    Board 30 ABQ is awesome! The classes are challenging but give lots of options for various abilities. There are SO many class times throughout the day- which is super convenient. Deanna and all of the instructors are so welcoming and encouraging. I never feel judged. The gym is always clean and comfortable. But, what I love most are the people! There is a wonderful sense of community and you feel like you've known everyone for years.

    Every instructor is wonderful. Each one provides a class that is unique and challenging. They help to achieve your personal goal. I never want to miss because it is fun and challenging. Everyone at Board 30 is also supportive of each other. Absolutely love it. Thank you Board 30!

    Board30 can be for anyone regardless of fitness level. I joined two weeks ago after a family member talked me into trying one class. I hadn’t exercised in over 8 months and was worried I couldn’t keep up. The class was challenging but manageable. I like it because it’s only 30 minutes of intense full body working out. After few classes I noticed my confidence improving. The place is extremely clean and the owner is very friendly and professional. The instructors are excellent as well. I’d highly recommend anyone who wants to improve their health and or fitness to try one class. It’s all resistance bands (looks easier than it actually is) and all exercises can me modified so anyone can participate. I’ve taken my 14 yr old son a couple times and he likes Board30 as well.

    I can’t say enough good things about my Board 30 experience. The owner & staff are supportive and the workout intensity is tailored by you depending on your fitness level all while getting the guidance and push you need. I love that I can get a full body resistance band workout that fits into my busy schedule. I never feel out of place or intimidated like I have in other gyms. This is a great place for novice and expert alike. Highly recommend!

    GREAT place for folks of all ages and shapes to get a truly FULL body workout and stretch minus competition (with anyone but yourself) or pressure. The classes are challenging, knowledgeable, fun, and fast. Have enjoyed classes with different instructors, all awesome. My balance and strength have noticeably increased. And the different workouts and approaches have halved the length of time initially needed for physical therapy for knee and neck. I intend to stay with BOARD30 ABQ for the long term. These five-star reviews are here for a reason and I concur with the details in all of them — this place and its owner and trainers are special!

    Board30 is the best workout for the entire body. Every time i go I am doing something different. That keeps me engaged and interested and wanting to return. The instructors are all engaging and give adjustments for people at different levels. Highly recommend.

    I’ve had a great experience so far! If I had more time I would attend more than once a week! Great exercise, amazing trainers! Get a full body workout and pretty sore the next day! But that’s a good thing! The yoga classes are awesome as well! I definitely intend to stick with Board30!

    Board30 ABQ makes work outs fun! Great facilities, informed/knowledgeable instructors, variety of class options addressing full range of muscles as well as cardio. Deanna has created a friendly, comfortable yet challenging fitness facility.

    Trying to find the perfect workout for my age and my body seemed impossible till I found Deanna and Board30! I’ve lost weight, inches, and gained muscle but the more important thing is it makes me feel good and have energy. The folks that attend the classes are so welcoming and the workouts can be adapted for any level!!! Love this group and Deanna!!

    I have been going to Board30 classes for a little over two weeks now and I am loving it. I really like how in 45 minutes I have a completed a workout that leaves me feeling challenged and stronger. Not to mention everyone is so sweet at the studio.

    I'm very impressed with Board30. Workouts are different for every class and they never get boring. I haven't worked out in years and the way the equipment is set up you can tailor it to your level and how you are feeling in the moment. The studio is super clean. Deanna the owner really makes an effort to get to know you and always greets me with an enthusiastic hello. The instructors are awesome and very knowledgeable about the equipment and always offer modifications. I'm very happy I joined B30 and in just a few classes I can already feel the changes in my body. I've made coming here a part of my morning routine. I love it!

    I have really enjoyed the classes and the staff at Board 30. It is a great workout for everyone and every body type! Love the resistance bands. Teachers are great on showing modifications! Have enjoyed spending time with my bestie as well!

    As a 60+ year old woman, I really appreciate Board30 because I can work at my own pace and can modify the workout to fit my particular level of strength. It's been a long time since I've worked out on a regular basis and I'm really glad I found this place! I've been going for 3 weeks and feel stronger already! All of the instructors are great!

    This studio is amazing! The space is so clean and well curated, the owner is extremely welcoming and the trainers are fantastic—and boy do they give you a workout! No matter what fitness level you are you will get a great full body workout, and in just 30 minutes! Definitely give it a try, you’ll want to keep coming back!

    I'm so glad I finally made time to try a class at Board 30! The team at Board 30 are so welcoming, great instructors and encourage everyone to work out within their limits. The workouts are quick, fun, and challenging, a perfect blend of yoga, Pilates, strength training and cardio. I look forward to seeing results over the coming weeks and months.

    Board30 is a wonderful studio. Everyone is so friendly. I love how you can work out at your own pace. There is no pressure to do any workout harder than you feel necessary. It is truly a full body workout that keeps me motivated to do more each week. All of the instructions are wonderful. I usually hate working out, not anymore. I wake up excited to go workout at 5:30am!!! I can shower at the studio and get on with my day. Love this place!

    I have been a member of several gyms through the years but none have ever been as welcoming as Board 30 ABQ. It is a very supportive community! I love my workouts and I have gotten stronger and healthier in a comfortable environment that is at all times judgement free. I can’t recommend Board 30 ABQ enough!

    I recently started going to Board30, its a new workout that I have never tried before. This is a great place for everyone, at all levels. Classes are short and sweat, all the instructors are very friendly and pays attention to all the students which is amazing. I recommended this place to my friends already and I am planning on continuing with them.

    As a male in my late 40s starting a new health and fitness lifestyle, I tried Board 30 and loved it! Its a full body HIIT workout in 30 minutes that incorporates cardio, strength training, and flexibility all in one session. The classes allow for all fitness levels that let you work at your own pace. All the instructors are super awesome that have their own style and routine that make it even better. 100% recommend!

    Love love love! This is an amazing place to workout, have a sense of community and support. From the first day Deanna has been super kind and supportive. Everyone who works there is no different. They’re so kind and they make sure that no matter what level of working out you’re comfortable with, you’re always safe. It’s super fun, love the music but really I can’t say enough about everyone at Board30’s and their amazingness!!

    Just getting started with Board30 but really enjoying the efficient workout. Friendly and positive instructors, options on every interval, and am seeing both high heart rates in the aerobic sets and feeling the needed work on core or power sets. The bands and setup limit potential for injury and help guide movements. Each set and class is familiar equipment yet has new movements to isolate muscles. A surprising large number of times each day. Also, a nice group of clients make it a fun place to workout.

    Albuquerque Board30 is amazing. It is so fun, a great workout and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I’ll admit I under estimated 30 minutes with bands, but wowza was I surprised. The time flys by too. I leave sweaty just like I had an hour workout with weights, but without the strenuous impact. It works amazing for connective tissue disorders and moves lymphatic fluid. All moves can be easily modified to meet your mobility and fitness levels. If your wondering if you should try it or if it’s worth the money IT IS!!

    Cannot recommend enough! Board30 is truly a full body workout and the instructors are incredibly helpful! Class times are flexible and they have an app that makes booking classes and checking the schedule a breeze.

    Board30 is a fantastic workout spot. I really appreciate the owner and her coaches. The classes are adaptable to the individual level, which is great. I do a lot of CrossFit and high intensity training, and this was still properly exhausting. It’s Pilates-esque, which is also great for balance and core strength. I highly recommend this locally owned gym!

    Awesome studio! Fun and challenging workout with modifications offered for various abilities and levels. Very welcoming and knowledgeable instructors! Not sure which I enjoyed more— the “flying” exercise or the moist fragranced face towel at the end :) As a physical therapist and practice owner, I highly recommend Board30 to those looking for a fun and great workout!

    Great workout. Easy to follow for beginners like me. Highly recommend. I wanted to update my progress. I been doing Board30 for 7 months. I have lost 12 pounds and can’t believe how much stronger I am. I have enjoyed every workout. Jenna is the best instructor. It the best 30 minutes of my day.

    I do strength training regularly and found this to be the perfect compliment to my routine. I was absolutely wiped out after 30 minutes and think it was really helpful for stability and flexibility. I recommend it to ANYONE who would like to diversify their workout.

    I have absolutely loved my experience with Board 30. I’ve always liked the energy of fitness classes and after allowing my workout plans to falter for the past two years, I starting searching. Board 30 popped up in my Facebook feed and I was intrigued and visited the website. I was pleasantly surprised that we had something so unique right here in Albuquerque. Although it looked fun and challenging, my first question was whether I was too old. I sent a message and the owner, Deanna, responded that I definitely was not too old and encouraged me to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. The atmosphere is welcoming and the workouts are adaptable to all fitness levels. The resistance bands are amazing. I feel that every major muscle group gets a good workout and I can tell that my core strength and my balance are improving. My plan was to attend twice a week, but instead I try to attend as many times a week as I can. The instructors are attentive and motivating. Overall, I highly recommend Board 30 to anyone seeking to improve their fitness and health in a non-judgmental and positive environment.
