Poor service. Not responsable for nothing but expensive costs. Never expect them doing anything for you. What's even more outrageous- we have left the apartment already 2 months and are still paying bills for them because they forgot to change the “titularidad”. Really disappointed.

I stayed a year in an Ivory Escapes apartment. The property was beautiful and in a great location in central Madrid. The employees were always responsive and professional, and genuinely kind. Some are multi-lingual as well, which really helped me. They are probably the best at what they do in Madrid. Don't hesitate to use them if you are looking for something upscale and ready to move in.

We lived in an Ivory Escapes catered apartment for a year. It was a wonderful experience both the piso itself and the service. We had only two repairs necessary and they were promptly and completely resolved. We had cleaners each week and they were also efficient and pleasant and let me practice my Spanish! When we left the piso our complete deposit was returned within two weeks. Excellent service in every way. We are from the United States but have lived all over the world for the past 40 years. Our experience with Ivory Escapes was unsurpassed. I heartily recommend them to everyone!
