I had the most amazing care at this location today from the lady who checked me in to the male nurses that helped care for me. My CNP Cora was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I was a very late walk-in didn’t expect to get in but I did! maybe a good night of luck for me. The care was exceptional from beginning to end! Stitches and all the er is never a great place to be but I felt safe and cared for. What a wonderful team you all have!!!

I had an early morning appointment. All the nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and patient. They answered my questions and provided detailed information as to their plans for helping my condition. Very glad I stopped by, they thoughtfully helped my condition and I feel much better.

Have great Dr’s!! Love Dr Haidar very professional and explains everything to you. He doesn’t treat you like a number.

I went in for a pre-op covid test and had an amazing experience. There was no wait and Sylvia quickly got the job done. She was so personable, kind, and caring. We need more people like Sylvia in the world! 💕

Sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours after having all symptoms of a stroke and kept getting told multiple times when I asked how long the wait was that if I would just pay their ambulance fee they would just send me straight back to get seen because they could just say I arrived that way. Corrupt business willing to let people die in their waiting room to make a few extra bucks.

Elizabeth Stenger is wasting Presbyterian time by writing negative reviews for her Childs programs while on the clock. She has harassed our staff, and is no longer welcome to our programs. Supervisors beware.

Doesn't matter who you see the are always running late. My daughter had an appointment for 10:30 be there at 10:15 to ✔️ in to be informed doctor is running 40 min behind. HOW they open at 9.DONT TELL ME ITS S COVID STOP MAKING EXCUSES. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER

The front desk woman are extremely rude and unprofessional. Seems like that’s the majority of the complaints here and it doesn’t seem like Presbyterian cares. Missy Cervantes at the front desk is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional.

My PCP is located here. Him and his team, along with the front desk staff have CONSTANTLY dropped the ball when it comes to my healthcare. Will be finding a new PCP due to my last disappointing visit. Thanks for nothing!

Had to go get a covid test today. The nurse Pam is so sweet and so kind!!I'm so happy I'm with Presbyterian plan very caring staff! Thank you Pam for making my visit a great one😊

Recently had to get a new provider not by my choice but it was changed just the same. I was given a new provider and she is nice in person but nobody ever gets back to me on the messages I've left concerning a referral. Not professional at all..after all these year's I now have to look for a new provider. I miss Dr Patrick Ribera and his staff so very much

My daughter went here when she was running a fever of 103.8, and the triage nurse did NOT take her temperature, then proceeded to falsify her medical record by entering that her temperature was 97.0. When she called them to tell then it was wrong, they basically called her a liar and told her that it she were running that high of a fever her blood pressure would be high. Do not go here!! Absolutely horrible care!!!

I personally would not recommend going to this urgent care. The level of incompetence is outrageous. They allegedly send a prescription to your pharmacy, but don't. Also they do not prescribed all of the medication they informed you they will be prescribing. My poor son will need to wait until tomorrow morning to get his antibiotics.

We came from out of state for the Holidays and my husband needed to see a doctor. From our first call to make an appointment to the check in desk to the care he received, everyone was amazingly kind and helpful! I work in medical and this organization has a great work flow and wonderful staff!!! Thank you all.

So, I had an ear situation. I came to this location, was seen. But services, especially by physician was NOT attentive, NOT thorough, & upon reading the doctors notes, they're were some false statements. Just think it could've been more accurate: services & all.

I usually get taken care of IF and that's a BIG IF I can't schedule a damn appointment! I don't understand how all day everyday unless I schedule right when they open their spots are always filled

The most kind and attentive to their patients, asking all kinds of questions, exams, and everything necessary so that you don't have to return again and again to so many appointments!! 10/10
