Posting under an alias. I was the first patient of the day yesterday. I was nervous, anxious, and scared. One of the male residential doctors had witnessed me vomiting into the sink of the patient room and responded with genuine empathy. I would like to thank Dr. Philips, the male resident that accompanied her and the nurse as well. All three of these people demonstrated exceptional compassion, empathy and professionalism. You can genuinely see their humanity shining through in the way that they interact. They took care of me every step of the way and made me feel comforted. Even though I was suddenly overwhelmed with unexpected feelings at the end of my procedure, I know that it was the right decision. No matter how you react, these people will support you every step of the way. The world needs more people like this. I highly recommend this place and the caring staff at this facility.

If I could give more stars I would from the beginning to the end of my appointment everything and everyone was so nice. Very respectful, understanding, made me feel so comfortable. The doctors the nurses everyone did such an amazing job I was in and out no long wait at all. Coming from a different state they made everything run so smoothly for me. Explained everything to me made sure to answer all my questions & more thank you guys!

10/10 experience! I flew from Texas and was nervous just due to the circumstances of having to leave my home state to receive medical assistance. As soon as I walked in everyone was super friendly and nice! My procedure did require an all day affair but, they made me feel right at home. One of the nurses even dropped me off back at my hotel so I wouldn’t have to Uber! If you are looking for abortion services this is definitely the place for you! I am forever grateful!

This clinic is awesome. My mom and I flew from Texas. Everyone there was nice and made sure everyone was checked in. My procedure took longer than expected but they were being cautious because of the situation. My body had been through a lot within a year from having a ectopic pregnancy to having a have surgery. But the procedure went smoothly and the nurse stay with me every step till leaving time. I never been through this. And it was a good experience. Thank you thank you UNM center for Reproduction health!

This clinic is really wonderful and great at making you feel comfortable! I was really nervous about putting in an IUD since last time that I tried it with a different clinic, it didn't go so well. So the clinic worked with me and gave me something to help me relax and it went so much better this time! Highly recommended this place!

The whole team was very supportive they took me in quick even before my appointment time. They took really good care of me held my hand talked me through everything and kept me distracted. The procedure went by smoothly and I drove ten hours for this and it was worth the drive to be here

First off I was scared going in for my appointment unsure of so much! They treated me great! Never rushed me allowed me to literally gather myself and know they were here for me no matter my choice in my situation! The hug from one my nurse was a embrace I cry about still till now! SHE MEANT EVERY SECOND! I FELT IT! The DULA was there told hold my hand and relax me! This company is well worth going to. I'm not one for reviews but they gave me memories not grief! Thanks to all of u that helped me today!

Had no problem with the staff they were lovely and treated my girlfriend nicely. I do however have an issue with the fact that we asked multiple times if any mail would be getting sent to our address as this is a matter of the upmost discretion for my significant other but that have been completely ignored. We have so far received 2 bill payments and test results in the mail after we have left. The bill was completely paid when we left so we were told it must have been a “coder error”. I don’t understand how you guys can go ahead an guarantee our discretion on site but the minute we leave mail arrives with your facility name bright as day. Absolutely annoyed with the very simple instructions that weren’t followed. We left our numbers and emails for a reason and instead of using anything we specifically asked for you still sent mail. I don’t understand that those of you running this program can preform these operations but no be able to interpret what “please do not send mail” means.

Very good doctors.... the whole staff was very good.. even gave me a ride to the airport.... both doctors are amazing and this is one experience that > will not forget.....quick easy and was all about the patients....thank you sooooooo much

I can cry about how much I love these ladies and this clinic. My procedure was almost a year ago and every now and then I think about these lovely ladies . A lot was going on and I came from Texas by myself. The WHOLE staff is truly amazing. I will never forget y’all.

I had an appointment for a depo shot and I tried to call them multiple times when I got to the location but couldn't find the building and then when I finally found it WITHOUT THEIR HELP, I ended up being just over 15 minutes late, which is when they cancel the appointment. First of all my depo shot takes 5 minutes at most and second of all there was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE THERE but they still wouldn't bring me back. I'm NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

All the staff was really friendly They take good care of their patients. It was quite a wait but only for safety pro cautions. Discharging nurse was awesome!!!

Rude receptionist 7/28/22 , noticed BLOOD on bed cushion. Was in with my husband and a friend who were there for their procedures. Reception is rude over the phone and in person. Witnessed a bad attitude with another guest who traveled to NM from Texas ( they were speaking loudly ). Receptionist verbally said her name is Dominique. However, the procedures went great.

Everyone was super nice, but it took an hour and 40 minutes just to get a Depo shot.

The staff here was really friendly, informative, and helpful. I was in and out quickly during my visit. When they called me after, Mariah was extremely helpful and caring and I really appreciated her. This is a great clinic!
