I was left alone in a treatment room with an uncapped IV that spurted blood everywhere. That’s after 2 failed IV insertions. My pants are covered in blood and I already have bruises on my arms. Nurse yelled at me, followed me out to my car and banged on the window when I left. Oh, and the gauze I used to clean up my own blood was in an expired package from 2021. Scary bad infusions, definitely to be avoided for primary care.

I can never go back to having a primary care thru my health plan. They get you in for appointments quickly, you don't wait around for hours in the waiting room , and the money you save on prescriptions and services almost pays the fee. When we were traveling my wife needed a prescription and they were able to do an online consult and send it to the local pharmacy. I cant imagine not having their services and price is surprisingly affordable.
