Disappointing
Experience
I
don't
like
leaving
bad
reviews,
and
it
took
me
some
time
to
finally
decide
to
write
one
because
I
know
that
it
can
be
helpful
for
both
the
patient,
future
patients,
and
hopefully
for
the
provider.
When
I
first
was
looking
for
a
provider,
I
went
to
their
website
and
read
their
about
and
their
story.
I
was
pleased
with
what
I
read
and
resonated
with
their
philosophy.
I
know
that
the
original
philosophy
came
from
Dr.
Steven
D
Hsi
who
passed
away
and
his
wife
wanted
to
continue
his
vision.
Unfortunately
the
new
ownership
does
not
live
up
to
what
I
read
and
was
expecting.
I
really
gave
my
provider
Dawn
Fithen,
FNP/C
and
her
assistant
Celanie
the
opportunity
to
own
their
mistakes,
as
we
all
make
mistakes
and
have
the
choice
to
own
them
and
learn
from
them.
To
this
day,
months
later,
the
medical
issue
that
I
needed
their
help
with
is
yet
to
be
resolved
by
them.
Wrong
tests
were
ordered,
they
cancelled
an
appointment
I
had
without
being
notified
(It's
a
two
and
a
half
hour
drive
from
where
I
live)
The
most
frustrating
and
disappointing
thing
is
that
I
have
not
heard
from
them.
I
left
messages
via
the
portal
and
voicemails.
I
feel
like
instead
of
owning
their
mistakes
and
apologizing
and
moving
forward
with
what
needs
to
be
done,
it
appears
to
be
easier
for
them
to
lose
a
client.
I
did
find
a
different
provider
and
what
a
difference
in
their
professionalism,
their
respect
for
my
time,
and
especially
their
respect
for
me
and
my
needs.
