I’d put zero stars if possible. I brought a price quote in from a competitive Jewlery shop and they laughed me out of their store. Wish I could have purchased locally but I recommend you don’t waste your time dealing with these people.

I asked my husband for a "fancier" setting for my diamond engagement ring now that I am no longer giving massages. so we came to Butterfields and met Melissa who made suggestions and my husband said pick whatever you want! I did....and love my new ring! It is gorgeous! Wish I could post it! Later my husband worked with Caleb to get a new chain for a religious medal and he too was most attentive and helpful. Great service!

This is a high class jewelry store and one where you can be sure your product will be quality and the staff will be knowledgeable and honest. Especially when it comes to engagement ring diamonds, at other places it’s very possible to get ripped off or even just unknowingly buy the wrong diamond. The 4C’s are important, but the staff at Butterfield’s know the nuances that the average consumer doesn’t know and they use their knowledge to assist you throughout the entire the buying process. I purchased wedding bands and an engagement ring through Butterfield, and on both occasions I was helped by Melissa. Each time, the customer service exceeded my expectations. I was helped right after walking through the door, I got my items in a timely manner, Melissa maintained great communication throughout, and both times she stayed within my budget. I guess that's really all I could ask for.. These guys are great!

Classest jerk's... they really make you wait For mediocre results, not to mention the brazen greezy price hiking. When they have the audacity to write the initial price on a receipt. I was promised a return of gold. Claimed it went into resoldering the same piece in a smaller size. Although the band isn't symmetrical on both sides. Once again just mediocre... They obviously don't take their job seriously. But I have no problem trying to make you feel small when you are their business.

It is the only place we go for Diamonds and Repairs, and Excellent people work there, and most of all trustworthy.

My husband bought me engagement ring and wedding ring from Mr. Butterfield back in the day. Every year since, I have taken it in for inspection and cleaning. Not too many years ago they recommended that the prongs be replaced. We did that. My rings are as beautiful as the day Glen put it on my finger. We have bought many lovely items from Butterfields over the years. Always pleased and always proud to share.

I had a challenging problem with my broken Rolex watch bracelet. Unlike the multi thousands of dollar solution which is all Albuquerque's Rolex dealer would offer, Butterfield's outstanding watch repair specialist, Joe, considered carefully the possibilities (in spite of initial reluctance out of concern not to damage or weaken the bracelet) and figured out a solution, which he then executed flawlessly in 24 hours at a totally reasonable price. If Joe is representative of the firm, I can say Butterfield are 100% worthy of your trust and business.

Absolutely amazing establishment. The interior is beautiful and the collection they have is even more stunning. I came in for watch battery replacement and left with huge smile for the wonderful experience I had just getting that replacement. Highly, highly recommend doing any business here.
