UPDATE 7/29/20 I had a ring re-welded by their jeweler, it broke the day after I picked it up. I purchased a ring from them that was sent to be sized, when I picked it up, it was a completely different band, that split in half less than a year later. It was sent to their jeweler for repair 2 weeks ago and isn't expected to be done for another 2 weeks. I've had nothing but problems with this place and will never purchase from them again. They were gracious enough & didn't charge me, and it's a good thing because less than a year later, the ring split AGAIN. What a huge disappointment their materials are.

JEWELRY FROM CLAIRE'S? I stopped into the Paseo store to get Valentine's gift for my wife. The jewelry pieces were beautifully presented throughout the store. I purchased several pieces and they were placed in the gift bag. When I returned to the house, the jewelry pieces were just inside plastic bags , inside the gift bag. Very bad presentation for not so cheap jewelry pieces. I have purchased from Lilly Barrack before at the Rio Grand store. They put the gifts inside of a nice gift box for me to give to my wife. It was very presentable and just looked good. It just looks better than plastic bags. The bags make the jewelry pieces look like it came from Claire's. I'm very disappointed in the lack of service.

The ladies here are Otherworldly! They helped me custom design a one of a kind ring for my girlfriend and it came out BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL! Cannot thank them enough for how friendly and efficient they are. P.s. SHE SAID YES haha They have so many cool things here and not just jewelry! Definitely check this place out!

Update: The staff was very helpful and polite. You get a very generous discount in person for shopping local. The jewelry is as unique and beautiful as ever. I can't wait to get my ring in a few weeks. Absolutely worth the wait! My wedding band is still amazing 6 months later. It matches my sapphire engagement ring perfectly. Their handcrafted silver jewelry is equally lovely. I own a few pieces and they haven't tarnished or had a single problem.

Great selection of jewelry

We have bought several pieces of the b.tiff jewelry because it is unique. Unfortunately within the past couple of months three of the pieces broke. One the mounting fell off the ring bought on 3/2023 The second one a set of earrings stone fell off of the the mount. We were quoted 35.00 because it was purchased in 2021. When we went pick it up they had increased the price to $40.00 and said oops a mistake when we corrected them of the first quote. The third a stone fell out of the mount on the bracelet. That took more than 4 weeks to be replaced because I had to wait until the next shipment. All they could saus there is nothing we can do about it. Terrible staff, lay out of state seems scattered

My first time at this local jewelry store. It's pretty high end but with a few cool less expensive pieces and some fun gift items. The staff were polite and attentive. I bought a couple fun coasters for a friend.
