Unbelievably incompetent and uncaring staff. A family member was scheduled for a “Welcome Visit” that never took place. Despite prior numerous staff scheduling errors, my elderly family member was recently left waiting in a skilled nursing facility for the Oak Street Health driver who never showed up. Despite a commitment made by Outreach director Gil, who ensured me that he would make sure my mother’s appointment and pickup would go smoothly, he has now failed to return my calls once I advised him that no one showed up from Oak Street to take her to the appointment. In addition, I left a detailed message for a “process” person by the name of Kathy, who I was advised would follow up with me as Gil did not. I have still not received an explanation or response from anyone at Oak Street Health, nor has anyone contacted my mother to reschedule. It is astounding to me not to mention disgraceful, that a health care clinic would treat any patient so poorly, particularly an elderly person currently residing in a skilled nursing rehab facility.

I was very nervous about going to see a doctor but once I was there, I felt relaxed and at ease. I especially liked the steps that were taken to explain your concept and Ms Tyme really gave me reassurance about my care. I would definitely refer a friend and family!

The staff at the oak street on 4th were great. But I have found it impossible to schedule an appointment for my wellness check. Get put on hold by call center for 15 to 20 minutes. Had to repeat every thing I said. Finally got I think transfer to the office phone again put on hold waited over 5 minutes and hung Second time after waiting 10 minutes for call center to answer hung up guess I’ll go somewhere else

Overall visit was great. I really like the community activity services they offer to patients. Good way to meet people. Also I like the fact that you do not have to wait a long time to see your primary sometimes next day appointments.

Beware! When you try to call in to your location you HAVE to go through their call center!! This is during normal business hours too. Originally the call center would transfer me (per voicemails from my location advising me to tell them to do so!) but NOW the call center tells me their “protocol” is to send my location a message to return my call and refuse to transfer me. I have confirmed the call center is NOT supposed to do that. If I cannot get through to my doctor’s office during normal hours this is a deal breaker for me. I am finding a new doctor as of 6/23/2022.

If you’re an elderly person that needs help DO NOT go here. They are extremely disorganized. Horrible communicators and I can never get ahold of who I need. I can never get the right appointment. It makes sense they have a 1.5 star review on yelp.

All I can say about the new Oak Street Clinic is WOW! - EVERY ASPECT of the clinic business is AMAZING! - 1. The staff is so friendly and RESPECTFUL!, .. from the Admin facilitator, Tony, right down to the courtesy driver, Daniel! 2. The "Welcoming process" that their RN provides is so unique! You're treated like an individual vested patient vs a head of cattle at the other medical facilities. Likewise, I was wowed by how organized their medical business is, (ie: Their 3 stage process that you go through as a new patient.) 3. I was super impressed by how their Admin facilitator, Tony, was so "insightful" and CARING" upon "fitting" me up with the perfect doctor that could address my needs and care. 4. Dr. Longley is a rare gem! He's not like the norm of doctors who treat you generically and shorthanded. He's so down to earth that you feel at ease with him the moment he introduces himself. - After Dr. Longley and I conversed, he got "right down to business" upon realizing that I'm not just looking for a new PCP. When He realized that I have serious medical issues, He put my care into action as URGENT, vs how the other medical facilities I have been to over the years, have either dismissed me or added me to the masses in waiting 6 months to a year. Lastly, I was so WOWED by how large, spacious and CLEAN the new facility is! More so, I was in AWE by how the clinic provides a "Comfort and Resource lounge" for their patients. The Oak Street Clinic is a "Rejuvenating and Encouraging concept" that restores Hope for patients who feel like they have been a "Can kicked down the road"by the other large big name medical providers in Albuquerque. .. The Oak Street Clinic has long been needed in this community!

I love working with Dr. Longley and am happy to be reestablished with him at his new job. He is the most thorough Dr. I have ever worked with. He totally tracked health issue he helped me with when he worked here in Santa Fe.

Great! Everyone was professional and friendly. I was at least 15 minutes late, yet they still worked me in. Very happy with your facilities, ideas of the scribe and customer rep were new and welcome. Very home away from home feel .

For the first time in many years I received exactly the care I needed. Dr. Longley was attentive and engaging. He listened, and addressed every question and concern. He then created an initial treatment plan moving forward. The entire staff was professional, congenial and welcoming. I wish I had found Oak Street Health sooner. I have not had this quality of healthcare in the past 10 years. These medical professionals really CARE!

Great experience receiving health care! My appointment began at the designated time. From the time I walked in to the time I left the health clinic, I felt cared for like I was a member of their family. Thorough, friendly, professional, and efficient, all of my questions and concerns were addressed (and I had a lot of questions). Not long after I returned home, I received a text from my pharmacy that my prescription (new) was ready. Just wow! Thank you Oak Street Health! Looking for a healthcare office? This is the place!

I would recommend them to a friend. They were going to provide transport but their van had to be toed, they came up with an alternative that was more than acceptable. I was seen at the appointment time everyone was courteous.

My experience was almost excellent, beginning with my 1st phone contract with Virginia. My intake visit exceeded my expectations which are high when seeking medical care! I will definitely recommend Oak Street Medical to my family, friends & other Seniors in need of medical services. It’s a nice place however I found after a few visits that I could not contact the Clinic directly only through the call Center by leaving messages. Clinic Staff never called me back after leaving several messages! Hope they fix this issue soon? Thank you

I am not quite an established patient yet and can't give it five stars until I had the full experience and seen the doctor, but everybody was really nice and helpful and answered every question. It feels like they may actually remember me in time as well as giving me a feeling of community!

Very informative, staff was helpful, courteous and it was an excellent experience. Update: After several visits I still stand by my first review, excellent and professional service from the front desk to the doctors.

I would have given it 5 stars but I asked for a copy of the letter provided by Oak Street Health that declares my dog🐕Lucy as an 'emotional support' animal when I went for my last visit and I did not get it

The front desk staff was friendly and patient. The relations person was very helpful and knowledgeable, the assisting staff members were very patient and very pleasant. The doctor was excellent. She listened and explained as needed and asked a lot of questions. She was exceedingly patient if we got off topic. I was very impressed

My first initial visit was very pleasant, I like because they value diversity at Oak Street Health, that means a lot to me. I would DEFINITELY refer others to this facility. The staff also appear to be quite efficient.

😠 Avoid this clinic at all cost! They are rude and unprofessional to say the least.
