Came here for the first time today after seeing signs on the Rio Grande bike path the last few times I’ve been out biking. This place is a hidden gem and I wish I would have known about it sooner! Stopped to check out the coffee but ended up getting the bacon breakfast burrito and the cooler- they both were wonderful. The prices were quite fair; the breakfast burritos were quite large! The atmosphere is incredible- plenty of places to sit to take a break from biking. Lots of shaded areas under the big trees. One of the most delightful things about it though was the live jazz music by very talented musicians. Also important to note while biking; there are restrooms and they are clean!! This was a good little place to stop from our ride and we plan on coming back soon!

Beautiful place to sit and enjoy breakfast and nature. Portions are very generous.

Great place for a casual destination ride. Along with your coffee, grab a breakfast burrito or choose one of their tacos. On the weekends, there is usually local music playing

My favorite site for after church snack with my wife. Beautiful old farm which was used for boarding horses. Directly accessible from popular multi-use riverside path (hence the pun "bike-in). Started with a RV and picnic table. Two people. Now a rustic covered eating area with a variety of pastries, juices and teas. Sell some of their produce (probably organic - I don't pay attention - perhaps not enough time since prior use or too expensive to obtain certification.) Large flower garden to wander through. Several different wedding venues. I was interested to see their solution to impact on neighbors of increased auto traffic. They charge $4 per car which is contributed to charity.

Found this hidden gem recently and it’s become our new favorite Sat morning tradition. Gorgeous open green space with yummy breakfast burritos, live music, sweet owners and kind staff. Bonus— my toddler can explore the grounds while my husband and I trade off chasing her or sipping hot coffee from a quirky mug under leafy trees. Heaven! Love this place.

Great food...terrific coffee and awesome service. Picturesqe location with live music. I ordered the pasole, but recieved a large salad instead. The salad was great, but when I asked if it was someone else's order, we realized that the waitress had misunderstood my order. She took total responsibility for the mistake, and asked if I still wanted the pasole ... on the house. Sure thing! My sister took one spoonful and said WOW! This is great. She ordered 2 more orders to go! She froze them and we just had them tonight 2+ weeks later. Tasted just as good. The real test of a business is not when everything goes right, but rather what they do when things go wrong. These ladies get another 5 stars for customer care. AND they wound up making an additional $20 and secured a pair of loyal customers. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent hidden Albuquerque gem! Walk in, drive in, or bike 🚲 in for coffee ☕️, music 🎵 on the weekends, salads, or breakfast burritos 🌯 . Green Chile roasting too! 🌶️ Lots of shade and tables and places to park your car or bike. We will definitely be back! 🚲

Place is really nice and staff is friendly but the owner is super rude. Saw him confront a few people for no reason and was just a total jerk about it. Might be back because the staff was nice, but might not because I won't support a rude owner.

We LOVED Bike In Coffee! The laid back atmosphere, the delicious breakfast burritos (not to mention the biggest hot sauce selection I’ve ever seen!), the yummy coffee, the local vendor booths, the farm, and everything in between. If you’re visiting Albuquerque for the day or the week, this place is a must. We can’t wait to be back!

Stopped by on a Saturday morning to show my sister and brother in law this hidden gem. They loved it and so will you. We didn't have to much time so we just looked around. Definitely will be coming back.

This was an awesome gem we came across upon our bike ride along the Bosque. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of places to sit to have breakfast and lunch. I ordered the tempura avocado taco and the tempura fish taco. Both dishes 10 out 10, I’d order them again. Next time I want to try their other tacos on the menu. Bike and Coffee also has heated restrooms and plenty of room to relax and soak in the views. When we went there was also a live band playing music and fire-pits to sit outside comfortably. Definitely a cool place to check out. The photos were taken in February so the greenery hasn’t sprouted yet.

Beautiful site for a wedding. However, some items I photographed (because I heard things disappear when you arrive to pick up decor after the wedding), did, in fact, disappear. Some liquor disappeared also.

Went there for a wedding. It was a really nice place for one. Never knew this place existed. Cute place. Not sure what else they had to offer.

I love this place! I planned to stop here for a short break while riding the bike path and was so glad I did despite the light rain! I loved the feeling of community - Most everyone biked here. The atmosphere is inviting with beautiful greenery, a vintage truck, farmhouse, artisans, and live music. I wish I could’ve tried everything on the menu because it all sounds and looks delicious. It was hard to choose, but I went with the blueberry corn pancakes with a side of bacon. The pancakes were delicious 😋 not overly sweet but rich so I was glad I added the bacon to balance the flavors. Wish we had a place like this back home! I will definitely come here again next time I visit ABQ.

This place has the best outdoor seating and relaxing environment. We really enjoyed the sausage breakfast burritos and drip coffee. You can drive or bike in!

Bike in Coffee is the weirdest named place but the absolute best place to have breakfast or lunch. The staple breakfast burrito was wonderful; eggs, bacon, potatoes, green Chile) and DRY so the burrito didn’t fall apart. Good coffee including Mexican style. I had the seafood chowder topped with fried calamari pieces (Yum!) and the Elite, in a bowl, not on the Cobb, topped with a good cream and spices. The corn tasted fresh, not frozen. I enjoyed my iced black tea and the jazz music (remember to tip the band!) and the view of sunflowers growing and kids and dogs romping around. A wonderful way to enjoy life in NM. Closed Mon and Tues.

Beautiful atmosphere. My family and i have been coming for years and it's amazing to see the growth. Linda is very personable and takes time to visit with people for both business and pleasure. We will blessed to be able to have such a beautiful space to visit. There is very little parking spaces which is nice because it keeps the flow of traffic authentic for biking in as well encourages the biking or walking which adds to the atmosphere. The food at times can take a while to come out, but it to be expected as a business grows in popularity, during peak hours. They are focused on only taking card transactions during Covid. They offer umbrellas while you wait in line. Or the other option is to go very early or later in the day or during the week.. all the food is great. We enjoy the changing menu!! Exploring the property while you wait for food is always fun and kills time. They also offer bike repairs on weekends and have local vendors during the week ( from time to time). We decided as a family to use this space during home schooling as our go to spot one day during the week (driving in) to get us out of the house, enjoy the live music; eat great food, pick organic fresh veggies all while teaching. We also visit on weekends by bike, but it can get very busy ( longer lines for food) but There is plenty of comfortable open space that allows for social distancing between families. Its what we look forward too every week!!!. We would recommend this place and have recommended it to many people. Thank you to the owners for creating this space and sharing it with our community.

I hate to demote a 4 star review down to a 1 star, but I feel like, after today, it has to be done. I truly loved this place - the food, the atmosphere - but I won't be back. The owner personally asked me not to come back - not because of anything I did, but because he was concerned I would attract the wrong sort of people. Yes, I'm currently homeless, and I understand the owner's concerns that there are in fact homeless people who do create problems - but that has never been me. Not once. He was as polite as a person can be asking you not to come back to their establishment, and he did try to make some phone calls to the county for resources - an exercise I and other have tried in the past to no avail. I waited for a while at his request, but I had to leave after I didn't hear anything back for a while. I understand his position, but it really gets tiring being treated as a demographic and not an individual person, even when you come as a paying customer and try to do everything right, and I can't overlook that. I sure will miss those breakfast burritos.

My first visit to this place was so cool! I loved the vibe, the offerings and best of all the FOOD. I had to come back and bring some friends. My second visit was just as cool but the food was not consistent. The wonderful carnitas tacos came out soggy instead of crunchy this time and I was so disappointed.

We've been going here weekly for yours. They're not open in the winter, but during the spring, summer and fall it's a wonderful place to drop in, especially on Saturday mornings, when they have a little art fair and live music. They also have some of the best breakfast burritos in town, large and juicy, savory and flavorful. We also highly recommend their french toast and carrot cake. Their coffee selections are not extensive, sometimes they have specials but the focus is more on food and atmosphere. They have a wide selection of outdoor seating, covered under a porch, out amongst some of the fields, and wooden tables scattered around the main building. It is a secluded beautiful area full of old growth trees with wisteria climbing over verandas, and old but used farm equipment everywhere. A truly special place, you have to try this sometime to have the most relaxing morning in Albuquerque! Best by bike. 😀🚲

Hey, I like this place. you can go hear some really good jazz music during the week and weekends too. Good healthy food, and they make a proper green chili sausage burrito.

Place is a GEM! It gets BUSY on weekends specially in the summer but for a reason! Food is fresh and fairly prices. Ordered pozole and crepe. Side tortilla is delish I had to ask for another one for my bowl of pozole.

I've been coming to this place when they had a food truck. It's gotten bigger but it hasn't lost its charm. Still a great place to come to on the weekends. Summer gets really busy and packed. Also bring cash because sometimes they charge parking, but it always goes to a charity.

There is no better place for a delightful break if you are biking along the Rio Grande trail. Plenty of shade, good coffee and excellent food to refresh you for the ride home. The menu is always being updated so you don't get bored with the same old thing every visit.

I love love love bike in coffee!! A total hidden gem that is lovely all year long. Live music, great food, friendly staff, beautiful property, cute dog, local vendors, and kid friendly! My family loves riding our bikes here and spending the morning hanging out. I almost don't want to rate it because I love that it is kind of a secret spot, but it's too great not to share.

Wow! What's not to like! Excellent food, great location, and live music while you eat. Such a great atmosphere at Old Town Farm Bike in Coffee. Great first impressions. This is my new favorite destination place. A friend told me about this place and now I've been telling all my friends about it. This will be a perfect place in summer to hang out under Cottonwood trees during a hot summer day. I ate the sausage breakfast burrito and Red Chili Pork Pozole and it didn't disappoint. Delicious! And the bathrooms are nice too. The perfect stop to be full and refreshed for your ride along the many surrounding trails.

This very special place offers a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. The outdoor tables and a talented chef like no other, offer people an opportunity to sit, relax and have healthy food while soaking in the sun. I call this place "The Secret Garden" because of the many colorful flowers decorating the grounds. It's a hidden gem and brings us to a slower pace of life. I'm grateful to have found this magical setting!

There's a reason this comes up when you filter for top rated. I am forever on the lookout for beautiful outdoor places to get a bite, some coffee, & sometimes a place to work remotely. This checks all the boxes. My children & I loved the casual garden atmosphere with live music & craft tents, obviously the gorgeous garden, & bike trail access, but the food - OMG the food - deserves special recognition. It's all so ideally priced compared to how tasty & beautifully presented all the plates are. I was not expecting special blend coffee either. Two of us are vegetarian so we were also pleasantly surprised with the selection & uniqueness of the menu. We went for breakfast & returned for lunch! Chef David is such an asset, & all the kitchen staff are super attentive given the customer volume. He took time out to introduce my children to his specialties & talk to them about the culinary field. We all left so inspired & can't wait to return. Thanks

Go here! As a native who has lived elsewhere for many years I can tell you: you won't be disappointed. The grounds are great for a walk in the garden and the desserts we had were great 👍

  • 5/5 Matt L. 1 year ago on Google
Such a great vibe. Line can get long on weekends and to be honest the coffee itself is nothing to write home about, but great food, great drinks, amazing atmosphere and I love a business based on bicycling. Check it out if you haven't.

  • 5/5 Dan O. 1 year ago on Google
Menu a bit limited compared to our other visits, but still absolutely delicious. Fresh produce for sale. Several vendors on the grounds. Still able to arrange the tables under the trees to your liking. Spent over 2 hours with friends. Great. 👍

I love biking over to Bike in coffee. On the weekend there is live music, coffee, breakfast burritos, and craft vendors. It is a lot of fun

Attended a wedding there. Beautiful venue but could not hear the officiant or bride/green over the hum of I-40 and the swishing of the cottonwoods in the breeze. If you plan to marry here, get a wireless speaker system or something. Other than that - fabulous.

  • 5/5 Explore With S. 2 years ago on Google
An oasis in the city. Delicious food! I had the avocado taco and iced coffee. Live music and a variety of places to park you bike and sit. I could've stayed for hours enjoying the pastoral quietude, however I was at the beginning of my bike adventure. If you have no other reason to rent a bike in ABQ - here is the only one you need.

  • 5/5 Ray T. 1 year ago on Google
Love being able to bike for breakfast Thursday and/or Friday now that I am retired. Getting exercise and good food, music in a beautiful setting. After a hiatus - French toast is back! Thank you Chef!

Friendly folks, perfect location, delicious coffee, and live music! I love that they have the Bikesmith Repair Stand and a huge tub of donations for unsheltered people. What a beautiful community spot.
