not much stuff cookware bathroom decor. But the employees weradva Zaza axqe re very friendly y w ere nice Ially liked the friendliness that and the kitchen appliances I would go back for they really need to stock up on thing's like they did in the early 2000's late 90's now it's barely holding up anything not much of a selection to go browsing for. I did buy a few thing's like hygiene stuff. The employee's were really nice. I'm giving it a 3 star due to lack of merchandise and only because of the friendliness of the employees. I will return for snacks and maybe a small chair for my livingroom.

Sad sad ..prices are not posted ..and when they are it doesn't match receipt so heads up on that part. Empty shelves and very little caring into getting help due to staff shortage. Friendly staff who are there ..wished we could get prices posted ..that would help alot. I will try again another time to see if things change ..They do have some fall stuff up yahoo!!

The store manager Luke was extremely rude to all customers in line complaining about how slow the line was moving when he was called to help the only cashier. I was buying almost $400 in things and he was being very rude saying “some people all they do is hold up the line.” And he was complaining his only cashier was being too slow but I was buying a lot of stuff on credit. Very bad customer service from him.

Haven't shopped in this retail store in years and I was amazed. It's so cute and everything is at a good price. The store was also nice and clean!

The staff was concerning a bit. The guy was all over the place, he started off helpful then disappeared. He asked us to wait by the item we wanted, and never returned. The lady was very kind and helpful. After about 45 minutes of waiting for the guy, the lady was able to help us.

We occasionally buy furniture here. Other than one blond guy who obviously didn't want to help us (ran to the back of the store when we walked in and was rude when he was called, but he was leaving in 5 minutes), they have been fantastic. The last couple times, we've tried to buy a patio set, but they have been out of stock. The people at the front have been super helpful in looking up stock in not only this store but others. I can tell some other customers haven't been polite when hearing they're out of stock - treat our fellow humans decently! They don't control the stock, they just get what corporate ships them. Every single one of these employees has gone above and beyond to help us when we're polite.

We really need to protect and serve our community and keep everybody safe out here at night and day for everybody can be home with their families

Great prices on makeup, dog treats, and clothes. Friendly Staff. Recommend to everyone!

Like go here avoid the crowds of people ,get what is needed , no one bother you, relaxing to me. Employees are nice too.

The manager in the day wouldn't give me my refund so I asked for store credit he wouldn't give me that either. This was the store on Coors. The manager at the Menaul store gave me store credit and I was able to get what I needed. Thank you to the manager at the Menaul store.

Big lots is always fun to shop at you find things here that you don't find at any other store so I like shopping here there merchandise is just different the workers are so nice and very heloful

They may not have everything I would like when I need it but eventually I’ll find what I can work with. The store is usually pretty clean and tidy, that’s for sure!

Shopped here this morning and left with nothing. Went in and shopped the entire store for about 45 min with no mask. Had over $200 in items and went to check out. At the register was told I couldn't buy the items without a mask! Needless to say we will shop somewhere else! might be
