They, as well as Lou and Earl, took care of us in a very professional and satisfactory manner. We also appreciate the assistance of Adrian and Blaze. Rona and Frank made us feel very welcomed, also. They all treated us like ‘part of the family’! Besides selling items, we also made a purchase while we were there. Such a variety and great selection of items in the store to choose from. Great selection of new & vintage Native American jewelry. Kathy was very welcoming, friendly and informative on their large selection of NA jewelry, artist information/ history and stones. Great deals on some special pieces. Will definitely be on my “return to” list of NA jewelry spots in Albuquerque.

My testimony will hardly touch the blessing of working with Crown Jewels & Coin, however it is imperative to share our experience with others who may be in the same boat of caring for an elderly parent and all the "stuff" they have accumulated. My 88 year old mother was treated with tremendous respect and dignity, as she parted with some of her beloved jewelry and coins. There was no pressure and the level of knowledge and professionalism provided the peace my sister and I needed to sell the bulk of the remaining coin collection my father had begun years ago. Went to Lee Michaels, and Jared's for a re-size of my watch and they turned me away saying they didn't have the tools required for Invicta. They also charged 15$ for the resize. Came to Crown Jewels, met a gentleman named Amillio. He resized my watch with no questions asked, said it was no problem, and no charge necessary! Completed the task for fast and efficiently, and with great manners! Highly recommend this place! 😀

We brought coins and jewelry from my mother-in-law's estate in to sell. Lou Norris, in particular, was absolutely amazing. He knew (and we knew he knew) we didn't have a clue how much the coins were worth. He absolutely could have cheated us and we would never have known. After driving forty-five minutes across town, I was offered two dollars for an American custom diamond ring and spot price for a 2006 Gold Buffalo in the velvet case with the certificate of authenticity. Do not waste your time here! I get the impression this business is trying to take advantage of people going though hard times so they can make a few extra bucks! Go down the street to my guys at Castle Gold and Silver. They're a family owned business who still care about their customers!

I'll be the first to admit I don't know a ton about jewelry, but when I knew I wanted to buy an engagement ring. I started to do some research. I found Crown Jewels & Coin and showed up the next day. They were very welcoming and more than willing to answer any questions I had (which was a lot). The prices are very fair and Mora and Autumn were incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. The store is locally owned and operated. It has a family business feel and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of despite my lack of jewelry knowledge. For me jewelry wasn't a gift item I considered before walking into Crown Jewels & Coin but now I consider it for all big occasions.

Brace, I think his name was, was very helpful! Spent almost a half hour helping me fine the perfect ring for my daughter to replace1 that was stolen. Plus he helped me fund a delicate Native American bracelet for myself. And as I paid, he asked Frank what they'd charge to size her ring if needs be. He actually said he'd charge the same whether they had to make it smaller or larger whereas they usually charge more to make it larger!! So nice to this old retired school nurse...

Talk about going above and beyond. My man ADRIAN CALDERA is a prime example of customer service. I tell you this man has some patience, I am very picky and this man DID NOT hesitate to show me piece after peace with a smile on his face. I get it, a lot of people walk in and not buy anything so I’ve had some sass from from employees before but this man made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and did not feel pressured at all. ALL WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE. I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Adrian when you walk into this store. He is ALSO BILINGUAL which my grandmother really appreciated 😊. BEWARE!!!! I pawned jewelry there. I didn’t get back all my pieces. I knew it looked light in my pile of jewelry I had. And sure enough The weight didn’t match what I pawned. They got a new system after I pawned jewelry and so they had no pictures of what I pawned. No video surveillance. I believe someone took some. Usually I have good experiences. I’m writing this to say if you pawn something take your own pictures before you leave! Mark down the karats and descriptions! And count your items! Because they don’t list them, it’s only by weight! They did refund a little money but it’s not near the value of what’s missing. I don’t feel like the issue is resolved! I’m definitely not saying not to go to this place! They are usually very good, so just make sure you keep track of what you pawn for proof!

This has to be hands down my favorite place to go for silver and gold! Earl always gives me amazing deals on silver and gold! I love everyone’s enthusiasm when they show me all of the cool items they get! I never feel like I’m talking to sales man when I talk to them but best friends! I almost feel like an affiliate when I walk in when it comes to the deals I get! I went to sell some random jewelry to help pay for my dogs seizure medications. Adrian was so kind and patient with me. I had never sold jewelry before and he took the time to teach me about each step of the process he was doing when it came to testing each piece and in the end I was not only enriched by my new knowledge but he was able to buy enough for me to buy 3 months worth of my dog’s medication. He blessed me beyond measure that day. I literally broke drown and wept in the middle of the store. I will only be going to see Adrian from now on and have already by word of mouth referred people to this establishment to see him. Thank you for all you did that day!

I wanted to leave a review regarding my last situation & how an employee at your company, Ms Rose really saved & helped me. I am very appreciative & very grateful for her! At the beginning of the year (March) My husband & I were looking for our dream wedding ring. Ms Rose was the first one to attend & assist. She helped find the perfect fit for us! I didn't expect to walk out with something that day. We set up payments to pay off the ring, she even decreased the price for us & it fit within our budget. I had an issue with the payment plan as of a few weeks ago. The ring was set at a certain price that we agreed on, but the company that assisted with our payment plan added an additional $5000 to the overall amount. I reached out, Ms Rose went & removed us from the payment plan, we planned on going back in & finishing the payments with what we last owed. She brought us in & told us to not worry about it & the amount I already paid was enough to pay off the ring. It made our entire year with that help! I appreciate her so very much, she has been so understanding & so very helpful! I had resized a ring here a few years back, she helped with the resize & she is just very patient! Crown jewels and coin staff quickly and generously rescued my husband and I in September 2022 when a wedding band caused hand swelling threatening blood flow to his fingers. We were so thankful for their intervention cutting the ring off and averting a disaster. Six weeks later, they restored my husband’s wedding band back to its previous 36 year beauty and helped me select a new setting to better showcase my 36 year old engagement diamond too. I love this place. The best and most reliable place to find nice jewelry in Albuquerque. I have been helped by several of their employees with excellent results. However, my main guy is Adrian who is very friendly and has made an effort to learn what I like. Go ask for him! Also one of the cheaper places to get a ring sized in town.
