I
was
not
pleased
with
my
visit.
First,
I
overheard
the
NP
and
the
MA
joking
in
the
hallway
about
how
ridiculous
it
was
that
I
wasn't
tested
for
COVID
before
I
arrived.
During
check-in,
I
explained
to
the
MA
that
a
nurse
cleared
me
via
the
COVID
hotline
after
I
explained
my
symptoms
and
the
OTC
meds
and
regimen
I
followed
for
the
past
week
or
so.
I
also
told
her
that
my
COVID
home
test
was
negative.
Second,
The
NP
told
me
that
my
vitals
and
everything
were
great.
I
explained
that
I
felt
terrible,
nothing
had
been
working
and
that
I
am
prone
to
sinus
infections
and
believed
I
needed
antibiotics.
Jason
(NP)
then
told
me
that
he
had
been
"disappointing
people"
because
he
had
seen
no
cause
for
antibiotics
for
so
many.
I
asked
as
many
questions
as
I
could
to
be
certain
that
he
saw
no
cause
for
antibiotics.
He
said
I
was
fine
and
let
me
go.
Overnight,
my
previous
symptoms
worsened
and
I
had
new
symptoms.
I
felt
terrible
the
next
morning.
I
took
meds
to
treat
my
symptoms
until
I
could
be
seen
by
my
regular
Urgent
care
doc.
I
met
with
her
via
telehealth
and
she
prescribed
me
antibiotics.
My
symptoms
started
to
improve
after
a
couple
days,
but
it
took
7
days
for
me
to
feel
a
little
"better."
Long
story
short,
she
had
to
prescribe
a
stronger
antibiotic
for
an
additional
7
days
bc
of
the
infection.
I
was
out
of
work
for
2
weeks
and
didn't
start
feeling
back
to
normal
until
a
little
over
three.
I
tried
to
explain
to
Jason
that
I
had
the
same
symptoms
as
my
last
infection
which
was
years
ago
(2017),
but
he
dismissed
my
concerns
and
was
pretty
condescending
in
my
opinion.
I
understand
that
people
can
become
resistant
to
antibiotics
if
they're
taken
too
much,
BUT
that
wasn't
the
case
for
me.
I
don't
understand
how
he
saw
NOTHING
during
his
exam
and
I
clearly
had
a
serious
issue.
The
stuff
that
came
out
of
my
head
was
disgusting
(of
course).
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
facility.
The
only
reason
I
went
was
because
I
couldn't
be
seen
at
my
regular
urgent
care
until
2
days
later
and
I
knew
something
was
going
on.
My
visit
here
was
a
waste
of
time
and
I'm
glad
I
was
able
to
get
the
help
I
needed
elsewhere.
