Guys, I've lived in Taiwan. This place is the real thing. It's hard to find somewhere this authentically Taiwanese outside of Washington D.C. They also serve a variety of items perhaps more suited to the New Mexican palate, but I went for the Taiwanese dishes, and you might as well be eating at a Taiwanese night market. Superb.

By far WAY better than expected. At least 10x better than the Chinese place next door! Everything that we ate was very authentic and tasted just like you were in Taiwan. The food was fresh, sauce is made in house, VERY affordable and everything on the menu is 100% worth trying! In some ways, I felt this was one of the best dining experiences I had in ABQ. If you are scared to try Taiwanese food, don’t be! It is actually really similar to Chinese food and definitely one of the best types of Asian Cuisine to try. The cuisine in Taiwan I feel in some ways is more authentic than a lot of Chinese food you find in the US because it has not been franchised the way Chinese food has. I’d definitely ask about the 培根蛋餅 Taiwanese breakfast pancake with bacon and egg. I asked Fei if she would make this and it was amazing! Tastes just like what I remember a 蛋餅 does in Taiwan. That item may be offered for a limited time, but it’s worth asking Fei about it. 蛋餅 (Taiwanese breakfast pancake) is such a signature dish of how amazing Taiwanese food is! Overall, the service is very good and the owner is very sweet. They used to be close to UNM but then relocated to where their new location. They are very passionate about their cafe and hope more people find out about this hidden gem!

We stopped by Fei's Cafe and were blown away by the food. I used to visit her old location near UNM when I was a student. She made a few off menu items for us that were delicious. Our four year old daughter couldn't get enough of the soy nuggets. We are from Arizona, but we will try to visit whenever we are in town!

Best Taiwanese street food in Albuquerque or even in New Mexico ! The beef noodle is marinated for hours before it sliced. And Gua Bao (pic1), with pork belly, cilantro and peanuts bite sized yummy! No need to dig any sauce. 卤肉饭: if you know what it is then it is perfect for a snack :) not too much, just right portion. The owner also make off-the-menu red bean paste with sticky rice during Lunar New Year! Have to try their breakfast ! We will be back for sure!

Sorry if the photos look not good, but I got it to-go and had to transfer containers. The food is authentic Taiwanese! The price is reasonable! Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Did not expect to find stinky tofu in ABQ definitely hit the spot with authentic Taiwanese street food! We tried their stinky tofu, steamed dumplings, beef noodle soup, pork belly bun sandwich, pork stewed rice with egg, and finish off with taro buns as dessert. Best of all, everything is homemade!

I wish I would have found this place sooner. The vegan and non vegan options are superb. I have now tried most of the items on the menu, and there is not one bad option. I highly recommend the Pot Stickers and Chinese Fried Bread. The staff are very attentive, and the restaurant has a super nice atmosphere. The menu is all at an affordable price. Overall a phenomenal experience and I will be making this a regular spot.

Wonderful gem of a restaurant. Very small, basic menu, but everything we've tried so far has been excellent. Best potstickers in town, and the vegain seitan combo was unbelievably delicious!

Went here at the recommendation of my friends and I am so happy I did! This place is a true hole in the wall and the prices are reasonable. We got a little bit of everything and shared it. There was no bad dish on the menu. My favorites were probably the stew, steamed dumplings, and green Chile buns. Ill definitely be back!

Unfortunately I ate the food before I remembered to take photos. VERY DELICIOUS new world of flavors for me! I ordered the fish-less fillet, and was very happy with the texture and flavor. The sides of sesame noodles, kimchi, and some sort of amazing bun were also very tasty! The service was very professional, prompt, and the woman was helpful and kind. Many meat and meatless options! No dine-in at the moment.

This place is like no other place I’ve been this far in Albuquerque, with an emphasis on vegan fare. The prices and portion sizes are hard to beat. Very affordable and filling. I probably made the mistake of ordering too many carbs but that’s ok, I’ll mix it up next time. The fried onion bread was exactly what I’d hoped it’d be. The green chile dumplings were tasty and I can appreciate the local flavors. Wish there was some kind of sauce to go with because they were quite dry. Finally in the combo, they had a soy pulled pork as the special of the day and it kicked my socks off. Awesome flavors and texture. Just wish there was more of it. The worst thing was the sesame noodles, pretty sure it’s just spaghetti with a bit of sesame seeds and sauce. Definitely have some patience before coming here as well, as it appeared to be a two woman operation. Look forward to trying other dishes soon.

A cute little place with delicious food. The lady who runs the place is extremely nice. They have both vegan/vegetarian and non-vegan options. Both are equally delicious and generously portioned. Come and try this place out.

This is a small owner operated Cafe of Taiwanese Street Food. They offer a number of vegetarian choices as well as a few dishes with meat. It's a cozy little place and the food was very good.

The owner was very sweet, but the beef noodle soup was made with spaghetti noodles! The broth had good flavor, but the spaghetti noodles was so disappointing.

This is the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. The food is very good and not too expensive, but I recommend getting two dishes per person (~$6 each). I highly recommend the stewed pork and rice, and the steamed dumplings. Great spot for meeting friends or a date night. Multiple vegetarian and vegan options, and catering to meat eaters also.

Really nice homemade food. Dumplings were awesome. Felt happy giving Fei's family my business. Cute Taiwanese dude had big muscles.

Reasonably priced, delicious food. Fei is extremely welcoming, and her restaurant is one of the best in abq. Try anything on the menu, it is good. Pork belly bun is my favorite go-to choice.

Don’t be fooled by the restaurant’s unassuming location, this place is top notch and Fei makes the best Taiwanese food with fresh, high quality ingredients. We loved everything we got - sesame noodles, beef noodle soup, and pork belly buns were the standouts, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, Fei is awesome and the generously portioned, handmade dishes are unbeatable. My new favorite lunch spot in Albuquerque!

An absolute gem! The food here is amazing and so is the service. I recommend getting a group and just sharing a bunch of dishes so you can try a good variety

I’m so happy I finally stopped in to try a vegan combo, it was very good! I got the stewed tofu skin with cold sesame noodles and a boba tea to go, but I will be going back to try more items. It came with steamed veggies, bread, and three potstickers, everything was very good. The owner was extremely welcoming and it had a great atmosphere. I will for sure be back to try more items!

I highly recommend this place, especially because it’s a small business. The food here is so good. The lady who owns this place (who is very sweet) seems to be the only one cooking, which is worth the wait for me. Everything is freshly made and a lot of vegetarian options.
