At first, everything was nice the ladies were very nice. When the medical assistant left the room after she took my vitals. I sat in the room for 40 minutes, and no one came in and said the Doctor is tied up or anything. I stepped out of the room to find out what was the hold-up there was no one in sight so I walked out. So my experience wasn't that great. The doctor and staff are too busy to see me, why did they schedule my appointment at this time? No, thank you. I will stay where I am.

My husband and I (90 /80) visited Oak Street for the first time yesterday and were pleased to encounter a very different model of care. Instead of filling out reams of paper which the doctor would never read anyhow, we did our intake personally with the doctor who took time with us and ask important questions. We were offered a ride should we need it. Preventative care was emphasized.

This is the most comfortable, pleasant all friendly and cheerfully staff , I just love it there. Also the nurse practitioner was very thorough. I wanted to stay there. They are the friendliest dr office I've been to in a long time. The dr actually sirs and listens to you, and then gives advice on my situation. I really appreciate that.

I haven't had a primary doctor in a very long time and was anxious about the visit. I couldn't have been more comfortable as the entire staff were very kind, positive and compassionate.

I would not recommend this facility as they are not putting customer health care first. They are more worried about getting out at at the time they are scheduled then the health care of the patient. My Sister arrived 5 mins late and they refused to see her because I was her ride and was held up at the office later than i should with a client. I am very disappointed in the organization. I then called for a manager and as of this date i have not received a call back. I do not and would not recommend this facility or organization.

I really like Oak Street Health because they specialize in elderly care like my wife and myself. They have four new clinics in town and they're very organized and thorough. The clinic itself is nicely decorated which makes for a soothing atmosphere for the patients and their employees while making both happier, which is crucial to the success of any business entity. All of their employees are also very friendly and helpful too, which is greatly appreciated.

Excellent experience with Oak St. Health! I loved everything from the coffee, TV, and waiting room to the staff and meeting my new provider! I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I saw Dr Sproul and he was excellent. He prescribed me aan antibacterial which help my bronchitis. I returned twice and they are sti ll following up with me. He was the best doctor I have seen in recent years.
