Shaby & unsafe. Lots of unsavory characters wandering around the parking lot. Looked like vagrants & what appeared to be drug deals taking place in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe. My car was keyed & scratched up badly overnight. Of course signs on property say they are not responsible for vandalism. So, I have to absorb the cost! The room was gross. Very unsatisfactory. Also had reserved first floor. Well, that didn't happen. They put us on the second floor with no working elevator. Had told them I have mobility issues when I booked & needed first floor. Do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Spend a few extra bucks at another facility. Wish I had. Not only did we pay for a sub-par room, now I have to pay a $500 deductible & rent a car to repair my vehicle. Could have stayed at a real upscale hotel for that. Color me furious!!!!

Hands down worst hotel I've been to. I actually work for the company and not only did they hassle me over my debit card, but there was no one at the front desk all night long. Found homeless people smoking pills in the elevator, and seen them several times throughout the night. I tired calling for a late checkout and no one answered, when I went to the front I had locked myself out and needed a key, but there was no one around. Eventually a security guard was able to let me in.. I was expected to find him any time I left my room because there was no one on shift. When I finally got a late checkout they only gave me an extra 30 minutes, even though I had been in my car most of the night. If I wasn't an employee of Best Western, I could only imagine the service I would've received. I would be embarrassed to woke here.

Don’t stay here unless you like getting shot at!! Me, my husband and our two year old daughter where all in the room when this happened at approximately 12:15am… we’re so lucky none of us got hit. Management was unreachable and staff seemed to care less. Police were contacted the following morning.I’m still fighting with them over a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. DON’T EVER STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT. UPDATE REPLY: There was no refund issued on the same day, that’s untrue. It’s been 5 days and still no refund. I understand this could possibly be out of your hotels control but your lack of sympathy or concern was baffling.

Took my family for three nights in Albuquerque, the first night we stayed somewhere else. We won't make that mistake again. SureStay Plus had better water pressure and hotter water. The pool was indoors and open, as well as it had a functioning hot tub. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room had direct TV and very good wifi. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, and the staff were super friendly. It's also super conveniently located next to a Target, and as a bonus, next door to The Owl Cafe (which we also highly recommend). The next family vacation, we will book again with you!!

With the exception of the lady who checked in my first room on 3/10 11pm she was awesome but the rest of the front desk agents were very rude and seemed like they didnt want to do their job. They also had me initial paperwork that some of the other front desk agents knew nothing about like lack of training. Housekeeping didnt bother completing their work either. Upon checkin of first room there were no wash clothes or soap etc...on the sink area the floor was dirty and the one time they did come to clean they didnt bother to mop. I was told to put my sign on the door asking for housekeeping but there wasn't a sign for the door so we had to ask the housekeeper specifically to clean the room because that is what the front desk agent also said. We have been staying at best western properties for years now as my daughter worked for them for years and I am also a rewards member. This was by far the worst property we have stayed. This is mainly because of the staff. My other room ac/heat barely worked and the door handle on the inside of the room fell off. I hope our future stays at future properties are better quality than this experience or I wont be staying with Best Western any longer.

It was okay but it's the only hotel I've ever stayed in where the front desk isn't staffed 24 hours a day. I went to check out at 6 a.m. and all the doors were locked. My key card wouldn't open the door that was designated for after hours guest access. I could see the security guard asleep in the lobby but he didn't wake up to let me in. Plus it was noisy and we got almost no sleep. The bed was lumpy, too. The shower head only sprayed out of about 1/4 of the holes. The flapper in the toilet leaked so the toilet ran all night. The tiny freezer in the refrigerator was 1/2 full of frost/ice so forget putting anything in it. The front office staff was very nice and the lobby was neat, clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas.

Very clean & tidy rooms, love the Brazilian cherry wood floors. The AC and heater work great, no complaints. Pool area was very clean also. The staff is very friendly and polite. Security kept the premises safe and secure. No noise complaints either. Made me book extra days because of how comfortable I was :))

We were only there for a single night. The quality of the hotel was average. We were visiting Albuquerque to attend the balloon fiesta. I'm very keen on the service, they made arrangements so that we could have some breakfast to grab and go early in the morning. It's quite close to one of the park and ride locations. Considering the peak period, it was well worth the money. I would stay there again.

Very excellent service. Will be having future business with this hotel as the lady behind the counter was kind. Continental Breakfast was excellent. They also have balconies that overlook the pool.

Very clean room, quiet, nice thick towels & comfy bed. Dining room was clean & well stocked with a full breakfast. Dogs enjoyed their stay. Some parking in front of rooms available downstairs. Property was inviting.

The room was absolutely the quietest room we have ever stayed in. The workers were all super nice and efficient. The only (minor) complaint was the breakfast, which was very good overall, but the warming trays did not keep the food very warm. Otherwise a great place to stay.

When you go with Best Westerns you can't go wrong. The area wasn't too pleasant but there's lots of things nearby. Dining, shopping, parks, freeway access, other hotels, Best Buy, Target, and easy to get to by walking. Employees are helpful and seem to care and in my opinion the best hotel in this circle

Great place, room was nice, bed’s were super comfy after an 11 hour drive, one qualm however, the shower head needs maybe a replacement, or just a fixing because it more or less soaked the bathroom with the most comfortable setting. But that setting sure was nice, so great stay overall, breakfast was so good!

Staff was very professional. Room was very clean. Bed was just right. Mini fridge and microwave, kuerig in the room. Massaging shower head (bonus!!!). Only down sides were not enough elevators for us older and decrepit folks and designated smoking area needs some kind of gazebo or something for cover.

The two young women behind the counter were friendly and welcoming . We had 2 rooms, adjoining although one of the door handles are broken so we weren't able to open the 2nd door. No big deal. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds nice and comfortable. Lots of pillows. Restroom toilet handle a little odd, but we figured it out. Nice water pressure in the shower. Location was ok, hop, skip and a jump by Target. Area around hotel felt safe, we're traveling with 4 little girls. We left before trying out their breakfast, it smelled really good.

Check-in was easy and the front desk associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was super clean and there was no smell in the room (hotel is non-smoking). All hardwood floors which I prefer and there's a mini fridge. Great location (near fast food, sit down restaurants, and Target). Would stay here again if traveling through Albuquerque.

For a budget hotel this was a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not just the usual continental, but also included waffles, eggs, and sausage. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with ample parking available. Easy to maneuver with a trailer.

This is a very no-frills hotel. Cleanliness was just okay. Bed was comfortable. However, if you are sensitive to odors, this isn't the place for you. There was an odor of mildew and old cigarettes in the room. Also, there was no coffee provided in the breakfast room although management will insist there was. If there was, they hid it very well, because no one at any of the tables had coffee!
