The coffee is really good. The reason for the 3 stars, is the food. It was horrible! The breakfast burrito was out of a bag then over cooked. It was hard and had zero flavor. New Mexico has such great places to go for breakfast burritos, don't waste your time going there for food. Stick to the coffee only. I do have to mention that service was great. Everyone was so friendly.

Update (8/14/22): Even the business owners attention to customer service is lacking. I emailed the below reply address and NOTHING. Not an email back acknowledging the complaint, no apology, NOTHING. People of Albuquerque, this is just another optical illusion, boast about customer service, but lack the decency to address it other than an automated reply as the response I received on this review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Word of mouth is a big thing for small businesses, and Ziggis Coffee on Montgomery - I have a big mouth. I started coming here as soon as it opened and have had excellent service each time....now the service is beyond lacking. It's only kids working, with bad attitudes. When you order a $12 coffee you expect it to be right and I understand errors can happen. The last two times I have gone the staff has completely messed up my order and given me something different. My most recent visit I let them know the drink was wrong and ask that it would be corrected. They corrected it and gave it back to me for me to only find out they had mixed the wrong drink with part of the drink that I had actually ordered, resulting in a drink that was disgusting. I was headed out of town so I really did not have time to turn back around to have them correct it a third time. After this most recent experience I will not be returning to this coffee shop. Starbucks coffee is gross, but at least they are competent enough to get the drink correct. Spend your money somewhere else until they get adults working there.

Easily the BEST coffee joint in town. They have options for milk substitutes, and are very friendly. Forget Starbucks, El Pinon, and dutch brothers.

I like this place, great selection of beverages, staff is friendly and professional. My favorite is the peanut butter mocha blender! Now is a good time for a Rio Rancho location!

A pet peeve of mine is having to get my coffee remade because it taste horrible. . . But with this place I have not had that problem unlike Starbucks, Dunkin, or Dutch Bros.. (Thank you by the way) I also get coffee or a Energized drink at least 4 times a week so now I just come here at least 4 times a week. LoL. Its my relief from a busy work day and a busy life that doesn't slow down. The management and the crew got this place running perfectly. I like the vibe they have set and the work ethic they have. Keep up the amazing work. Everyone at this location deserves great things in life. Thank you for helping make my day a little sweeter. 💕 (:

This seemed like a friendly coffee shop. The employees were working hard to get the orders out quickly. I had the turtle, and it was great. I will come back to this coffee shop when I am in the area.

They even have some original stuff. Original coffee Drinks. Dog friendly. She gave my dog a whip cup with a dog bone. Excellent service. Made to order fast. Not a carbon copy of all the others. Love different.

Ziggys is great, way better than Starbucks. I go a few times a week and the staff is always so friendly. I highly recommend dropping large corporate chains in favor of local business!

Much better than Starbucks! My coworker said the Campfire Cocoa was delicious. I ordered what the barrista recommended and can't remember the name of it - it was so good though! The stickers they put on the lids are a super cute touch.

Trying the new energy infusion drink at Ziggi’s Frostberry and it’s really good! This place always serves my drinks amazing and with a warm smile and kind hello! So many places have lost that simple and free connection with their customers just say hi and smile, it’s not really that hard. Bonus it goes a long way! ❤️ I love the Loconut too!

The coffee is always on point. The employees that work here never seem to overwhelmed even when the line is around the building. Great place to grab a good cup of coffee with a selection of drinks to choose from

Just moved here so had to try something new. The drinks were good however I wasn't a big fan of my first drink, "Melon Berry Tide" (the aftertaste resembled cough syrup too much & stuck around for a while). Went back & they allowed me to return it & swap it out for the Orange Citrus one with no issues, & that one was the winner! Super delicious! My wife's coffee drink was good & then my sister-in-law got the Passion fruit drink but that was similar to the Melon Berry one as far as the syrup flavor having a cough syrup taste.

The hours say they close at 8. But the lobby is ALWAYS closed. We love the coffee but can never stop to go in. The drive through doesnt work on a motorcycle. They also dont answer when you call, when you are standing in the front and they have no customers. This was 6:15 on a saturday. So we went to starbucks. And will probably continue to use them.

Pretty good mixed red bull drinks! The only issue I've faced is that they put whipped cream on a drink when I ordered none. But that's only happened once. All the kids that work there are very cheery and nice. I like coming here!

The one-star review that I posted on 2/7/2023 received an automated response from the business but it has mysteriously disappeared from my browser. Here is the review: I got the iced Raspberry Truffle. It was less than ok. My son got the iced Colorado Mocha. It was not ok. It was bad enough that we would have gone back for a refund if we had had more time. Neither one of us could detect the flavor of the coffee. The flavoring, the coffee, the cups, and the straws were all generic. The total for two coffees was over $16.00. When it is time to pay, an ipad is presented with a display of tip boxes. The overall experience does not warrant a repeat.

I go to get an ice coffee when I’m on that side of town. White mocha is my usual and delicious! I decided to try the raspberry truffle since I can’t find the non dairy creamer of the same name in the grocery stores anymore. Wow!!!! It is yummy and I don’t miss the grocery store creamer. I tried the breakfast burrito today and it was also yummy. The employees are always friendly. The only bad thing I have to say is we don’t have a Ziggis near me. Until that changes, I will go to Ziggis when I’m on the north side of town. Thank you!!!!!

It’s good. I like the drinks but won’t stop if I need food as well. I’ve had a few different breakfast sandwiches and there’s something off about them. The staff has been friendly, they usually struggle with technology not cooperating so it can be a wait, I know that’s not their fault but it can be nerve racking when you’re headed to work. Overall I’ll stop here again if it’s on my way to where I’m going.

The coffee is great, but this pace is stealing from their customers. All of their cups are 2 ounces short. I ordered a 20 ounce latte and got 18 ounces of coffee. The manager told me there was a mix up with cup supplier. I went back today and the cup is still the same a 2 months later.

we come here very often to this place and the service is amazing here they’re very nice and kind people working here, drinks are wonderful and we love this place. Today we came and there is no halloween decorations and no plants either, me and my family asked the workers they looked at us very sad and they said corporate didn’t let them have decorations for halloween or Christmas we came here because it’s totally different to starbucks i hope corporate changes their minds.

Stopped by on their Grand Opening and enjoyed the Colorado Mocha, Dirty Chai & Gold Rush. They were so yummy and the service was so efficient and friendly through the very busy drive through that we went back again. Once again super efficient and new tasty coffees. Well worth the stop.

The server was kind and respectful. However my 16oz drink was 3/4 ice, even though I asked for light ice. It was refreshing; just not enough. I enjoyed a Mango smoothie at my last visit. I would have liked the option for adding plant based protein. However even without protein, it was yummy.

Great place to study or hangout. great drinks, fair prices. Staff is friendly, dine-in area and bathrooms are clean. Hot outside, cool inside. Drinks are anything from hot coffees, fraps, teas, smoothies, etc.

Their coffee is way good, Redbull infusions are even better, sweets are good, and so is the food!! Good customer service as well! Better than Dutch Bros for sure in my opinion

I've replaced starbies with Ziggi's and use to believe this place was so much better and come here daily for lattes, red bull infusions, campfire cocoas, etc. However, lately service and the quality isn't the same as when it first opened. Why provide a short straw for tall drinks - my straw fell into the tall cup, was driving and did not want to fish out my straw after all things that have been touched for covid reasons. This has happened to me several times now. Lastly, the lid wasn't put on securely that it popped off and almost spilled my drink all over in my suv and the teens working the window have become rude. Yall need taller straws or if you have them, hand out the proper size! Disappointed.
