My wife was treated extremely bad. She was treated very bad by the entire staff including the female physician. She went in for a check up and was stereotyped and treated like was dumb and doctor was checking on GOOGLE of all places for answers to a symptom she was having! This clinic was very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone go here!!!!

Horrible. From the moment I got taken back for my vitals by the MA. She read my blood pressure wrong. She had to be corrected by some other MA. She expected me to know what to do while taking my vitals. Nobody knew where to go where to take me where to place me what to say. The “doctor” was looking on google for answers. She spent more than half of my visit on google looking for answers. I was so frustrated. Everyone seemed clueless there. I was so nervous because honestly, I could have done a better job. And I could have looked my symptoms up on google myself instead of paying for some rude lady to do the same 😑 unprofessionalism ay it’s finest. You all needa get it together over there. Get some educated people. Know your HIPPA guidelines I could have filed a law suit.

I am not entirely happy with the communication of this place. Trying to get the doctor to look at a message you’ve left that is urgent (more than one message sometimes) doesn’t get you anywhere. I understand being busy with other patients and meetings, but there still needs to be communication. Not the patient constantly having to call and call and call to get told any type of answers, or to just be told “oh the doctor hasn’t looked at it yet”. It’s terrible service because what if it were something urgent a patient is calling about?. If communication doesn’t improve soon I will need to look into taking my business elsewhere. It’s extremely frustrating for patients to try and get answers from staff or providers there. If you’re going here for hormone replacement therapy, be very cautious about communication cause it’s extremely lacking on their end.

Everybody at Casa De Salud are extremely helpful and caring individuals. From the physicians to the case managers, they really care about their patients and go above and beyond what is expected of them. I am extremely grateful to have discovered this facility. I highly recommend Casa De Salud to anyone and everyone.

This clinic use to be a good clinic but it's not any more they use to have amazing doctors and a amazing case management worker but they all left or they don't last so everything is constantly changing at this clinic sometimes you set up appointments and they make u wait 2 hours to be seen or even longer I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore if you like everything constantly changing especially doctors feel free..... There only a few good workers still there.

This us a great place i came across them while lookn for sharps containers for my job thy provide them here but they also provide medical help for those lookn to get it thy are very friendly n itz a very clean n calm environment was not there long but could feel the luv thy put into helpn those who seek it

Been several times, and have always been treated like a human being and respected like a human being. After other places like this regularly treat people with no respect as if they are sub-human

Be careful, I went and they treated me like garbage, they made me feel because I had allergies in my arms, they took me outside as if I were a threat to humanity, I went to others and they treated me normally.
