Ordered the noodle bowl with pork as the protein. Sooo delicious :) I loved the sauce’s flavor, albeit you need to distribute it well. The pork was seasoned well and was charred a perfect amount, would come back again and again for this bowl.

Yo this is not Vietnamese springroll. This is burito. I never had that big springroll in my life. However, this is good place to try Vietnamese food.

Great Vietnamese street food in the Saw Mill market. I thought they had tasty spring rolls and the sauces were on point. They have a great system for when you order and are very quick. The works are nice. It's one of the first place that catches your eye coming into Sawmill and the noodle bowls will have you drooling

The noodle bowl was super delicious! I love their house sauce with vermicelli noodles. Highly recommend! For the Pho, the soup and meat were great, but the rice noodle didn’t have any taste. And for the spring rolls, it’d be better if they change a dipping sauce.

I eat here several times a month and when it’s good it’s really good but it’s gone downhill ever since they started precooking some of the food and reheating it on demand. Several times I’ve had shrimp charred black and raw in the middle and noodles cooked until they’re too mushy to eat with chopsticks. As I write this the noodles I’m eating taste like leftovers—some are rubbery and others snap like they’re stale. I assume they’re doing their best to accommodate how popular sawmill has become but it’s unfortunate that ordering from here is a gamble.

I loved the atmosphere and esthetic of the place. Tonnes of outdoor seating, accesible, great good selection and well prepared food. I had the Kulantro Salad with Grilled Pork and a grilled Pork Skewer.

Ordered the Kulantro Noodle bowl. It consists of vermicelli noodles, spring veggies, 2 grilled shrimp, a spring roll, peanuts, and your choice of protein (grilled pork, grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, or fried tofu). I chose the grilled pork. You're also given a peanut sauce on the side to pour over your noodles. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the food delicious. They don't skimp on the portions either. I wasn't able to finish my food. Highly recommend!

Had the noodle bowl and it was a very generous portion and delicious. Probably best Vietnamese style noodle bowl I ever had, and I’ve had many! The sauce that comes with it was delicious! Great price for the amount of food you get! I had the pork protein choice.

Kulantro noodle bowl was very good! Huge portion, lots of protein (shrimp and chicken), and a good helping of noodles and veggies. My favorite part was the crunchy egg roll. The best egg roll I've ever had. When for lunch and the service was very fast. Would highly recommend.

Wanted a snack, got two spring rolls. OMG, they are so large! I was surprised with the size of the shrimp that they use. Most places use those tiny shrimp where you eat it in one bite. Not these shrimps! The peanut sauce was on point! Most places, the sauce is a miss or a hit, this place knows how to make the sauce properly!

Never before tried Vietnamese food or anything remotely close to this. Just WOW. I don't care for cabbage, hate onions and cucumber and not a fan of cilantro. These all combined with their sauce and proteins (they were all great options) was just amazing! Definitely recommend giving the Bao Sliders a try if you don't wanna dive right into a giant bowl! Also the staff was very polite and patient in recommending options.

This is one of my go to food stops at Sawmill Market. I've never had a bad experience with the food or service. Once I came and they were out if chicken but that was it. The food is always seasoned well and fresh. And the portions are very generous. It's a little pricey but I feel it's worth it 🙂

It was ok. Could be more flavorful, the only thing flavoring the bowl was the sauce cup they give you. All my noodles were incredibly short, I don't know if it's the norm but I wanted noodles. Long ones. The meat was a bit tough and the pieces were too large to eat without cutting, but you are not provided with a knife. I can see how this dish has a lot of potential, but unfortunately they fell short when I ate there.

Had the special Noodle Bowl 🍲 with chicken 🍗 , shrimp 🍤 and an egg roll!! Talk about flavor explosion. The food had amazing flavor and the food was cooked to perfection!

Have I had better Vietnamese food in Abq? Sure, but I thoroughly enjoyed my Pho and our order came out fast! Come check these guys out, and even better, come on Tuesday evening and enjoy some Karaoke!

Good food. They forgot to put some noodles and veggies in my noodle bowl once. The manager comped me a free meal and replaced the missing items. The spring roll is pretty good if it's made properly. Pho is very good.
