    DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! A long 8 year story short and getting corporate involved, they sell chinese junk! They are more concerned with meeting their numbers then they are providing excellent customer service and selling quality jewelry. All you are paying for is the name. The general manager here.....I was raised if I have nothing nice to say, to not say anything at all. I'll just leave it at that. Her customer service is non-existent. I am having to wait 2 weeks while she went on vacation in order to receive my refund for the second ring. This 2 week waiting game also prevented corporate from processing my return for the first ring bought back in 2012. (See how ridiculous this is?) I called her today to let her know we are coming in this evening around 5pm. She then told me that's around other associates lunch times. (Deep breathe) I, the customer have danced around this woman's schedule, have waited 2 weeks to get my money back and then she tells me to dance around it again.....OBVIOUSLY she has no idea what customer service means. She should be ASKING ME when I can come in and making that work FOR ME. To all who read my review TRUST ME do yourselves a favor and avoid this place like it's the plague. I wish I looked up reviews on this place 8 years ago.This location, the sales people, the awful general manager has cost me my money, my time, more of my money, and more of my time. We all know those two are very important things that we don't just like to give out for free and I've done it not once, but twice! Not to mention, half the time I have been without a wedding ring. I have attached two pictures of the SECOND ring, mind you, that we bought in February of 2018 and after wating for it to be custome sized, receiving it in March. These are two different pictures, 30 days apart. My first ring was completely different and had baggetts on the sides which those kept falling out as well. Yes, we did purchase the extended warranty but what's the point if half the time the ring is in the shop? The extended warranty should be a piece of mind. Not something that you actually have to use every 30 days. Like I had said in the beginning. Chinese junk. All you are buying is the name.

    Over the holidays I purchased a certified lab grown diamond (1.6 carats) from Helzberg in the Coronado mall. The diamond was great quality overall and I got a great price for it. I have bought most of my big jewelry from Helzberg over the last 11 years because they maintain great customer service and take care of me. After the New Year my wife, kids and I went to look at settings for the diamond. I was told we may have to go with a custom setting because settings typically aren’t made for that size of diamond, so we were looking for ideas. We went to four different stores in Uptown/Coronado and Jared’s was the only store that shamed us and made us feel “less than” because the diamond was lab grown and purchased from Helzberg. Everything was fine until the sales lady, Kathy, randomly gave us a snooty attitude and told my wife, “I’m not trying to cause conflict, but our shop won’t accept this diamond in one of our settings because it’s lab grown” and bought from Helzberg. She made sure to say it loud enough so that those around us suddenly turned our direction. As if she was upset we didn’t buy the diamond from her and wanted to somehow note our diamond was fake. I say that because she then pushes for 15 minutes to have us return the diamond and buy one of Jared’s certified lab grown diamonds. The entire experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. My wife and I walked out of the store embarrassed. I have been a customer of Jared’s for years. I purchased Pandora bracelets for my niece and wife. Bought dozens of charms and smaller jewelry from them throughout the years. Service was always just okay. Needless to say we will not be returning to their store in the future and Kathy can kick rocks.

    We've been customers here since 2008, when we purchased my engagement ring. Since then, we've always returned for other items such as wedding bands, earrings, chains, etc. Have things always been perfect? Nope. Life, you know, isn't perfect. But the communication and customer service has ALWAYS been outstanding here. This year, at 6-month inspection, some diamonds in my wedding band were loose. During the repair, the gold channels failed (and by "failed," I mean pretty much blew up) and couldn't be fixed. Deb Griest, the store GM, contacted me and gave me a plateful of options for how to proceed. She was honest, compassionate, and thorough with her explanation and options. We ended up choosing to create a new custom engagement/wedding set by coupling the protection plan on the wedding band with the upgrade option on the engagement setting. Valerie drew up the CAD images (they need to coin the term "bench jeweler artiste" for her, really), and Deb walked with us through the custom design process. They were patient and informative when I'd say, for the umpteenth time, "I don't understand what you're saying," or "I can't envision how this CAD image will even look in real life." We picked up the final product yesterday (7/16/22), and it's beautiful; beyond beautiful, it's incredible. So, for us, the bottom line is that although things went wrong with my original ring, Deb and her folks worked hard to make it right. That's not always so easy to come by in these days of autoattendants and computerized everything. We very much appreciate Deb and her team and will continue to be loyal customers at this store.

    The most helpful and wonderful employee (Pam) helped us! Extremely fine listener who understood and helped us with what WE wanted. She shopped with us in a friendly, expert way without any pushiness or impatience at all. It was a fabulous experience and we left excited with exactly what we needed!

    Had to wait. Even though we were there before another couple they went to the other person. The young lady up front had to remind them we were there. A man there acted busy so not to help us. We had cash. Not too friendly. Except Deborah. She was the only good experience there.

    My GF Monica Martinez went to this location yesterday Cottonwood Mall , 6/25/22. Went To make a payment, a Saleslady dismissed her and said her name is not in their computer system, turned around rudely and directed me to go make the payment at Jared's, 30 minutes away!!! Hello gas prices are $5 a gallon in top of her being rude , Jared's has nothing to do with the purchase I made at Kay jewelry and for her to direct her to drive across town was stupid! Since February 2022 she has been walking into Kay Jewelers @ the cottonwood mall and been making payments. But because my Comenity card has Jared's the lady was directing me to Jared's Jewelry across town This occurred between 11am and 1200 noon , Lisa the manager spoke to me and said she would do or say something , would get back to me ... guess what still waiting for her phone call!! I am a longtime customer, spent lot of money and working for the Government I know tons of coworkers that spends money as well! This has to be handled! i get that their computer system is getting an upgrade but their attitude has definitely is downgraded!!!!

    Debra and the gentleman that helped me were very helpful!! They Provided excellent customer service ! The gentlemen helped me with a return and helped me find another option . While Debra the General Manager went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my husband's account. When we tried calling customer service for an online order issue they kept redirecting him to different numbers and no one could help him resolve the issue. But went in store and Debra gave us a resolution and didn't give up. Thank you Debra for all your help!

    Had an amazing time at Jared's LeVian event this evening! Matthew took such great care of us and was extremely patient as we took the time to see all that the show had. Debbie the Manager came to greet us. And all the other employees were super friendly. We saw such great teamwork with all the staff. Bought several pieces for Christmas presents! Looking forward to the next Jared's LeVian event! ◇◇◇

    Me and my son went here two days ago looking to purchase some necklaces. 1st off you have to get buzzed in and out as if you were at a pawn shop, sign in why you are there and then wait for someone to greet you. We had to ask to be greeted and ask to the case where the necklaces were held in. There was only one other customer in the entire store btw. Never did one person come help us when we were looking. This place is totally overrated! We left and went elsewhere, found the customer service and necklaces that we wanted!

    I will preface this to say I rarely write a review on Google but our experience here was TOP TIER My fiancé and I custom designed my engagement ring and wedding band at this Jared's location. If I could give them 100 stars for the service we received I would. ALL of the staff was so friendly, amazing to work with, helpful and accomodating. It was delightful! Val assisted us in custom designing my engagement ring and band. She was SO PATIENT, knowledgeable, and really knew her stuff. Absolutely a joy to work with. My only regret is I didn't ask her to for a hug when we went to pick up the band for my ring. Deb, the store manager, was also INCREDIBLE. She provided timely communication as well as texted us pictures along the way!! She was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff we encountered made us feel welcomed and valued. Matthew, Pam, and another gentleman assisted us along the way too. Everyone was amazing! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM RING THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

    A few days before Valentine’s Day my girlfriend and I stopped in to look around. Lily helped us pick out the perfect engagement/wedding sets for us. She was so patient and helpful in finding just the right diamond for my ring. She even had it shipped from another store to fit what size we were looking for. We have been back a few times to get just the right size for my fiancé and every time she is just a joy to work with. We can’t recommend her enough! Keep in mind we had no intentions of purchasing rings that day but she made our experience such a delight we couldn’t resist! Wedding date set for 8/17/2024 💍💍

    I have been a life long customer of Jared. I have gotten to know many of the wonderful staff and they have always helped tremendously. They sold us everything from engagement rings to anniversary gifts. Matthew and Savanah have helped create a custom piece that turned out absolutely amazing. Our most recent experience has been with Pam, and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I really appreciate the whole team and will continue to go to Jared.
