The staff at this location is amazing and very, very friendly. The hotel is really nice and seems to be brand new. They have an small but impressive gym. They do not, however, have a pool. We encountered a few issues with housekeeping and the staff promptly and very sincerely made accommodations and addressed the issue ASAP. The breakfast left much to be desired on the first day but on Saturday, they served Belgium waffles, which were a big hit with the kiddos. The serving staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating to all request. Parking is free and covered. Overall , a good experience! If this review helped you, please give a thumbs up below 👍🏽

The room and lobby are very nice. The breakfast “buffet” is horrible! Marriott needs to audit this place! Little in the way of options, little food in the chafing dishes. What was there was lukewarm at best. Empty racks. No bread, bagels, or toasts. Empty coffee containers. All an hour before it’s supposed to end. No glass tray in the microwave. Oh, and a cockroach walking across the counter. The attendant was pleasant about coming to kill it when we pointed it out to her. But….

The hotel is pretty well outfitted, but is in what looks to be a rough neighborhood. Between knuckleheads doing burnouts in the street at 1 AM and trucks offloading dumpsters at 5 AM, it's tough to sleep. I'm astonished that according to the "Hotel Itinerary" given to me at check in, the room gets a full clean every SEVEN days and a "tidy" every other day. If you can put up with street noise and don't mind making your own bed, reusing towels, not getting coffee in the room refilled, etc, you might like it here. I just expected better service from a Marriott.

Although other reviews have mentioned noise issues, I didn’t hear much throughout the night. The hotel is next to a hospital so you may hear sirens but there wasn’t much road noise or noise from neighbors aside from that. The rooms and lobby were very modern and well-kept. The layout of the bathroom was a little odd but not a huge factor. There weren’t too many options for breakfast but better than just cereal. The staff at the front desk was friendly but not very personable/engaging. Parking in garage is free which was nice to keep my car tucked away. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is newer and nice. BUT, the traffic sounds made it impossible to get a good nights sleep. :-( I was in room 526, so you have nice views, but the highway ruins it with the stress of seeing and hearing cars zooming by. The only dirty thing was the shower floor, not sure why it's wearing so poorly?! You can see what I mean in the photo. The breakfast was probably one of the worst I've had in a while - the absolute minimum and nothing packaged that you can take with you. The front desk experience was quick, but strange. I wasn't acknowledged as being a Titanium member, not that I care, but I thought it was unusual. The two women working weren't very professional and chatted a lot. Not that I mind people enjoying their work environment, but the overall interaction wasn't great. Maybe I'm just tired from not getting enough sleep there... ;-)

Nice, newer, clean hotel. I felt safe there and was able to park in their parking garage. Disappointing there was no microwave in the room, but there was a fridge. For a hotel specializing in suites a microwave would've been nice. I didn't partake in the continental breakfast, but I did enjoy their free coffee each morning. Overall, I plan to stay there again as I travel there for work.

Service was great. But, I don't know why you would wash the carpet in a room that a guest is staying in later that day. I don't like walking around on sticky floors. Also the bathroom door was very difficult to slide open/close. Last, I couldn't get the AC fan to stay on. Everything else was nice and up to standard.

Stayed one night, so maybe it was a bad day for the staff. The staff when we arrived around 5pm were polite and helpful. Rooms were nice, no problems there. The issues were in the morning, no one at the desk checkout so we just left the keys in the jar, and I’m pretty sure their sausage buscuit gave me food poisoning or something as I’ve been down with stomach issues since leaving. Speaking of breakfast, it’s not the best selection. Also like others have mentioned the area is kind of sketchy, but good security.

Staff is nice. Grounds are clean. They have daily breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend it. Their fitness center is small but adequate. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The showers are equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They have an outdoor fire pit area where I guess you can sun bathe? Overall it doesn't have very many amenities, but it is very clean and I appreciate that.

This was a nice hotel and a good location. It was relatively easy to find and is right off the freeway to get to where we needed during our stay. The room was very clean and a lot bigger than expected. We had a couple minor items that didn’t work well for us: 1. The shower water drains to the middle of the bathroom. Perhaps this is by design for wheelchair accessibility but it created a difficulty because you had to put a towel down as a dam to block the water from running to the door, and then tip-toe through the water to a dry towel on the floor at the other side of the bathroom. It was just very messy and inconvenient. 2. Most of the pillows were completely flat and provided no support. It took two stacked pillows to get the head support that a normal pillow would provide. 3. While breakfast was overall fine, it would have been nice to have just plain scrambled eggs and bacon.

It’s kind of in a sketchy area. Next to the hospital and about 2 miles from the airport. I like the roof terrace as it was a good place to watch the sunset. Some guy tried to light up a cig and when I asked him to put it out he said that the staff told him to come up and he could smoke there. I highly doubt that he asked or anyone said he could. There were signs everywhere that said don’t. There were quite a bit of people up there to enjoy the view and weather and I wasn’t hearing or having any it. It made him mad but that was his choice. Don’t be that person. I smoked my cannabis in the parking lot and it smells way better than a nasty cigarette. Be an adult and follow the rules jerk!

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The location is very convenient because there is a lot of things nearby. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were very friendly too. The room was very nice and the bed are very comfortable. The bathroom was huge too.

Front desk guy was nice, room was very clean and I could tell someone actually cared while cleaning it. The breakfast was very good for a free hotel breakfast. The indoor pool was a little small and on the cold side but no big deal. Will stay here again if I’m back in town.

It is a newer hotel and looks very nice. Has convenient garage available. You have to buzz in so there isn't a way to enter lobby unless a guest with access card. Room very spacious and modern. Only con I had was the frosty glass bathroom door. Light shines very brightly into room if you use it in the middle of the night. Also you can slightly see the silhouette of the person through door. Beautiful restroom overall. Outside noise is a bit loud but overall very nice hotel. Breakfast was ok and had several choices.

Clean, nice-sized room, but not actually a "suite" (as most SpringHill suites are). Big, flat couch could easily double as another bed, if you have someone with you. Weirdly, the exterior doors are locked, and you need your room key to enter the building (or push a button to be buzzed in), which probably speaks to the level of crime in the neighborhood. Room is nicely furnished, and modern. Decent place to spend a couple nights! Edit: there's a fitness center also.

Staying two weeks. JULY 2023. The bad: Don't use the dryer unless you want to risk it. I used the washer and everything went fine. After putting money in the dryer and pressing start, it went for about 1 second and asked for the 1.75 in quarters again. I laughed it off and went down to inform the front desk. The front desk lady was extremely rude about it and said the dryer works, and there is nothing they could do. I would expect at least my money back since my clothes are still soaking wet and it is the hotels own machine. Didn't get a single thing except unprofessionalism. Customer service in this issue was very disappointing. The good: The rooms are extremely clean and the ladies also did an excellent job of making it look like brand new. Their breakfast in the morning is awesome with a good choice of food. Not a coffee drinker myself but they have a large selection of coffees also to choose from. The 24 hr gym was a great addition to the hotel as it is super convenient to have access anytime you want. Covered parking garage is a bonus in the heat here. It's nice to have your vehicle in a secure safe spot. They have security officers overnight also which is a good thing in the area. Don't use their laundry facility if you can help it.

The location is good because it's centrally located. The location is bad because it's central Ave. 😆 🤣 😂 rooms are nice they are pretty spacious for the type. Location is sketchy, but they have lots of protocols (security, all doors are locked at all times, very good lighting). I was pleased with the overall experience. I would say they could use much more of a selection on the snacks or vending machines, especially since it's close to a hospital. Housekeeping is really responsive and super helpful. However, a regular trash takeout would be ideal for longer stays (or stays with kids).

Regular traveler, was here for 2 weeks on business. Gym was decently equipped but that's the only positive review I can give execpt maybe proximity to the hospital if you have loved ones there. Lack luster customer service, had to get my room key reprogrammed 3 times and daily breakfast was THE worst. THE. EXACT. SAME. DRY. SAUSAGE. BISCUIT. AND MICROWAVED. QUICHE CUPS. EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING. FOR 2 WEEKS!! They added microwaved waffles on weekends, but the plastic knives weren't up to the task of cutting through them. The kitchen staff routinely let the warming trays get empty during morning rush, resulting in several patrons complaining to front desk about lack of breakfast items as they checked out. Would NOT recommend. Def not staying here if travels bring me to Albuquerque again.

We were really impressed with this Springhill suites. Very new and clean Nice views with beautiful lobby. Safe as elevators need room key. Great location

Room was clean & modern. The bathroom door is barn style frosted glass, just a heads up you can see a body through the door, so it's not very private. Bed was ok pillows were meh. This is located near a hospital so expect noise, there was a helicopter that landed at some point in the middle of the night that woke us. Breakfast was typical yogurt, cereal, fruit, & some hot items.

Pros: Location New Clean Great gym Cons: Noise from street and closing doors. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment . Our first morning we arrived at 8:30 and there was no warm food available. Many people were waiting and supposedly they were going to bring more out. A few, looked like once frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches, were put out and gone with 5 minutes again. On the second day we decided to try earlier at 7:30 and the same was true, no hot breakfast. You know how many people are staying so you should plan accordingly.

A beautiful hotel from the inside and out. Attached directly to Presbyterian Hospital, a good choice if you have family currently residing there. I stayed in a suite, an was confused by the lack of refrigerator and microwave. Ambulances and helicopters will wake you at any hour and the highway is quite loud. Not the hotels fault, just someyihjng worth noting. They offer insight parking lot or parking garage parking. Recommend if you don't mind the noise or don't need to be awake early.

Worst Marriott I have ever came to. Gave us a filthy room with a black ring in the shower and wrinkled used bed sheets with stains on them.. the walls were filthy also. I haven’t ever had this bad of an experience at any Marriott. On top of that with my kids with me the front desk associate is completely incompetent and unable to properly perform their job and issue a new room so I had to leave with my kids in the middle of the night with no where to sleep. I will be reaching out to upper management about this. Really dirty and terrible customer service. Location is also sketchy and noisy, wouldn’t recommend for families.

Location is a little weird because of the homeless population in the area. Hotel is super nice, clean and very secure. Have stayed before and will stay again since this place is super nice and clean. Staff is always super friendly as well!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was here for two weeks in October 2021 and the weather was amazing - chilly in the AM - and I really enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio. The breakfast was good but not warm- yogurt, cereal, juice and some individually wrapped cold jimmy dean sausage biscuits you can heat up. The room was a great size and plenty of room for 2-4 people. Side note - The Balloon Fiesta in October is fantastic! Also, I sleep with a sound machine (white noise) so I didn’t hear any sirens or traffic outside and had no trouble sleeping — I’m a very light sleeper. There is a free parking garage below the hotel as well as parking on the ground level.
