Food is great, but service -1. Will not come back.

Very nice food, much better than at other places in town. The bill was also fair.

Had a really lovely evening in L'Illa tonight. We had the alcochofa menu -fabulous. Beautifully presented and flavoursome food with super wines. At 33 euros it was excellent value.

We had an excellent lunch here on Saturday last. For once we bypassed the Menu del Dia and went a la carte. We shared a starter of prawns in garlic butter. This came in a pottery tray with the butter bubbling away like crazy. Positively theatrical! The prawns were the softest and freshest we have ever tasted. For mains my wife had lemon sole and I had slow cooked shoulder of kid goat. Both were cooked to perfection. This was washed down with a bottle of very flavoursome Odisea tinto. The cost including 10% gratuity was €70, not cheap by Spanish standards but much the same as some ordinary pub grub in the S of England where we live. And the food was anything but ordinary for sure. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere with most of the patrons being Spanish. We ate inside as all the outside tables were taken. They have a lovely room here and there is an open charcoal grill adding atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Was back again this week with Nestor, lovely food, The house white wine is excellent!

I am 75% handicapped I was helped with steps etc. Food exelent, sevice very good friendly staff, a little bit expensive but good value.

Good quality food good service for menu del dia. A La carte menu a little on the high side.

Phenomenal steak with tarragon sauce. Perfectly cooked, amazing cut of fillet.
