My husband & I found Noble House back in 1992. It is the best place to get a watch battery. We have also had jewelry repaired and purchased gifts for family & friends. They have a nice selection of jewelry & watches. It is nice to deal with a local family owned business and not a large chain. The staff is friendly, &pleasant to work with

These people are a family that treats their customers like family! How many toddlers look forward to a trip to the jewelry store? Mine do because they are always so nice to children, so open to showing kids something really special and of course there's always a piece of candy! They have gorgeous display items but can order you anything you can dream up! They will work within your budget and are as good as their word on when it will be ready! Plus they support their community, donated generously to our silent auction fundraiser.

I have had to come in for a clasp that was broken on my youngest daughter's necklace. It was very special necklace to her I had it repaired for her birthday They did very fast service and affordable. My other daughter had a very special necklace the pendant holds the ashes of her late boyfriend. I was looking for a better quality silver chain for her very special pendant. Not only was I able to walk in quickly find exactly what I was looking for but they repaired one of the rings that hold his name on the necklace. Very friendly great service forget about the big chains give these guys a try they're awesome!!!

Took my watch in to have it fixed. The strap was broke and I thought the face was damaged. They offered a very fair price for the work. I agreed. When I came in to pick it up they told me one of the parts I wanted fixed (the face) actually didn't need work. Very honest people. They are nice and polite. Work was great. Watch looks perfect. I've been coming here for ten plus years because of my first experience with them. They were helpful and fair priced I bought a turkish cut 18k necklace from them and when times got hard for me I took the necklace back to them years later. And they welcomed me like family. I've since reaquired my necklace back from them and to this day I purchase my fine jewelry from here and sell them my scrap gold and gems. Always will be a loyal customer with Nobile House! I brought my wedding ring here to get the prongs on the center stone retipped as they were getting thin and starting to snag on things. I was told that they could not be tipped and would need to be rebuilt. When I got it back a month later, the prongs were off center, the center stone was was uneven and a couple of the diamonds in the halo were cracked. And the prongs still caught everything since the stone was ill set. After going back and forth with them denying responsibility for the damage we ended up going to another jeweler to fix it. They may be fine to purchase things from the case but I will never go back.

The NEW owners put a wrong battery in a valuable watch and also damaged the screws. I had to have their work fixed at Butterfield. It was very sketchy. Would not recommend.
