Purchased a ring on November 12 was told it would be about 2 weeks for it to come in. Called on November 30 the ring still has not come in. They promised it would be at the store on December 4. Reluctantly I decided to wait since they assured me multiple times it would be there. I decided to give them an extra day and went in today. It’s still not in! The manager didn’t care that I paid for a product and 3 weeks later still have not received it. “ My design center is taking about 3 weeks”. Well as of December 3 it’s been 3 weeks. This store is a joke! The “design center” is Jared in Uptown. I could have taken it somewhere to have it resized and it would have already been done. Bought a ring from Kay and it took about a week. I will never purchase anything from this joke of a store again!

Busy place so getting help from a sales person takes time and they advertise curbside pick up but this is definitely not an option at this location. I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be brought out which never happened and after going inside to get my order myself I can see that there is no way the limited staff could accommodate curbside pick up. I made several purchases from the cottonwood location and they have all been pleasant. I bought a ring online and didn’t like it so the associates were prompt in helping me return it. I purchased several pairs of earrings and I received a great deal of assistance from the employees. They gave me their undivided attention as I shopped around the store. I highly recommend this store.

I’ve had a ring for a while that needed a ring guard to complete it. I went into the cottonwood sales and sales representative Taryn was extremely helpful in assisting me to find a ring guard that looks great with my exiting ring. Taryn showed me many options that were both in store and online and helped me complete the purchase. I love the completed look!

Sales Representative David was very professional and patient. David called me to let me know my repair was ready for pickup and when I arrived he knew exactly who I was. He was fast and efficient with the paper work and handled my beautiful ring with care. He was so personable I almost bought another ring. Lol! It's hard to find good customer service anymore so I was highly impressed. Thank you David!

They would have gotten a five-star. The people who work here are wonderful. So why 3 stars, you ask? Well, I have not been able to get my wedding ring back. I was given the wrong one after it went in for repairs last October/November.

Veronica at cottonwood was awesome!! So was her manager. It was a much different experience than the Coronado location. At the Coronado location you feel rushed like if you're bothering the workers. So Veronica was a breath of fresh air because she took her time showed me anything I wanted to see and wasn't angry that I was there shopping like the workers at the coronado location. I wish we had more workers like Veronica, who really care about their customer and their job.

We went into Zales to upgrade a ring and Jaime made the entire process easy! Took his time showing us a variety and did not rush us into our purchase. We will definitely be going back for future purchases

I was there to purchase two gifts. The website said open at 11. I waited from 11 till 1130 and still not open. Took my business down the hall and took my $3200 . Not sure how you can trust a store that can’t even open on time.

I might as well be invisible. 3 staff members were too busy talking and laughing to greet or acknowledge me, even while I walked through the entire store/all cases right in front of them, waiting to be helped.

Brooke at the Zales jewelry store in Cottonwood mall Albuquerque New Mexico is absolutely phenomenal. I purchased one 1/2 karat diamond tennis bracelet out of the Marilyn Monroe collection from Zales thru Progressive leasing. Brooke walked me thru the whole process patiently explaining each step. That night I decided my wife deserved a bigger diamond tennis bracelet. The very next morning( Christmas Eve) I went back to Brooke and explained how I wanted to return the original bracelet and purchase a different bigger bracelet. With a big genuine smile Brooke gladly helped me again. She returned the bracelet and patiently walked thru the whole Progressive leasing process again. It took some time. In fact, Brooke was supposed to get off at two o clock. At two forty five Brooke was still helping me. Returning the jewelry to the store was quick and east. Reversing the Progressive lease was not horrible but was time consuming. Brooke took care of it all. She went above and beyond for me. I finally walked away a very satisfied customer. My wife is a very happy lady. She got her 4 karat diamond tennis bracelet for Christmas. Brooke went home late. Thank you ,Brooke, for all your help. My husband typically purchases my jewelry from the Coronado location. I purchase from the Coors location because the people there are so pleasant and helpful. I took my wedding rings to be cleaned and inspected at the Coronado location (because it’s more convenient for me) and they refused to clean them, telling me my big diamond was cracked. They told me that my inspections were irregular (they were because they kept turning me away) and that I’d have to pay out of pocket for repairs. I was so upset because I had just sent my rings out for a full inspection and dipping. I went to Coors, where I should’ve gone in the beginning. She inspected my rings, cleaned them and let me know that absolutely nothing was wrong with my diamonds or my metal. I was so relieved but angry at the Coronado location for not only turning me away, but the misinformation they gave me. They did not want to clean my rings so they lied to me and once again turned me away. I have never been treated this way at the Coors location and I am grateful for that. Thank you!!

Good customer service and decent prices (plus the credit card is easy to get). Sometimes leaves service to be desired but it is what it is. They sell semi decent watches and jewelry.
