I was able to melt down and use the diamonds from my late husband, my late mother and added an Ivory Elk tooth from my boyfriends catch. Made a custom piece that is absolutely amazing. They take time to listen to you and help you create the ring of your dreams!!!

Very nice and friendly people. Totally ruined a custom engagement ring I made. I only needed them to set two stones into the center of the band. After I explained what I wanted done, they looked at it, the jeweler looked at it, and they said they could do it, they set them crooked and off centered. The stones are not flat either; angled in the band to different sides. When I asked about it and told them I wasn't happy, they blamed the ring and how it was made. I would never bring family heirlooms or custom pieces to them. I know I'll never be back. Completely ruined the ring and my excitement around the experience.

We purchased a wedding ring a bit over a year ago and within the first six months the ring was no longer silver. I took it and paid for the ring to be (I don’t know what you call it) but to have the ring silver again. Well it was within 4 months and the ring is no longer silver again. I was asked if I use something on my hands that may cause this Really? No, i do not. I have more diamond rings and none of them turn this color and I had some more than 20 years. Sad since we trusted them on a wedding ring. They have not offered to replace it or give us our money back. Be careful who you trust sometimes better off going to a store that guarantees your ring.

Amazing! I had a ring stuck on my finger. They spent an hour removing it for me. I will be returning after the swelling goes down and getting it resized. Great experience! Any other jewelry needs and purchases will be made here!

My grandmother ordered a small necklace, which was a graduation gift for my sister; and tasked me to find a local place to engrave it. Enchanted Jewelers was suggested to me by a friend. I took a small necklace here to be engraved and I’m thrilled with the outcome. They did a wonderful job and it was done very quickly. (They quoted me 7 days but it was done in 4). There were several different fonts to choose from and it was an affordable service. Prior to visiting here I did not know they also offered custom jewelry services and I plan to return one day to get a custom wedding band made! Overall very happy with my experience with Enchanted Jewelers.

The people who work here are amazing human beings. They are eager to help with any of my jewelry needs and answered all my questions. They resized a ring for me and also welded three bands together—it came out beautiful and was done very quickly. Another time, we bought a band for my fiancé. They let him try on multiple bands and talked to us about all the different sizes, widths, prices, etc. They also cleaned my engagement ring for free while we were waiting. It was a very nice experience!

Great jewelers, very versatile. I recently went in for them to repair some carved bone chess pieces and they did a phenomenal job. I then went in to have them repair my partner's ring, which had a diamond missing. Everything looks great, they were quick and affordable. The gentlemen that helped me provided great service.
