CB and wellness is Albuquerque‘s newest and probably most interesting gym. Apart from having everything you would expect in a regular gym, they also have a Barber an aesthetician a sauna a mental health therapist on staff some of their personal trainers are also physical therapists their yoga program is amazing with instructors who are certified in trauma yoga and other holistic forms of healing. I had never done yoga before, and I felt very comfortable in Caleb‘s class. Definitely would recommend!

I have been in a pretty dark, lonely place for a while, so thought I'd see if doing Yoga, with Kaleb, Sun morning would begin the removal of that dreary place. I could not believe the amazing feeling of purging the "gunk" that occurred from doing this class! Kaleb's energy, spirit, and voice was absolutely wonderful. I left this Yoga class with a feeling of such calmness, that was unbelievable. This is a class I will continue to attend on a regular basis. I am grateful to CBM and Kaleb for the beginning of my healing process!!

We are so excited that this new, holistic, wonderful group has taken over the old Sims gym. The place looks absolutely amazing and everyone we met involved in the enterprise is incredibly friendly and professional. The 24 hour access is amazing and the place looks great.

Although they say there have been major improvements and refurbishments, just like their wellness philosophy, it’s all on the surface. Aesthetics and the superficial elements of health are what this establishment are all about. Their care for your process and progress is only skin deep, just like the shallow services offered here. Their electronic access door works 68% of the time, yet they claim to be open 24 hrs. Try getting stuck outside in downtown abq on a cold, dark winter morning and tell me this is a good place to frequent. Classes get cancelled all the time, and their app hadn’t been updated since august of last year, even though they made a huge deal about how you could used it to seek resilience counseling for first responders, military and other people under high stress situations. When your business claims don't match your business performance, this gym is what you get.

Loved this place when we started coming here! Staff is very nice and I love having 24hr access. However, over the last couple months, facility has been over run by high school boys. Not a problem really but since there is only one of each machine, nearly every machine is taken non stop between 3-6PM every day. The toilets stopped working a few weeks ago, no flushing. Weights go un racked and machines go un cleaned, which is mostly to blame on gym goers rather than staff. Will likely be looking in to other gyms in ABQ because of these reasons. Used to be a relaxed, quiet gym space so super bummed. A little TLC from staff/owners and maybe some new machines and it would be great!

I love coming in here I always feel welcomed by the entire staff. It’s not only an amazing gym it’s so much more! Kaleb and matt are fantastic yoga instructors. The person trainers are all wonderful I wish I could sign up with all of them! It’s very clean and I love the sauna. I love that they offer services that go along with wellness. Clean, friendly staff, great equipment, and a welcoming environment. This gym is everything you could ask for and more.

Sunday's "Morning Glow" Yoga class is great. I've never done Yoga before but I was easily able to follow the instructor, Matt, so it's a great class for beginners also. The studio environment was very calm and relaxing and afterwards, I felt energized for the rest of the day. It's especially great that Matt is such a knowledgeable and helpful instructor who pays close attention to his students. He's able to make sure you're getting the most out of your session without inadvertently hurting yourself in the process. I'm looking forward to Sundays now. - JV

There are many great attributes to this gym such as the size not being too big nor too small, the nice equipment layout, the friendliness of the staff and the downtown 24 hour convenience. However, the best aspect of this gym is that they clean it often and it shows. It never smells in there and the floors/equipment are always wiped down daily. Such a nice change from some other gyms around town. Highly recommend.

CBM is never over crowded. I never have to wait for equipment or machines and to me that’s such a perk. Having a sauna is also one of my favorite things and also the gym is 24/7. 10/10 recommend.

This place is run by a king and queen and you'll figure out which is which if you decide to join the gossiping filthy facility with no this and a bunch of machine hogging trainers that do nothing but gossip, the mens urinal looks like they haven't cleaned it since the 1970'sthe windows are so dirty your lucky if you can see out , need more contact me along with their dusty dirty floors, and the machines don't get cleaned either

At first glance, this place seems state of the art, then you realize that the new and exciting aspects of this gym are actually just thin wall paper and a makeshift paint job. So much time, money and effort went into a fancy metal light on the wall for example, but the showers are the same as they have been since for 30 years, the commodes are filthy and don’t flush, and they use fabuloso to clean their equipment… hardly disinfecting. Moreover, the trainers there are about appearance and aesthetics. There is no real wellness happening… because everyone is too busy being unwell and trying to fix their external appearance, rather than addressing real internal Heath with exercise and science. Whatever these folks claim, it’s simply untrue and after a few weeks as a “member” at this adult playground, that becomes clear.

Had hopes when I joined to have this as a go to gym... Found out the yoga classes are not offered in the evening... tried reaching out to a personal trainer, one never called but Amber did respond but turns out that there were no appointments that would fit. If they expanded classes I would still be a member. I cancelled and called about the key card and refund... they say they don't do it but they contacted the manager and he said they would do it this one time... I went in and someone else was manning the desk and I explained to them and they obviously did not like this decision and gave me a bit of preachy rhetoric... I called and put all the ducks in a row but still had a hassle from the dude. One more thing, my card was still valid and it seems I could be using the facility all along with non payment... makes me wonder about other situations that are falling thru the cracks... all in all I wish them well and would hope to see more yoga classes offered.

Super awesome integrative wellness facility that offers so many great resources to help the community live a healthy life from the inside out. Very knowledgeable, welcoming, and caring staff. Clean and LOTS of equipment and space for all workout preferences. As a physical therapist and business owner myself, I much appreciate their wholistic approach to wellness.

If you work or live in the downtown area, joining this gym is a must! It is also worth going to if you don't. The gym is clean and has some of the best equipment I've seen. Great environment! Great classes!

Seriously the BEST gym I have ever been too! Having such an amazing gym keeps you committed to your goals! I’ve lost 15 pounds since coming here because it is so convenient, the staff is amazing and the ambience is absolutely wonderful! This gym is also very focused on your mental health which is so important when finding a good gym! The sauna is also a major plus! I just started working with their trainer Karla to get ready for a show and I am so grateful to her and this amazing gym!!!

I like this gym. For the most part. I’ve been a member for a bit now — never a wait for machines. Pretty mellow and friendly staff but lately there have been no towels in the bathrooms and paper towel dispensers haven’t been filled. This is at 8 or 9 am meaning no one is doing anything to prep for the day or do closing…. Using a bathroom w zero towels or paper towels kind of gives a grimy vibe. I hope they can get more on the cleanliness of this space. I’ve just noticed it drop significantly the last month.
