So tonight takes the cake of bad experiences. First we have been here about 8 times since the opening. Every single time has been beyond exceptional. Tonight not so much. First we drove in from Santa Fe. We got in and the host was not friendly at all. We got to our table and waited about 20 minutes for water. Once we ordered we did not get small plates. Asked three different people for them and no one would bring one. The manager then came and brought us plate. About 45 minutes into our meal no mashed potato’s or sides. The waiter dropped meat on my daughter and another one dropped all of our bread. None of meat was even close to being cooked. It was actually raw. See attached photo. The manager took the plate said “this is raw I’m sorry your meals on us.” We didn’t even have a meal 😂😂 I don’t think we will ever go back

We came on a Tuesday to celebrate our anniversary. We could not have been more happy with the service we received. We made a reservation online and we even arrived a little bit late. We did not even know there was a valet, but we noticed it while walking in. The hostess greeted us and asked if we wanted a high table or lower table. The restaurant was full of energy and our waiter was very generous in explaining everything. We decided to go with the "full experience" in which we could serve ourselves some salad, vegetables, and our choice from their charcuterie board. The servers then went around and served meat at our table. The steak and lamb chops were really delicious and melted in our mouths. My wife is pregnant and she asked for all of her meat to be well done and there was no problem assisting her with the request. At the end of the evening they asked us if we were there for a special event such as a birthday or an anniversary and treated us to a delicious dessert of our choosing. The Creme Brulé absolutely killed it and tasted so good. The prices were worth the quality and we will be recommended this experience to our friends and family.

07-20-2023 I been to fogo de Chao so many times with my friends that everyone or most of the staff know us, but today I don't know what was happening. One of the staff members short, stocky, black hair, Hispanic I believe was the most rude person I ever seen in Fogo de Chao at first I thought she was overwhelmed but that wasn't the case; I asked for the Brazilian lemonade plus extra limes she said"sure, if you need anything else, please let me know" 10 or 15 minutes later she walked by, I asked about my lemonade and the extra limes she tells me" I haven't done my round im still busy" after I saw her talking to her teammates watching the floor and just laughing with her teammates. I get my lemonade by another staff members that was passing by the table. That was the beginning of her rudeness very snobby attitude We were doing the $39 offer after almost an hour of us trying the amazing food she comes over and she tells us'if we were doing the $39 offer or the regular dinner"she start explaining since we didn't know pretty much the way that she explain it made it sound like she was questioning if we were going to be able to pay the full price That's the second time that she was being rude and snobby everybody around us heard what she said and looked at us, we continue our dinner without saying anything time came time to pay she questions us about our military/Veteran status in a snobby rude way. Now I Understand Everyone That Had Said How Rude Staff is some times 01/25/2023New items on the salad bar, a new basil pesto very delicious It's creamy the basil is just perfect not to strong but it gives the freshness to it into it, not too strong just perfect for the salad. Meats are cooked to perfection of course depending on how you like: rare, medium rare, medium well or well done. They have this chicken that it has a crunchy skin very very delicious and the meat it's juicy. Cheese(white cheddar) with honey delicious the outside is grilled the inside it's almost melted while the honey gives a warm sweetness that makes you ask for more. Everyone was very attentive every table that was there. The tres leches cake delicious it melts in your mouth 09/29/22They still have a great atmosphere, food great as always the filet mignon, lamb, ribs, chimichurri, salads; all hugger flavor great temperature we were able to ask for medium well & medium rare and every time that we did it came like we asked for. Flavors as always on point you can tell that you were eating lamb you can tell that you were eating pork you were eating beef the salads had the perfect amount of sauces to cover the salad. Service was a little occupied but they were taking care of us very well overall still a great place to eat. 01/09/22 a few of us went to Fogo de Chao again to check what the reviews been saying about the food, place and the crew.We went last night since a lot of the reviews were from the weekend. So from the time we got there to when we left everyone was on top of things, meats and drinks were coming at a decent time. Everyone had a smile on their face and management was everywhere.Meats we're on their point and what I mean by that is we ask for rare, medium rare, medium and medium well done and every single one of them was to their point as you see on the pictures. Salad was great the eggplant and zucchini were rustic but it was more of a homemade style which it's nice to see. The lamb chops, the pork ribs we're perfect falling from the bone.Yes they were busy yes they were big tables around us but all the time they were putting attention to us as well as those big tables. It was a great place it was a great time and I will go back again and I know that I will get the same service and great food that I got this two times.Veterans week 2021- Amazing place to eat, everyone is happy to see us, take care of us. Food it's amazing talking about natural flavors and enjoy the art of Brazilian state house. Management are hands on. The dessert were delicious. We came to celebrate veterans day thank you guys for making this celebration an amazing one.

Excellent classy restaurant. Servers were very polite and friendly. They had a customer service person who wanted to make sure the meat was coming out on time. The salad bar was excellent with salads, pineapple, papaya & dragonfruit, cheeses, soups, dressings,olives, etc. The meats were cooked perfectly and delicious. We went to this same restaurant in Las Vegas and the service and quality remains consistent throughout. I will definitely recommend.

My friend and I come here almost every time I visit Albuquerque. She brought me here for my birthday this most recent time and our server, Zoe, did an absolute amazing job. Everything we asked for (grilled cheese with honey 🤌🏼) was served promptly. Always enjoy eating here and Zoe made it even better this time for my birthday.

Amazing! Food was delicious. Service was great! Atmosphere was fancy but cozy. Best place I've been to in a long time. Would definitely recommend trying it. And I definitely will be going back. A++++

JT! JT is amazing. His guest service skills are beyond what anyone could expect( out of this world!) Don’t get me started on Chef Chris… His cooking is super delightful and his culinary taste is amazing. I cannot say enough about Fogo. Every time we have come….we get nothing but amazing service. Tiana, we can’t forget Tiana…. Her attention to table service is awesome. She served us attentively and with such grace.

The food was AMAZING but the staff were even BETTER! When you turn your coaster to green, the servers run to your table to serve you. That cheese with honey 🤤 and every staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. One server in particular, I believe her name was Lani or Alana, she was super sweet and helpful! 10/10 recommend this place! We will be back!

Exceptional service and environment. Food was top notch. Diego was very entertaining and had a lot of good energy. The entire staff was on point. I couldn't of chose a better place to have my 34th birthday. Chloe Mendoza was very nice and personable. I will be back again. Thank you also for the Tres Leches birthday cake also I loved every bite! All around memorable experience!

Wow! This was our first time dining in at FoGo de Chão. We made a reservation and when we arrived they had our table ready 15 minutes before. We enjoyed a seafood Tower and drinks along with and amazing finger food salad, fruit, veggies and charcuterie options. We ordered the pan seared salmon. Everything was perfect down to the last of our delicious hibiscus infused drinks. Thank you to all of the staff, we shall see you again soon.

We happened to be in town on Christmas Day, and we made a reservation. So excited, as we have been to the restaurant in other markets. The good: AMAZING food. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Nothing was lacking flavor. All the meats the gauchos brought was amazing. The polenta fries were tasty, mashed potatoes, bread and the fried banana... they were all great. The salad bar, what we tried, was amazing. The gauchos were friendly and tried to make it fun. The bad: We had made a reservation for inside seating. We were seated on the patio at a small hightop. The waiter was absolutely non existent. He was so busy waiting on the tables that had ordered a seafood tower and extra alcoholic beverages. We had to flag him down to get refill on my sweet tea. He asked my husband if he wanted another beer. He said yes. He came out, brought the beer, and totally forgot my sweet tea. Had to remind him two more times. Now. I know it was Christmas. I know it was going to be busy. However, they were NOT ready for a busy service. They couldn't keep the salad bar stocked. The meat took forever to get to us all the way out on the patio. They ran out of mashed potatoes. They ran out of bread. The bathrooms were worse than a truck stop bathroom at 2am. We expressed our concerns to the manager, who was as sweet as could be and rectified issues that he could. We would return, but I still feel slightly saddened by our experience. It was Christmas and we wanted to have an amazing meal and experience.

It Was Our First Visit To Fogo de Chao, I Have To Say That We Really Enjoyed Our Experience, The Salad Bar Was Fantastic And When You Are Ready Turn Over To Green From Red Which Let's The Servers Know That You Are Ready To Begin Your Dining With So Many Different Types Of Meats 🍖 Personally My FAVORITE Was Steak Wrapped With Bacon 🥓 WOW SO DELICIOUS!!!! BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT THERE WERE SO MUCH AMAZING DELICIOUS MEATS!!! We came here for our first time and it was absolutely delicious! The experience was unique to other restaurants and this is definitely a place I'd come back to. Our server Gary was very friendly and attentive while we dined! The cheesecake was really good too!

Fast and welcoming service. Food came quick and was not only delicious but had very generous portions. The salad bar was fresh and had many options. Drinks from the bar were very good as well. Would definitely recommend trying this restaurant out it is 11/10!

Best Fogo De Chão I had ever had. Raheem was an excellent server. He made sure we got refills and always checked in on us and me and my family love his vibe he gives off. Overall great service and I’ll comeback next year.

The food was excellent. The meat is cooked to perfection. The staff here is so attentive, and do not let your drinks get empty. The atmosphere is elegant, but you can feel comfortable just coming as you are. The Brazilian Lemonade is my favorite. It is so refreshing and obviously has lime in it. The salad bar/sides is well stocked with so many delicious options. Do not eat here without having the potato salad! Yum Yum!

The food was AMAZING! Lamb Chops were my favorite! I also loved all the little chili's and cheeses! Their wine list is extensive and well diverse, and same for their desserts and drink list! We finished up with an Amazing Key Lime Pie, and martini espressos! The service was also top notch! 👌 Shout out to Josephine, JT, Leanna, and Keenan! Keep up the amazing service!

Chris & Grace were on top of it! Chris made sure everything from the grill came out perfect! Grace made sure our drinks kept coming... We always ask for the grilled pineapple & it comes out so good each time! After the 1st plate, every was fighting over the last few pieces of pineapple & we kept ordering more! We came for my husband's birthday & this is one of the few places that has beautiful handwriting on the plates saying Happy Birthday!

We had our Staff Holiday Luncheon here & it was amazing, food was delicious, they staff were welcoming and helpful. We had Angelina S. as our server and she was great! Felt taken care of while also playing games with staff. Definitely coming back! Bread is AMAZING.

I recently went here and I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone who is willing to listen to me!! The food was phenomenal, the service was amazing. I was quite inexperienced going in, but I was easily guided through everything, the menu included. Everyone was so kind!! The atmosphere was fun, and never once was there a dull moment. Overall an amazing experience I would recommend everyone to try out!

We were here for a large celebration for a Quincenera for my niece and it was amazing. The food and service was fantastic and the party size of 50 was not a challenge for them at all. The side buffet was fully stocked and the meat options were many. They were accommodating for the photographer and Mariachis. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Took my mom here for an early Mother's Day Brunch since I would be out of town for actual Mother's Day. Made reservations and upon arrival we were seated right away. Our waiter Rahim was exceptional at explaining the menu and anything we had questions about. The food and presentation was amazing and we felt very taken care of. There was so much food to try and we loved every bit of it. A few items such as the meat and mashed potatoes could have been seasoned a bit more because they lacked basic flavor but we enjoyed our experience and will be back to try their lunch and happy hour items.

My husband and I finally got a chance to check out the new restaurant tonight and what a wonderful experience it was! We didn’t know what to expect but from the second we walked in every person we dealt with made us feel so welcome and special. Our server Emelia was especially exceptional! Her section was bustling but she never skipped a beat and left us waiting. Everything was at our table timely and with the outmost kindness. She made this wonderful experience that much better! We look forward to a future visit to bring friends. Side note: if you need a dessert recommendation, the chocolate cheesecake is decadent deliciousness 😍

Food was amazing, the chef Chris kept coming out and Checking on us. Our waiter Valentino was very kind and on it. Had the wagyu, very delicious and melts in your mouth.

This review is long overdue. Fogo de Chão is a great place for date night! The servers are wonderful and the environment is amazing. 2 people really stood out the most and that was Youssef and Caleb! They did a phenomenal job and made sure that we were taken care of! Not to mention the food was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

UNFORGETTABLE! Wow! I hadn't been introduced to the concept of a Brazilian Steakhouse until my visit here. I'm disappointed I didn't know it existed. Not sure what you want to eat? No problem! You're treated to a steady flow of succulent, grilled meat paraded past your table endlessly, each one begging you to try it. The flavors, aromas, textures all different and amazing. Just when you're sure you can't eat anything else, they hit you with the dessert menu... the Tres Leches Cake is a perfect end to a carnivore dinner. Highly recommended!

Caitlyn was wonderful. She was the best one could ever ask for she kept up with the food and drinks made sure my family and I was satisfied and didn’t need anything the entire time. The food was great and her suggestion was very rewarding. She was very informing and I will be back very soon just to sit in her section so that I can feel that great hospitality that she brought to the table. I was very impressed and pleased with her manors an willingness to make all of us feel welcomed. The food is always delicious and treat to the tummy.

Today was our anniversary. We thought we would go have a nice dinner together, somewhere we haven't been. We'll let me tell you, the person that sat us was pleasant. Then we got a waitress that was so not enthusiastic about being there. Told her we where there for the $39.99dinner. She told us it doesn't come with the experience and none of the meats. So we payed the very over priced price. Meat is very mediocre 😕, and very slow coming. When I finally got her attention, I asked for some drinks. She passed the drinks off on someone else's. She put two small dishes on our table, we where unsure of what they where, and still don't know. I had to get the attention of someone to bring us the check, the young man tryed to apologize by giving excuses. We'll I will not be recommending dinner here anytime soon.

This was our first time attending a Fogo de Chão as we went for our anniversary. We were beyond happy with the atmosphere and the staff was so attentive to make sure you had a fabulous dining experience. We will definitely be back! I recommend definitely getting dessert and espresso after. So lovely.
