I normally love this place but today I was looking for new clothes since I have lost some weight and the fitting rooms were closed. How can you have a clothing store without fitting rooms? I'm not going to buy clothes without knowing how they fit.

Online and posted sign at this location are incorrect. Arrived last night around 9pm, and doors were locked. Big sign on the door with the hours of operation posted that the store closed at 10pm. Clearly that wasn’t the case. Unfortunate for customers who look up online, only to be disappointed.

No restroom, really? How do u expect people to shop comfortably? Go next door to five below they have an open restroom and a rarely seen changing table. Will not be shopping at Burlington anymore.

Great prices for cheap shopping

THIS PLACE SOME KIND OF AN ORGANIZED CHAOS... but there are still affordable prices. Pack PATIENCE. It will take you time to comb through the mix match stream of we don't know where this goes, section of clothing, and shoes. The only neat area was where the shopping carts were stored.

Expensive, and next to a five dollar store! This place in NO Macys I felt like they Over price Items!!!

Bad store management and security is rude. Do not shop here. Was spending good money and was a paying customer. But did not even allow my child and i to use the restroom.

It was my first time at the Burlington store in New Mexico. I was extremely impressed with the wide selection of items, awesome prices. Definitely will be back soon.

Do NOT apply for a Burlington Credit Card! I have no issue with the store in general or this location. The store was clean and well organized and great customer service. However, Burlington definitely should reconsider who they choose to do business with for their credit card company. Upon walking to the register I saw a sign that stated “Get 10% off your transaction when you get approved for a Burlington Credit Card”. Long story short I apply for the credit card which was a less than 2 minute process just to be informed that it’ll take up to 10-14 business days to find out if I’m approved or denied! I ask the lady at the register if I can cancel my application because I no longer wanted the credit card any longer and I would purchase my items with my debit card. She told me there’s no way to cancel the card and I would have to wait until the card came in the mail and then call the card to cancel it which would be a mark against my credit score. I called the credit card company and spoke to three representatives and all were extremely unprofessional. They continued to interrupt me and argue issues that I wasn’t even upset about. They could not listen to what I was actually saying because they were too busy talking over me. Burlington needs to clearly communicate to their customers that the “approval” process can take weeks long AND that you won’t be able to get 10% off your current transaction.

Well organized and friendly employees. We usually find what we're looking for i one stop which makes our shopping easier. Prices are fair.

I love shopping at Burlington Coat Factory. Been shopping there for over 35 years. I know I can find the best price on what I am looking for.

In the years I have been shopping here I seen a dramatic punch to this Burlington store on 528 The employees that were here in the past we're friendly when you walked in security would greet you kindly, now they treat you like your a common criminal, I seen a drop in sales and high horrible prices, I've seen a drop in good customer service the cashier's are all rude now, at least the guard is a kind lady as in past years. However they don't deserve one star due to their incompatance and lack of business.

Great place to shop I am sure glad we have the Burlington here by Alameda in Albuquerque very close to Cottonwood Mall and Ellison.

Not sure what happened to Burlington? They had only a small section of coats. I guess it's not a coat store anymore. Nearly a 1/4 of the store was junk decor.

This store is the best on the cottonwood area and designer clothing with great prices. I love this store and will be my new place.

Showed up around 8:40 because online hours say 10. Nope it’s 9 and we’re not from here so stopping again isn’t an option unless it’s months from now. Staff was nice though and store was clean.

This Burlington was a huge disappointment. There wasn't much to choose from like other years. The clothing was over priced considering the horrendous styles of clothing that was available. Housewares weren't any better and you'd never would have known it was Christmas time. The buyer for this store needs to be trained to not buy junk and use better judgement. I won't be shopping there until better quality goods are available.

Please update the website with your correct hours. I showed up at 9pm and was told it was closing in 15 minutes so I wasted my time driving all the way over here. Why does it say it closes at 10pm everywhere you look online? I’ve never even heard of a store closing at 9:15 in my life
