Warning!! Terrible experience, absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs and read my review in full. This is just a money making front. They put on a very professional face but the reality is they are just after your money. In this clinic you are not treated as an individual but as a number. There is no professional touches and I felt there was not one consistent thing about my treatment. I got an email saying: congratulations on your successful pregnancy when the treatment failed and I suffered a miscarriage. The clinic made no effort to contact us. It's shocking. I've never received a phone call or letter after two failed cycles. I honestly believe that undergoing fertility treatment was the worst decision we have ever made. The endless appointments and the invasive treatment you go through in the hope that you'll get your dreamed for family out of it. Four donor embryos and nothing but empty hands. This clinic gave us nothing but false hope when we could have spent energy on other things. Of course, you only get to hear the success stories.

In 2020 my husband and I were told by a public health clinic that our situation could not be helped and they were not able to help us with having a baby. We were left devastated but decided before we give up we would try one more avenue. We visited IVI in Valencia and were introduced to Dr Doblinger and his team of angels. They were confident they could help. It was a one year rollercoaster where their confidence, even when ours may have, never ceased. Today was a day where my husband and I burst with pride, as we were able to take our daughter Eris to meet the team who helped her come to be. There aren’t enough words in the English language to describe the feeling of joy they have given us and ‘thanks’ is too small a word to offer. We couldn’t recommend this clinic any more if we tried. Never give up hope. 10 years we waited for a miracle and we found one in this incredible team at IVI.

Dr. Doblinger, Marina Pons Vidal and the rest of the team at IVI made this whole process extremely positive. The care and attention from everyone at IVI was excellent. Despite living abroad this wasn’t an issue as the communication from the clinic was fantastic. Marina followed up on all my queries via email and phone call and nothing was ever a problem. I would highly recommend IVI Valencia as they truly are interested in their patients and not just the money compared to some other fertility clinics. Thanks again to Dr. Doblinger and his team, I am extremely grateful for everything.

I would highly recommend IVI Valencia if like my husband and I, you have lost faith to become parents, tried several other options and nothing worked so far. IVI has been a life saviour and thanks to them, we are now the lucky parents of a beautiful boy. This clinic will offer you, not only the professional medical care you need but also the psychological support and the kindness that we lacked from other clinics. They have been extremely helpful, always listening to us, our worries, answering our million questions and really trying to establish trust between us. The last point is that yes of course, there is a financial cost to it all but that was never the most important thing, we have never been chased for payment, and in the end, the cost was much lower than in the UK. I'll just finish by saying that Valencia is a beautiful town, so you would mix medical care and an enjoyable time in the sun! Good luck to you all ladies, miracles do happen!

Very professional. They really know what they do. It has been recommended to us as the best address in Spain to do an artificial fertilization and we think this is correct. Everyone was really nice, very helpful and patient. We felt that we were in the best hands and we were right. I got pregnant with the first try. Many of them spoke German and I think almost everyone could speak English so it was easy to communicate. And most of the time they were easy to reach and you got an answer in time when you needed it. We were and are really happy and which everyone good luck too!

After three unsuccessful attempts in Germany, we were contacted by the IVI Clinic and in particular by Dr. Doblinger recommended. I became pregnant on my first attempt with Mr. Doblinger and are expecting our first child in June. We felt very well looked after at IVI and we would immediately recommend the clinic to everyone. After so many years of waiting for a miracle, several treatments and surgeries. IVI was the only place who help us. There is nothing to complain or fix. We are in IVI after not getting pregnant naturally, when we did the tests apparently there was nothing wrong... in the first ultrasounds they saw a polyp that was not seen later... they did the first transfer and it was negative... then The polyp was seen again and they operated on me, second transfer negative... we repeat the transfer with our last embryo frozen and in natural cycle... negative too... all this with very good embryos according to them... now After nearly 12,000 euros spent and the physical and emotional exhaustion that it entails, it is necessary to decide to change clinics, doctors or continue with them...

I can recommend this clinic from the bottom of my heart. IVI are very thorough and have always the mothers safety as Nr one. I have a beautiful baby boy and I am pregnant again. Me and my kids will visit Valencia and the clinic. Good luck to you mothers/ parents to be❤️.

Back then, when my partner and I were planning to do the invitro, we had a doubt that it might not happened, because I'm already in the menopausal stage. But then we tried. We went to the IVI clinic and by the help of Doctor. Jacob Doblinger, Ms. Anna, Ms. Libertad and all the staff, they make our dreams come true. They made our family whole and happy. What we've been dreaming about for a long time has happened. We are now mother and father. We went after a while trying to be parents and from the first moment we felt at home. Excellent treatment from the first day and from all the people who assisted us. I would like to highlight two people, Rocío Rivera from the laboratory for all the help she gave us from minute one with the tests and analyses, with her everything was easier, she gave us a thousand facilities and was always very attentive to me and my partner, always with a smile, thank you from the bottom of my heart Rocío. And secondly, to the gynecologist Inés Olmo for the attention received, for patiently explaining to us all the details and processes of the pregnancy, for always calming our doubts and fears and for a perfect transfer. I had a great experience with this clinic. I’m based in the US and traveled to Valencia for my egg freezing procedure. The initial calls to try and schedule an online consultation were challenging because it was very difficult to get through to someone and get the call actually scheduled since they only accepted phone calls and e-mails went unanswered. However once I was assigned to Dr Doblinger and his team, the process became much smoother. They were very responsive and helped me through the process of doing the pre-treatment preparatory work in the US before my flight to Spain for the actual treatment and retrieval. The clinic was really well-organized and it was very convenient to get all my blood tests done and medications picked up. I never waited more than a couple minutes for any of my appointments. And the entire medical team made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This clinic is a bit more expensive than some of the other clinics in Spain, but I highly recommend them and think it was very much worth the extra cost.

My many thanks to IVI Valencia and especially to Dr. Jacob Doblinger. I had a long way to my pregnancy which is 13 weeks already. It was the first Embryo transfer at IVI Valencia, but the 7-nd one for me. Everything was done very professionally. Dr. Doblinger cleared out to me every stage of the stimulation and Embryo transfer, it was very important for me to understand what and why I should do. He was very attentive and always answered my letters and questions with patience. I am very grateful to him that he insisted on making a stimulation from my eggs because after 6 unsuccessful attempts many other doctors suggested donate eggs without knowing the reason why the attempts were unsuccessful. His secretary Libertad was also very helpful and friendly. In addition, I should mention that the IVI Valencia is working like a clock and that is very important in such a complicated process.

We begin our PMA journey in July 2021. 2021 n.1 failed attempt in Italy 2022 n.5 transfers to Madrid and n.2 abortions, 2023 destroyed psychologically and physically and with little hope, in January we contact Ivi Valencia. Doctor Paolelli gives us an appointment at the clinic on February 8th for an initial consultation. That day after meeting Dr. Remohi and his staff, we decide to start all over again with them and on July 19th we transfer to Valencia. OUR BABY WAS BORN ON 3 APRIL 2024. This rating is for the customer service. I have been calling this clinic about 15 times a day from the U.S. for several days in a row to try to speak to someone to schedule an initial appointment. Nobody picks up the phone, and there is no way to leave a message. I've also emailed several times with a call back request, and all I get is an automated response asking me to call the clinic, which I've already done. I imagine this place has great services, and people come from outside the country to get services, but it is nearly impossible to get through for an initial phone call. This could seriously be improved upon, especially for those who are staying up late or waking up early to try to be on Spain's time zones to call the clinic with no answer, and are already stressed out enough to try to get the fertility services they need. Perhaps offer an online or email correspondence option for those who can't be reached outside the country? Or have an answering machine so you can leave a message? Or have people actually pick up the phone?

This is the 6th time I have donated and I will not tire of thanking the staff, without them nothing could be possible. Nacho, Mariaje, Marta, Bodil and Maria, thank you all for your love in taking care of me. They deserve a bonus for how professional they are.

I underwent IVF Genetic Duo treatment with Dra. Alamá's team. The first stimulation went quite well, but the second was a failure. They explained to me that sometimes when doing two in a row this happens (to keep in mind to perhaps leave a break between stimulations). At all times we have felt very well cared for and listened to. Communication with the team is very fluid and they always respond to any questions, whether in writing or by phone call, this is something we greatly value. In our case it has been a joint work with the immunology department at IVI Madrid (at our request). I have prepared for the transfer with an immunological regimen and specific diet under Dr. Alecsandru and fortunately the result has been positive. Highlights: very fluid communication, excellent treatment.
