    so my wonderful husband designed a beautiful mother day bracelet for me. He went to go pick it up from this place and they told him they couldn't sale him the mom charms, they had to save it for mothers day. 1. No one shops on mother's day. 2. My husband paid for it online FOR ME FOR MOTHERS DAY. They still charged him for the 65$ charm I couldn't get. And have yet to refund that money. Worse experience ever.

    Bought a charm bracelet for my daughter for graduation. I regret my purchase because I think it is not going to last after listening to the sales lady telling me it shouldn’t get wet or it will start to tarnish And other cautions in order to take care of it well she was ringing me up. Oh well now I know better. I would not get jewelry from there again.

    My husband bought me a diamond ring for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the ring didn't fit me, it was too small. My husband went to the store to return or exchange the ring the day after mothers' day. In the store, he was attended by a salesman Brian who was the one who sold the ring to my husband in the first place. Brian told my husband that he had inspected the ring and that he could not accept a return or exchange because the ring had a scratch. This is impossible because I never used it and if the ring is scratched it means that the store sold it to me that way. The seller insisted that there was absolutely nothing to do. When I went to talk to the salesman I told him how was it possible that I should keep a 650 dollar ring that didn't even fit me but what the seller told me, left me speechless...he told me that I could go to another jewelry store and have it enlarged so that I could wear it. What!! I am completely dissatisfied, and disappointed with this seller's response, I feel cheated and outraged as a customer.

    Worst place to buy jewelry from! I bought my daughter a ring for Christmas. She wore it for 5 days and it turned her finger green. I went in to exchange it, not even return it. They said there’s nothing they can do, because she wore it. It’s very cheaply made jewelry and won’t last long. The manager was rude and definitely had a chip on his shoulder. I will never shop here again! Read the return policy very carefully before you buy. Once you put the jewelry on, it’s considered used and you won’t be able to return or exchange. Would give it ZERO stars if possible!

    Stunning ring! And friendly, helpful staff. There was a line due to restricted capacity rules during the pandemic but it moved quickly! So pleased.

    Brian should not lie to customers. I bought a bracelet online and tried returning it at the store. He said it was not possible because it was paid with my pay pal. He advised for me to return the bracelet online. I know he was lying but did not want to deal with him at the time. I ended up going back a different day and a young lady was able to help me return the bracelet with no issues. It is ashamed to have an assistant manager that either lies to customers or does not know about return/refund policies.

    Went in a month ago to purchase a ring everything was fine till within a week I noticed 2 small diamonds fell off no problem the girl told me I could return for an exchange within a year . A male salesperson told me on 8/10 that the reason why the ring was loosing stones was because I must have picked up something heavy which caused it to “stretch” and lose diamonds. WITHIN A WEEK OF WEARING MY RING I STRETCHED IT ENOUGH TO LOSE DIAMONDS????? extremely disappointed with Pandora. If your jewelry is cheap your prices should be too

    I received a bangle bracelet for Christmas. I went in to exchange it did not have any in stock, so they said they would put me on a list and once they received shipment in, they would call me. Finally, on 3/1/23 I get a call from an employee at Pandora at 5:39pm and I called her back 10 minutes later. She stating they received shipment. I mentioned to her I would go by this weekend. I receive a call back at 5:59 and said while she was speaking to me another employee had sold it. She stated she can put me back on the list or refund me so I can purchase it on line. What a way to resolve a issue!

    Worst Pandora Store!!! Staffing is rude and lazy!! Few weeks ago my husband and I decided to finally visit the store. As we were looking at the rings there were two girls behind the register one helping a customer the other didn’t even acknowledge us. As we were browsing waiting to be helped another younger couple comes in and says hello to one of the girls that was done helping the other customer named Bella. Bella decided to tell me to move out of the way so she can start helping this couple who apparently is her friends. My husband and I were so upset we decided to walk out being treated that way! Come to find out my husband had made a comment such as well eff us and Bella just laughed under breath and said yeah. How can customer service be so disregarded and they we were treated so unwarranted!!! We did nothing wrong except wait and got treated disrespectfully!! I spoke to Megan the GM who was no better! She acted like she cared about the issue I had brought up and gave me a lousy 10% off and when we turn around she’s buddy buddy with her staff! She didn’t seem liked she cared that we had been treated so poorly I felt like she was just brushing off the situation. There was no remorse or realigning with staff to make sure that doesn’t happen to another customer. No one at the store treated us like we were welcomed if anything we were treated discriminately. I’m half Asian and my husband is white not one staff acknowledged us!!! I will never shop at this store and you shouldn’t either!! I will be trying online but I would avoid this store the employees there do not care about their customers only if you’re their friends!!!!!

    My first time in this place only because I was shopping for my wife's Christmas gift. she always talks about having a bracelet that she likes so I took it upon my self to get her what she wants hope she likes it I also apply for a credit card even tho I don't need it I just wanted that 30 percent discount . The jewelry here is nice and well worth buying for your loved ones so if your husband or wife always mentions this place do your self a favor and buy your other half that gift and put a smile on that face 😊.

    Got treated rudely by one of the girls working in the store because I wanted to shop a little longer and needed to know the prices of what I was looking for. When I was ready to be assisted I asked assistance to a different lady who was nice. The first girl came by to explain what I was shopping for and literally threw the bracelet I had purchase and the charm on the jewelry demonstration tray like if it was trash. Zero customer service skills. People like this should not work in retail and definitely not with expensive jewelry.

    As I understand it, the point of order pickups is to skip the line and alleviate traffic. Here this apparently isn't the case. There is no separate setup for pickup, nor is that even clearly communicated. There's one sign at the door that says to pick up your order, but don't stand there because you'll waste ten minutes (or more given lost spaces) to speak to someone who apparently can be bothered.

    Looks like a very nice store although I know absolutely nothing about jewelry. The staff however, are nice and seem very knowledgeable as they answered customer's questions quickly and in layman's terms (something I could understand). I was just doing some work for them.

    425p. Came to pick up an online order. Was not greeted. The store was slightly busy. There were three customers ahead of me. There were only two associates on the floor. Another associate came out of the back and pretended to not know that there was so many customers waiting to be helped. She helped the first woman that she saw, which was the last woman to enter the store at the time. One of the customers inform me that he had been waiting since 4:00 p.m. and had not been helped yet, while the new associate on the floor proceeded to help the first person that she saw. I brought this to her attention, she did not apologize she did not adapt nor ask any questions. She just proceeded to say that the woman came up to her and just ask for help. I stated to her that we have all been waiting and she was the last person in the store. The associate just looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, then went to the back and grab the sign and escorted us all out of the store. All instead of helping the correct customer. Not only did she usher us out of the store but by 5:00 p.m. none of us have been helped yet. Your staff is rude and pretentious. University is deserve to be treated this way. Especially the young gentleman that had been waiting over an hour by the time I'm writing this review. Is it normal for your staff to treat customers with stage 3 cancer like myself this way? I will definitely be taking my business to Cottonwood Mall. 533p. I was finally able to pick up my online order. To be fair, the other two associates were working hard. The young lady that had helped me was phenomenal. Neither should have to suffer from another associates shortsightedness. Which is why I changed it from a one-star to a two star.

    we recently visited PANDORA Jewelry in Albuquerque and the staff was very helpful, we went in two separate times the same day, both times the staff attended us very well, and we got what we wanted, and more, there was even a promotion for a free bracelet with our purchase. we went back after our first trip because we had purchased a bracelet at another pandora jewellery location and after we gained the second one we realised that the first one bought at a different location was too big, we were allowed to make an exchange for a better fit. thank you very much for such a pleasant experience in your store.
