Overall a good experience, that was a mix-up with my paperwork and I ended up waiting way too long, but the staff was very apologetic for their mistake. The doctors that I've seen were very kind, courteous, and empathetic. Also the X-ray and MRI technicians were very professional and nice. Clean, nice waiting area. Vending machine inside.

I’ve had Day Surgery at OSIS 3 times and each time was a positive experience. Highly recommended!

I waited over 2 hours. Had to make a new appt. I was treated very bad. Doctor claims that my bone spurs were to small. My ripped rotator cups were to small. No surgery needed. I went to NM ORTHOPEDICS with no referral and no long wait. I was treated like a human. I was well over due for surgery on both shoulders. This doctor expected me to try and live life with my weak arms... So sad,he had no manners . . Sickening that people have to go through bad treatment.

Staff was great except for the physician. He is a nice person and great bedside manner but, unfortunately, he did nothing to help my husband. We had to go elsewhere to get care. This would probably be a great place to go for lesser knee injuries like sprains, but not anything serious, from our experience.

Medical visit. Excellent people there, calming and relaxed but very professional. Left feeling better, results perfect.

Employees processing you in could be a little more friendly. I was told after processing my patient in a rude manner, I could sit in the parking lot or go home, but do not sit in waiting room. I went shopping. Fortunately, the healthcare staff was kind, courteous, accommodating and professional. A big shout out to the nursing staff. The surgery went very well.

Excellent care and service! Everyone is professional and very helpful with navigation of the outpatient surgery experience. Highly recommend this facility!

Dr Treme was my surgeon and did a miniscus tear surgery. I was in terrible pain immediately after the surgery I could feel the difference.

Communication. The first appointment is clear on when and where to be. Not the best in communication on what is to be expected day of with the patient. Not knowing what appointment I had next for instance, for CT scans and MRI were unknown. In this day and age I should have a text, e-mail, phone calls ,and better yet something in writing for the various appointments. When leaving voice messages be very slow and clear when giving a phone number. One more thing, I think we can drop the Covid protocol since my family is fully vaccinated. I want to thank everyone for working with me and helping me such a great team in explaining of what is going on.

Clean, organized, kind staff. It's never fun having to go to the hospital, but this place is not bad.

The wait to see a Dr. is always extremely long, but the ortho Dr's are fantastic. The building is wonderful. It's easy to park and get to your appointment, without dealing with the main hospital.
