Two parts: First, the nurses/ techs and Doctors are fantastic. They were there from day one with our little one. Couldn't recommend a better team. Second: The front desk management is atrocious and impotent. The manager must enjoy enforcing her own unposted covid restrictions at her will. The first was when me and my wife were the only ones in a seating section and she wanted us to sit apart (You can get bent). The second time was when she told me I had to wait outside because their new rules only allowed the primary recipient of care seating in the waiting room. You cannot really be that dumb to think if I have covid, she does as well. The next week when I came back? All the other spouses are inside the waiting room. She needs to be fired for incompetence if nothing else.

We had several appointments where they were running 2-3 hours behind schedule. There is no such thing as a quick appointment here. Even worse, their billing department is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service. We had my son's 1 year appointment via phone due to COVID. My insurance covers preventive health 100%, but they decided to bill as a normal phone visit. They will not change the billing even with instruction from my insurance. This ultimately results in an extra bill for us that we shouldn't have.

I have bluecross blueshield so I don't really have to worry about pricing. However, even if I had to pay I would. My appointment was great, the people were great and the clinic was clean. I had all my questions answered and felt really comfortable. I'm going to continue all my appointments there.❤

The doctors and support staff are amazing. I have a high risk pregnancy with twins and multiple medical issues and I feel so supported and cared for here. All the doctors have answered all of my questions and always put my babies health first above all else. Susie the diabetes coordinator is the most amazing woman and makes sure that all my supplies are always available to me. I was hospitalized to manage a health issue and I saw the doctors multiple times and knew what was happening every step of the way. I can’t say anything bad about my team of doctors and support staff. Thank you to all for making my experience amazing and less stressful.

Best Service I've ever got!!!! Ultrasound tech was so caring, smart and I didn't have to wait to be called ,even a minute! Doctors side Just amazing, nurse is Top Notch !!! So caring, gave me water while they bringing me to the room, and asked if I want a crakers!!! Where in the hospitals or doctor offices you can get this type of service? I didn't have any experience like that before! Doctor was So Knowledgeable, professional, and explained so detailed and was super caring! By the way building inside New and SO CLEAN!!! EVERYTHING remodeled , I was enjoying to be in room, or waiting room! IF YOU LOOK FOR PROFESSIONAL HELP AND TOP NOTCH CARING ,FOR YOUR PREGNANCY OR BABY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UMN ON EUBANK. I would like to recognize Theresa the ultrasound tech at the Women's Eubank Clinic for being so kind and personable during our visit. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant, and this was my second ultrasound at this facility. Theresa made the entire process a really happy and exciting occasion for my husband and I. She was more than helpful and positive which really helped calm the feelings of anxiousness as it is our first child. I really appreciated her and am thankful she was our ultrasound tech today!

i was seen here for my pregnancy. it was my first and im so happy i came here. my widwife was connie and she answered all my questions and always made me feel at ease. highly recommend this clinic. and all the ultrasound techs are amazing!!

Really rude and never call you back and am having medical issues and there having me wait until August 15th to be seen and they so they can’t get me in sooner but when I called them to make my first appointment they got me in the next day now there give me a hard time now I have to wait 2 months to be seen again very very rude staff

Editing my original review. Scheduling is a bit slow. I've been waiting for 4 months for a urogyn to call me but haven't heard anything, which is frustrating but alright. The care I receive from Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Francisco is great. They are very accommodating of my questions and desire for a tubal ligation. Very grateful for them!

All medical professionals I had to deal with at this location has provided extremely terrible service. When I called to place a complaint she says, "well we have a lot of patients". I understand that but I also know every patient deserves the right care!

I called trying to make an appointment to be seen because I’ve been here for my last pregnancy but unfortunately I’ve had to wait for my insurance because I couldn’t afford any co pays for any doctors until November 3, so I tried calling today and the women who answered from the scheduling department was very rude to me. I explained that I’m in urgent need of getting in and heavily pregnant and how I wanted to go to their location, her comment was “that’s crazy” In a very discussing way. I immediately hung up and cried. No one should make someone feel bad like that when they already do and already feel frustrated and scared.

Worse experience ever. Every time I have appointments they get me seeing 1 hour after. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else.

Dr Mayweather. Is the greatest!! Highly recommend her. Wonderful carrying, intelligent Doctor.

Received prenatal care here in 2019,5 stars. Received prenatal care here in 2022 and had a pretty mixed experience. Most of the individual midwives were great but they were so busy I had to see a different midwife just about every appointment, and got stuck with the one I disliked for my postpartum care because they had nothing else available even 6 weeks ahead of time. They also took over a week to call me about an infection I had postpartum—thankfully I was ok but I could have gotten very sick.

Don't recommend GI. Came here with high hopes and open minded that I would figure out more about my sons potential dairy allergy, Theresa weidemann did not want to send us to get him tested because "it won't show up on a test" since he's only 6 months but yet I know tons of mothers who had got their child tested even younger, and just disagreed with everything that I had to say when what I was saying came from actual research. She was ignorant. I wasted my time. Left with no answers just with what I already knew.

The MA’s lack empathy, compassion, and just general kindness. There is no signs when you walk in then they treat you like you’re an idiot for not knowing where to go. My favorite part is it’s women & children but all the parking spots in front are for fuel efficient vehicles making it impossible for moms with young children or who are pregnant to more safely and quickly go from the parking lot to the door (how many moms can afford a fuel efficient vehicle?? A cheap one like a Prius maybe but it isn’t enough room) Then they have sign inside about walking safely. That cracks me up! The doctor was nice.

Got my iud here and it was the best experience I've ever had
