Good bikes at fair prices and really super friendly service. We were also able to easily hand over the bikes to another branch when it was difficult to get through in the city due to the Fallas.

We rented electric steps for 2 hours and brought our luggage here for the day until we had to go to the airport. Great service and a very kind owner. He even called us a taxi to the airport so we didn’t have to carry all of our luggage trough the city! Would definitely recommend hiring a bike or step when in Valencia :-)

We decided to rent two bicycles with child seats impulsively. The first thing that impressed me was that they immediately responded to the google chat. They explained to me in detail what the prices would be, provided me with two working bicycles, enough locking mechanisms and instructions. Rented bikes here and cycled about 20 miles. The bikes were in great condition, the staff were super friendly and we were able to use their bathrooms and luggage storage. Would highly recommend.

Great bike rental place in beautiful location! The staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful that we will definitely go back there whenever we visit Valencia. We had a bad luck and had a punctured wheel during our trip. The team offered to drive to our location just to help us fix it so that we could further enjoy the rental. Our bike tour was the highlight of our visit to Valência. Our guide was simply wonderful. Santiago gave us the option of staying within the central area or venturing out on a more broader tour of the city (which is what we opted for). From start to finish, Santiago was engaging, interactive, informative and entertaining. His enthusiasm for Valencia was evident throughout the tour and we fell in love with the city as well. We couldn't have asked for more. The e-bikes were fine for our purposes as Valência is mostly flat and they provided plenty of water on our excursion. If you are not from the EU you can’t rent a bike! They just accept EU documents! I was with my English boyfriend that also understood very well when the guy denied my document and said that could not accept my ID because was not from EU, so he got my bf ID because was from EU.

Highly recommend this place for bike rentals to see the city and ride through their amazing park. The staff were quick and efficient, the bikes were in great state, came with a bike lock so that you can walk around, and the bike has a cute little front basket for you to put your stuff. Their prices are also very competitive and affordable.

Pelican bike was around the corner from our apartment. They have lovely well maintained bikes, that also look very cute. We ended up renting the bikes for three days, for a really good price. And got to see a lot of Valencia this way! Because we were so happy with the bikes we ended up renting them for a fourth day. The people in the shop are also very nice and always willing to help!

Great find with friendly service. We hired a mix of electric bikes & electric scooters for 2 hours. Cycled to the beach & back via the fabulous gardens that run through the city. We had the best time! The kids are nagging me to hire them again already! Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic sightseeing tour with Arthur from Pelican Bike Tours Valencia where we used Segways. Arthur was an excellent guide who not only knew about Valencia's historical attractions but also had an enthusiastic and friendly manner that made the tour even more enjoyable. The route was well planned and took us to the most important places in the city, including the Old Town, the Turia Garden and the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. I rented an electric bike for the day for a very affordable price. It's really great for taking a long ride without getting too tired, the bike is as light as a regular bike, so you can rent one if you're afraid of not having enough energy for the day and use the electric mode when you want! Additionally, if you encounter the slightest difficulty, such as a flat tire, you can contact assistance and they will come and give you another bike no matter where you are in the city. 🙏 One thing is certain: I will come back to rent a bike from them!
