In terms of gym experience I have been very happy with Snap. I enjoy especially the 24/7 model of availability, and access to cleaning supplies provided by the staff. Later at night it can be harder to have access to clean rags, but generally they are available. I am sure it is busier during the days but I have used them between 10PM and 4AM and had the gym be basically clear of people. Staff are responsive to questions and have always been friendly and assisted to the best of their ability. Generally the only issues I have had is there seems to be some other clients that are not as polite in terms of sharing space, and not "hogging" machines. I am happy overall with the experience though.

Been going to this gym for a little over two years now and I love it. Always welcoming and everyone is friendly. Definitely happy I stuck with this one.

Love Snap Fitness on Tramway and Indian School. Debbie keeps the place spotless. She is very hospitable and great with the customers. Debbie is very conscientious about her job. Met the owner. He is very interested in keeping the gym clean and inviting.

I'm not sure how this gym is because I walked in, tried to get some information about the place. I was met with "do you have insurance", no, then the rates are, ....." No tour, no enthusiasm about the facility. I asked about the personal trainer..He said he would have to call her to make an introduction...odd..I said could you call her for me now? He said no, I'm busy with other things.. I left.

Friendly staff, very clean. Just moved from DC and sign up through the Prime Members gym thing was a piece of cake. Looking forward to my fitness journey with Snap!

This gym is awesome. The staff is always so nice and welcoming and there is never a wait for equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is tired of going to gigantic, crowded gyms with indifferent staff. My experience with Snap has been positive every time!

This gym is amazing! I truly love their MyZone compatibility and connections, it makes it more fun and helps you to track your progress. I am also very happy with their class instructors and amazing staff, plus very knowledgeable personal trainers!

I have continually worked out the last 20 years. Always learning, I asked Robert to be my personal trainer. Oh My Goodness. Robert opened my eyes to how I SHOULD BE working out. 5 STAR RATING for him. The gym is immaculately CLEAN! So important in this day and time

I've been to a lot of gyms and the staff here is definitely at the very top. Equipment is clean and the staff is always keeping everything very neat and tidy. If you want a gym where you feel comfortable and the staff treats you like family go here.

Great gym, great staff, never too busy, equipment is kept in good repair. Reasonably priced. No crazy contracts or anything. Highly recommend.

This is a good place to work out it's not too overly crowded it has good equipment and so far I've seen a lot of pleasant people just working out to get in shape without the attitude great staff as well!!!
