With
the
exception
of
the
lady
who
checked
in
my
first
room
on
3/10
11pm
she
was
awesome
but
the
rest
of
the
front
desk
agents
were
very
rude
and
seemed
like
they
didnt
want
to
do
their
job.
They
also
had
me
initial
paperwork
that
some
of
the
other
front
desk
agents
knew
nothing
about
like
lack
of
training.
Housekeeping
didnt
bother
completing
their
work
either.
Upon
checkin
of
first
room
there
were
no
wash
clothes
or
soap
etc...on
the
sink
area
the
floor
was
dirty
and
the
one
time
they
did
come
to
clean
they
didnt
bother
to
mop.
I
was
told
to
put
my
sign
on
the
door
asking
for
housekeeping
but
there
wasn't
a
sign
for
the
door
so
we
had
to
ask
the
housekeeper
specifically
to
clean
the
room
because
that
is
what
the
front
desk
agent
also
said.
We
have
been
staying
at
best
western
properties
for
years
now
as
my
daughter
worked
for
them
for
years
and
I
am
also
a
rewards
member.
This
was
by
far
the
worst
property
we
have
stayed.
This
is
mainly
because
of
the
staff.
My
other
room
ac/heat
barely
worked
and
the
door
handle
on
the
inside
of
the
room
fell
off.
I
hope
our
future
stays
at
future
properties
are
better
quality
than
this
experience
or
I
wont
be
staying
with
Best
Western
any
longer.
